This is a brand new (self seating) restaurant. The dishes are made to order, they make your food fresh so be patience. The quality and quantity bus excellent and the tables are clean.
The food was delicious. We enjoyed a turkey leg and a chicken salad. Everything was freshly cooked and quick to pick up.
So they completely redid the menu and stepped away from the standard theme park food. The slow roasted pork with the lime creme was actually fantastic. Same with the citrus glazed chicken. They have 1 type of burger and 1 type of chicken burger.. You wont find French fries here either.. they got Plantain chips. With the opening of Jurassic world the ride.. this place will get busy and fast
The food was good I recommend getting the Tyranno bite it's pretty good and good service. Also it was easy to find a seat to eat your food
Nice cafe! I was actually surprised to find veggie burgers! It was tasty too! When roaming around the park you definitely need some food and this is a good place to grab a quick bite!
The only reason I went to Universal studios was Jurassic Café. I love jurassic cafe, it is a place where you can be around dinosaur stuff. People complain about prices but it's an amusement park so what do you expect, and the food was amazing. Truly a 5 star experience.
The greatest dining experience in my entire life. I truly got to experience what it was like to eat like a dinosaur. Turkey legs are cool and burgers were good.
I really like the food here. I show that the previous reviews are not the best but my experience was more then great. Food was good, team was nice, the place looks clean and welcoming. I will recommend this place to my friends and will be back.
After finished studio tour, we went here to have meal. I must admit we had no any expectation just we went here for the name "Jurassic". When I hear that word it brings back beautiful childhood memories, I grew up watching it. We had chicken pizza & burger, its so good and the staffs are amicable. I will recommend this place for a nice little meal.
My boyfriend has dietary restrictions and the staff were SO helpful! We asked about the turkey leg, because those sometimes have surprising ingredients and we weren't sure if there was really anything else my boyfriend could eat. The chef brought out the whole ingredients list and confirmed it was safe! I didn't catch their name, but I am so grateful to the chef with the gauges for their help. THANK YOU!!! Eating out is so stressful for us, but this made our experience so much better. We'll be back!
First off, the universal studios food help page and email staff are great at helping confirm what can and can't be eaten. Reach out before your visit and they're more than happy to help accomidate to allergies. The Jurassic Cafe also has an allergen menu ready behind the counter on request. There are lots of options to be able to eat dairy free here. The food is decent, price is to be expected for in the park. There is mobile ordering available for when the lines are long.
The food was great. Service was okay. The price was a little high but it's what you'd except for a theme park. Really it was the weight that took 40 minutes just to get to the front of the line to order the food. That was the issue. They were obviously busy but they only had one side of the line open which I find to be ridiculous in peak season. We end up spending almost $90 on a family feast. That said, it was absolutely delicious and the portions were great and it fed approximately 5 to 6 people. This is what worth it. Just my advice would be to get there before 1:00 in the afternoon so that you have a better chance of waiting less to get your food. Also, good luck finding a table. If you were in a pair, I would suggest splitting up in one person. Scout for a table of the other person is in line to make sure you have a place to sit once you have your food.
They have amazing food !! Delicious!! Well recommended !! After getting your Jurassic world unforgettable experience, everyone should visit this cafe. Taste the delicious food . Wonderful atmosphere. Only waiting line is so long. Limited varieties but unlimited fill-ups. Great adventure with the Cafe. Very clean place and good atmosphere. Everyone should get great experience. Must visit . Without hesitation . Limited chicken options. We had tried several foods. Restrooms are very clean. Low lifts adventure experiences. Universal studio is one of the greatest tech experiences with the Hollywood movie trekkers . Challenge something with the adventure . Try it and taste it . Feel something better . There is not waiting time on Mondays for Jurassic world adventure experience.. wonderful ride . Must avoid this ride, if you have any heart decease or heart relations issues .. hope you find the better deals !!
Even though the ride was down for maintenance, we still needed a bite to eat and decided to stop into Jurassic Cafe. There weren’t a ton of menu options, and the setup honestly reminded me of a ski lodge or school cafeteria very grab-your-tray, move down the line style. My partner and I split the chicken strips and fries. Just a heads up ranch costs extra at the register, but barbecue sauce was available at the end of the counter before paying. After you check out, there’s a station with straws, ketchup, mustard, etc. It was actually pretty chilly inside from the air conditioning, so we chose to sit outside instead and enjoyed the sunshine and nice weather, which made the experience better. The portion size was perfect and the chicken strips were good. The fries weren’t my favorite but only cause I personally love really crispy fries and these were a bit softer/soggier than I prefer but they were still decent. Overall, it did the job for a quick theme park meal and gave us a nice break while we waited things out.
We had a great meal at Jurassic Café inside Universal Studios Hollywood. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the salad was enormous and well-prepared. The ambiance, themed around the Jurassic Park franchise, added to the dining experience, making it a fun and satisfying stop during our visit to the park. Highly recommend for a quick and tasty bite!
1. "A Flavor Explosion!" I had the Mojo Pork at Jurassic Cafe, and it was absolutely delicious! The pork was tender, juicy, and full of flavor with the perfect balance of spices. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a hearty, satisfying meal! 2. "Melt-in-your-mouth Goodness!" The Mojo Pork at Jurassic Cafe is a must-try! The seasoning was spot on, and the pork was cooked to perfection. It’s definitely a dish I’ll be coming back for every time. 3. "Incredible Dish at Jurassic Cafe!" If you're a fan of flavorful, tender pork, the Mojo Pork at Jurassic Cafe is for you! The blend of spices and the juicy texture make this dish a standout. Don’t miss out on this gem! 4. "Unbeatable Flavor!" I had the Mojo Pork at Jurassic Cafe, and it was hands down one of the best dishes I’ve ever tasted! The pork was seasoned perfectly and had a fantastic smoky flavor. Can’t wait to visit again!

