A hidden gem in Tulum! This is my second time here and it never disappoints. The food is incredibly flavorful, fresh, and affordable—real local quality you can taste. The customer service is warm and welcoming, making the whole experience feel like home. Skip the Hotel Zone and come here instead. A true treasure! I got fired chicken this time, but last time I got the meal of the day that was steak and peppers (spicy).
My experience at Los Poblanos was amazing! Best traditional Mexican restaurant in Tulum by far. Everyone was very welcoming and helped me walk through the menu. The breaded chicken was delicious, would definitely recommend 10/10!
If you wanna find authentic Mexican food, this is the place to go! I’m vegan and they were able to accommodate a Vegan Mole dish with avocados and beans. My mouth is still watering of how good it was. They have home made aguas, I got the lemonade one and boy friend got the jamaica. Food came out very promptly. The owner kept checking in on us if we needed anything. Bring everyone, delicious food!

I had the chicken chilaquiles, one of the best dishes I’ve tried when it comes to Mexican food. Very authentic. The restaurant was very clean and the service phenomenal. I tried their agua de limón, and it was very refreshing in this hot Tulum weather.
