La comida es deliciosa, los tacos vegetarianos (nopal y coliflor) eran de otro nivel. Tienen muy buenas promociones en su happy hour y los cócteles valen completamente la pena. Recomendado completamente.

We’ve been there now multiple times for two reasons: the atmosphere and the food!! I ordered tacos- highly recommend their shrimp and barbacoa tacos. So delicious! Also both of their fish tacos are great. My partner ordered the holy trinity of tacos and was really happy with them. Highly recommend! They also offer salsa classes- just don’t remember the day or time.

Cute Taquería! Food was delicious - we ordered the Guacamole and several tacos which were all fresh and tasted great! I highly recommend ordering the Ruby Red cocktail to start out your dining experience. The owner was great to talk to and the place was very clean! Quick service was a highlight! Will be back!

My partner went to Safari years ago when it was closer to the beach so we wanted to check out the new place. The restaurant is located in a new residential development and while you don’t get the Tulum “beach” vibe, it’s a very refreshing experience! The service was great and the food is perfect. The tacos are exactly what you imagine a perfect taco being - get them all. We also got the crudo and it was really, really good! We also loved the salsa trio and chips that came with it. It was the first time I had the blackened habanero salsa and I fell in love.

Today we visited this place, and overall, we enjoyed it. The tacos were very tasty, hearty, and flavorful. However, what we didn’t like was the very slow service. It felt like the waitstaff was taking their time, moving slowly and taking a while to process orders. We waited almost 15 minutes just for the order to be taken. Between waiting for one thing and another, it added up. That said, we will definitely come back, but these are my first impressions.

Lovely place with great tacos!!! I’ve had a few tacos in Mexico, and this place had some of the best I’ve had. Lovely waiters and the restaurant is located in a very calm neighborhood. The tortillas and the chips were so good! I tried three different types of tacos, and they were all great. Would strongly recommend going here! The salsa was so good my friend bought one to bring home to Norway!

New favorite place wow. The service is on point. Love the iPad menus on the table. The fruit above the bar is very appealing. Music was at the right volume - you couldn’t hear the construction outside but it wasn’t too loud to talk to people. Very flavorful and fresh food. Establishment felt clean and well cared for all around. They also had solid vegetarian / plant based options!

If you are in staying close by the area of this restaurant I strongly recommend!! The gentleman Isidro was awesome welcoming us promptly and suggesting the happy hour. We order the guacamole & chips ( very good) along with the el pastor, 3 barbacoa tacos, and shrimp taco (very spicy but delicious) the drinks made by Gabriela so yummy. Hats off to the chef and the other woman cooking. Over all a great atmosphere and good food! Isidro was awesome. Great food

My wife and I had the pork, chicken and crispy fish tacos with guacamole chips. Everything tasted soooo good. Loved the hot sauce. Drinks were perfect. But what really impressed me was the staff. Excellent, excellent service! We were there Saturday night and will be back!

A taqueria as it should be. Great Mexican flavours - interesting and innovative without getting over pretentious. Generous portions at a reasonable price. It's in a quieter part of Tulum, so especially nice if you had enough of the crowds (even though we came here in February). The chilaquiles are great any time of the day, not just for breakfast and the tacos are to die for. Take some of their salsas home, especially the one with moritas.

This place is awesome! We had some cocktails in the evening and they were delicious. The service is great, the guys were supportive, quick and friendly. The location is new, clean and cozy. Pricing is ok for this area and compared to the overpriced section of Tulúm beach, really worth to go! Would recommend it

We arrived just as they opened for lunch and saw all the great, fresh ingredients being cooked in front of our eyes on the wood burning grills. The server was friendly and attentive - Food was fresh, creative and super tasty - we could not have asked for a better lunch - located on the jungle side of the beach road, there was enough shade that we were not too hot. And of course, always have local cash in Tulum as most places do not take credit cards!

This was our favorite meal in Tulum! We came by for a late lunch, the staff was extremely friend and the tacos were outstanding! Also loved the very relaxed vibe and the super cool airstream.

Muy rico. Pero hay que estar atentos a la cuenta, te incluyen la propina sin avisar, preguntamos y ahí nos dijeron que si. Les preguntamos si era el diez % y nos dijeron que sí. En realidad incluían el 20% de propina y no te avisan

Nos gusto mucho, estaba todo muy rico. El ceviche es picante pero lo justo. Todos los tacos que probamos estaban muy buenos. La margarita para mi gusto no estaba buena, le faltaba dulce y estaba muy fuerte. Muy buenos postres, probamos el de limon y tenía el ácido perfecto. Fueron todos muy amables. Buena relación calidad precio.

El servicio al cliente puede mejorar, sobre todo del mesero delgado, alto, moreno, que puede tratarte como si estuviera molesto, y si le haces preguntas te contesta "volteandote los ojos" como si fueras estúpido... La siguiente vez todos fueron amables, incluso él, el ambiente es muy bueno, y precios justos...

AtlasAdventured recommends eating here. We lived in Aldea Zama for a month and since this place was right across the street, we ate her multiple times and the food was always good. Our server was the same each time and he was really nice half the time and seemed annoyed that we sat down the other half. But overall it is still worth stopping by for a meal. We ordered quite a few different items but our favorites, and the ones we would recommend are the: Nopal y Hongos Tacos Shrimp Diabla Gringa Quesadilla Fish tacos They have good happy hour specials on drinks. Make sure to put on Mosquito spray since its open air seating. Food is average value for Tulum and is definitely one of the better quality foods at this price point in the area.

I had a great meal at Safari Comedor Zama and would definitely recommend it. The Shrimp Mole Verde Taco was outstanding—easily the highlight of the meal. The shrimp were perfectly cooked and the mole verde was rich, vibrant, and full of depth. I also can’t say enough good things about the Corn Esquite—it was warm, creamy, and perfectly seasoned. I’d go back just for those two dishes alone. The Guacamole Ying Yang was also delicious and fun to share, but the Crispy Fish Taco and Ceviche Tostada didn’t quite live up to the others—fine, but not something I’d reorder. All in all, a strong four-star experience. The setting is lovely, the service was friendly, and when the food is good, it’s really good.

El taco de pescado a la plancha está muy bueno . Las salsas muy ricas . Al llegar pregunté si cocina seguía abierta y me dijeron que sí. Todo bien. La chica de servicio me entregó los tacos y ya nunca regresó para ver si todo bien o si quería algo más , cuando le hablé para pedirle otro me dijo que cocina ya había cerrado . Me hubiera gustado que Melo comentara antes de que la cerraran . Se les fue una venta un poco más alta por la falta de atención .

No es muy bueno que digamos, los precios algo fuera de la razón para tapar una muela y seguir con el viaje porque para quedarse no es nada económico.

Inaceptable que te impongan un 20% de propina sin ni siquiera preguntarte. Solo por eso no pienso volver. Los tacos no están mal, el pastor demasiado grasiento, el guacamole estaba bastante bueno. Por otro lado, aunque llegamos un sábado a las 9 pm, 1h30 antes del cierre, hubo dudas de si nos daban servicio y el mesero fue a preguntar a cocina.

Ayer vine a este lugar y todos los que me atendieron me parecieron súper personas, el chef dos cocineros/as hoy, súper grosera la supuesta "gerente" gritaba como si estuviera a mil metros de mí, nunca se levantó de su mesa por no dejar enfriar su desayuno, me negó unas verduras al vapor platillo que ayer me hicieron sin problema, además envió al cocinero a decirme cuando ya me había aceptado la orden, muy mal servicio por parte de esta persona. Consideren bien ¿el por qué no tienen clientes a las 10:20am ???
