If you're into Chinese fast food, then this is the place to go. They have a little bit of everything and probably more. Great flavor that you'd want to come back again and again.

This place is always super busy. I think that they get so focused on trying to move people through quickly, that they forget to smile and have a friendly conversation with their customers. Their food is good and portion sizes decent. They have healthy options, and I love their Teriyaki chicken and mixed vegetables.

I went here today (February 17, 2026) for Chinese New Year lunch. Needless to say, there was some lettuce in my white rice. I ordered orange chicken, teriyaki chicken and white rice, not knowing that some stray vegetables would get into my rice. This is not a good place for you to go to if you can't stand cross contamination... Maybe try its sister location on Golden State?

Service was great but the food wasn't so great. I ordered Kung Pao Chicken and the "chicken" was about 90% Orange Chicken. Not sure if they were running low and just mixed it in to make more, but it didn't taste that great. Regular kung pao chicken is way better. I also ordered steamed vegetables and they put loads of lightly cooked minced garlic on them. The vegetables would have been much better if they had either fried the garlic or left it out completely.

I eat panda maybe once a month only. I don't like to eat out and when I do I want my food to be good so I can enjoy. My fried rice tonight was tasteless. I felt as if I'm eating nothing. No flavor. I asked for chicken green beans strings, I didn't get that. They sweet and sour chicken was good. They gave me small portion of chowmain but so much rice. I shouldn't have gotten rice. I'm kinda disappointed in the chicken they gave me. Tastes as if it was boiled and thown in here. I didn't even eat it. I just couldn't. The one I get with string beans, is totally different. It really smelled awful. If a food requires alot of sauces to eat, that means something is wrong😖 🤷‍♂️

Placed an order on the app and when I get home as I’m eating my plate I noticed a hair inside my plate absolutely disgusting, panda please have your employees wear hair gel so that their hair does not end up in someone else’s food.

Whoever worked August 31st Saturday, @ 7:45pm and made two bigger plates your terrible and clearly they read instructions and do your job right. Why have instructions at the bottom of each item you order plus having an instructions notes at the end of your order just for it to be ignore three times. What do you be looking at on the receipt? Had no utensils, sauce, or napkins must of been in a rush to not care about an online delivery order. Not only that didn’t even get both of my orders (plates) right. I was missing my “rice”. Then my second plate I was missing my beef n broccoli. They put some random different kind of “meat” instead Sad how customers need to come in store just for you guys to barely even accomplish that. $35 down the drain. So embarrassing and sad. Definitely won’t be ordering here again. Seems like 2024 is their lacking year losing customers and less employees. Everyone starting to give service to the other panda in Turlock I guess! Employees should be rechecking orders at the end to make sure they have it right before packaging.

Very bad service. I ordered a family meal with a few plates, $80 worth of food only to get home and my plates are missing food. I also ordered a large shrimp, that's missing too. I tired calling and they hung up on me instantly.

Sadly one of if not the worst panda. Rarely if ever have ice (do not order drinks from this location), the cashiers ignore online order pickups. Would recommend the Gyro place besides, it is a surprising treat especially in contrast.

Today I ordered door dash it took longer then expected and I’m not sure if the door dasher is delivering old slimy tasteless food ! I couldn’t even eat my bowl due to a foul smell ! I received my door dash today and my panda bowl with chowmein was slimy and tasteless ! I went in a few days ago and everything was so fresh ! Today I ordered door dash it took longer then expected and I’m not sure if the door dasher is delivering old slimy tasteless food ! I couldn’t even eat my bowl due to a foul smell ! I don’t know what’s happening but if I get sick I will backtrack! My honey walnut shrimp had a white slimy glare and so did the lid of my bowl ! Highly recommend you order inside !!!!!

I used to go a lot but recently I got food from there and there was a LIVE fat bug in my chicken. I threw up right after, will not be eating here ever again.

My daughter got food poisoning after eating shrimp here. On top of that, they don't even give you a chance to order. The guy who took my family's rushed through ours. I couldn't even decide. It was the first time my little one got to eat here and he wasn't sure and I asked a couple of questions, particularly how spicy something was, to which he said it wasn't spicy at all and my son struggled the whole meal and couldn't eat it. Then, as I mentioned right off the bat, my daughter was extremely sick for 3 days with food poisoning, throwing up, severe stomach pain, and dehydration, all because of their stupid shrimp And yes, it was Panda Express who caused the food poisoning. I have no doubt about that. It didn't surprise me when they put fresh cooked food on top of the old food. They had someone spraying and cleaning over the food and wiping around the open food areas with chemicals. They had a completely filthy sticky drink station, which also did not work. Soda was over sweet (lacks carbonation), and there was no ice. They also kept their bathrooms locked while the restaurant was open. So stupid. I spent a lot of money at this place for my daughter to be miserable and sick and my son to not even get to enjoy the food he was looking forward to. Food poisoning isn't a joke. Not in adults and especially not in children.
