When they get my order correct. What's so hard about double meat patty with cheese mayo and mustard no pickels no onions they don't add mayo just pure mustard... and when I talk to management about things. They only one that listens is America, she listens but all the other managers need to learn from her. Only employee they have there that is worth more than what they pay!!

1st time there tried the new mushroom Swiss double burger it was very pretty but only had like 3 mushrooms on it and the meat was very dry and chewy. My partner got the double cheese burger his meat was also dry but not as bad as mine. Said his tasted old. The service was very unwelcoming felt like a burden. The bathroom was worse one of the dirtiest nastiest bathroom I had ever seen. However the pluse side my burger did have a great amount of bacon.

I just moved to Tyler so I am not too familiar with Braum's. We entered and got in line. When we got to the register the cashier said she was the burger only register and we would have to get in the ice cream line (we were the only customers in the burger line at that point). What? Okay a large "3 family group" had just walked in and up to the ice cream counter while we were waiting so we had to get behind them. Then another family came in and the burger cashier came over and could all of sudden help them with ice cream??? Maybe she can serve ice cream at 8:01pm and not 7:59pm. My poor hubby is meanwhile sitting in the car waiting. No clue the rules of how to get waited on and too much trouble.

Went there for dinner and dessert. Fried chicken sandwich was inedible - dry and could barely bite it - my sons was PURPLE . The ice cream - they had no vanilla - no chocolate sprinkles- and the hot fudge was seized up . Absolutely terrible - the were 11 of us and none of us will be back BUT the employees were very nice and respectful

My pregnant girlfriend found a long dark hair in her burger, right in the patty and ketchup. After a long day of work, we just wanted something quick so we didn’t have to cook, but this made her even more sick. Really disappointing because we’ve always liked this spot, but I don’t think we’ll be back.

I’m so sick of KIDS that don’t wanna work running this place ! There is always an issue with my order not being made right or not having the right ingredients on whatever sundae I order . Then they get an attitude whenever you ask for a bag to put the ice cream in . My husband had an issue this evening and when he called to complain to the “manager “ even the manager “Taylor” was trying to scold him for not ordering it right . He ordered a banana split add pecans . The banana split comes with almonds so if he said add pecans that’s easy enough to understand just add pecans to how it’s already made , right!? Well they did not put the almonds and Taylor tells my husband he should have been more specific . Why????? My husband never said to take off anything . Also the employees were being rude and had attitudes When he asked for a bag and when he told them that the cone they tried to hand him was actually supposed to be in a cup the girl rolled her eyes and blew her breath out . When my husband called TAYLOR the so called manager , TAYLOR wasn’t trying to make anything right and wasn’t apologetic. Although I love the ice cream there, we had already stopped eating there for years due to the same thing nothing but kids run that place And you can tell none of them wanna be there. I’m sick of it I need to speak to a general manger about this location!!!!

Is there a shortage of condiments?..I had to add some at the house..and the burger was burnt to a crisp!! Fries were dry..what is going on here

Wow. This place is disgusting, and the food was awful. Highchairs looked to have mold on them or something.🤢 The chicken club sandwich was not even edible and the chicken patty was discolored. The manger was rude and matter-of-factly when I received a grilled chicken sandwich and ordered a spicy fried chicken sandwich, which was disgusting as well. Yuck! Won't be back.

It is dirty through the whole place I got pics got shakes all liquid pretty much, restrooms nasty, food all over the floors, most employees with long hair isn’t in a hair net or put up all the way so it doesn’t get into the food I don’t recommend this place at all.

I really don’t like to complain, but I’ve had enough!! For the last (at least) 3 times I’ve been here I have had my orders wrong!!