Four stars for long it took to get my food and price was pricey but it was tasty. Clam chowder had big clams and good flavor,

Pulled pork and chicken were not bad and the portion was resonable. I initially ordered the Mahi Mahi with melon pico- the piece of Tuna was TINY. Even for this place I thought it was ridiculous. Rice was bland but the sauce on top of the citrus glazed chicken was phenomenal. Probably wont be dinning here again but it wasn't a terrible meal.
expensive but the food is good. the island burgers were good and the brazilian Enpanadas were amazing. Good for a quick food grab at univseral studios and good food to eat when standing in line as well.
The BBQ shredded chicken sandwich wasn't bad but not great either, the pulled pork was really flavorful (citrus/lime flavor) and surprised us, I expected bland theme park meat and it was much better than expected. The fries taste like a straight version of the curly fries from Jack, they were super good! Plus, it has A/C and soda machines where you can help yourself to some ice.
Service: ordered online, had to wait the full 15 minutes after i arrived in the cafe, and then was told it was ready, had to bounce around between counters and then watch them make it. Why did I even order online if I'd have to wait so long and then still wait in the line? Kind of frustrating. Food: got the butternut squash bread bowl and was surprisingly impressed! Although the bread was super basic, the soup was really yummy and there were a ton of pepitas. As a vegetarian, I was really worried about finding any veggie options, but there were several. Universal doing more work than most other restaurants.
I was pleasantly surprised by Jurassic Cafe. I wanted to try something new on my most recent visit to Universal Studios and selected this place since the menu seemed my style. The only gripes I had were right when I walked in with the process to order not being entirely clear (it is like a buffet, but things are made fresh to order, just wish there was a sign which communicated that), and the service was a bit lackluster with all three staff members I spoke with seeming to be half-asleep and disinterested in serving me. The food certainly made up for that initial impression though. I had the chicken sandwich, and even though they put way too much sauce on it to the point that it was a little on the soggy side, it still tasted fantastic. Also, the portion size was far larger than I expected and well worth the price. I also tried the Chorizo and Potato Empanadas appetizer, which was perfectly balanced with the sauce it came with actually. I would definitely visit this location again next time I visit the park, and only took a star off for the slightly poorer service rendered by the staff.
I don’t understand all the negative reviews. This is the most value oriented offering at Universal Studios. A chicken adobo plate which consists of pesto rice with half a chicken or mojo pork which is the same rice plate with shredded pork for $17-18 is a good deal in my book. Beef empanadas were good too even at $11 for three pieces. The family feast platter at $70 is way too much food even for four people. Customers need to be more patient with the staff. The workers have to act like they enjoy serving food for Universal Studios guests everyday. Lines were long when we visited and you had to be patient waiting for tables to become available.
We came to Universal early and decided to eat breakfast there. We went here, since it was on lower lot. It was not cheap, but for theme park food, it was nice. My husband got sausage, egg, and potato platter and I got a waffle. He got a full plate and it was seasoned and warm. I got a waffle, it was small but it had whip cream and about half a cup of fresh berries. Sort of wish there was some packaged syrup, but it was actually a nice tasting waffle.
I’ve been here a couple of times now. They’ve changed the menu sadly. It’s a lot worse now. I miss the chicken. Burger was fine I guess. Chili was a bit better. Four stars purely for nostalgia from my childhood.
The lines were a little long so I mobile ordered. I enjoyed the burger although the lettuce looked a little old. The fries were perfect! Nice, hot and fresh. It took them awhile to hand me my order but the food was still delicious.
Was here recently and had myself a Isla Chicken Sandwich. Ordering as simple enough with a few menus as you work in, and a very large board above the staff serving. Felt more like a cafeteria than a restaurant, and strangely felt appropriate to the Jurassic theme. The Chicken was well cooked, as were the wedges. Burger was nice and very filling. Had lunch and barely needed dinner that night. Sitting inside and out, but I'd recommend sitting outside and upstairs. You can really appreciate the atmosphere as the Jurassic World ride is right near you. A wonderful experience, but sadly wife has allergies and she wasn't confident about getting anything. She had the wedges though and enjoyed them. Price for the sandwich was a little on the costly side, but you're at a theme park and I wouldn't expect it any other way to be honest.
Food and service was good. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the tropical rosasted chicken salad. It didn't have any flavor or taste. It felt like there was no dressing. Other than that, everything was excellent!
Place was ok. We order a turkey leg but they ran out of fries so we had to wait several minutes for them to take them out. Overall it was a good experience. They didn't had coke zero at the time that's a no for me but, if you go early you might get a better service.
Why eat at the Krusty Buger when you can eat at the Jurassic Cafe, not only are the hamburgers more gourmet per sey, they have the best fries in the park. The Isla Buger I ordered was a bit cold, but the flavor was all there. Grab a plastic knife and condements and spread them on to the burger, and take the Isla burger to the next level.
Just wanted to try this restaurant that's inside Universal Studios Hollywood. Everything was good except the beans & rice (I had better). The fries were very good.

The food is ok, other restaurants around the park have better food. It also gets really difficult to find tables around here sometimes. I kinda liked the old Jurassic PARK theme more than the World theme they replaced it currently, feels more boring.
I usually eat at Moe's, I figured I'd try this since my husband tells me I should try new things. Whatever. Tried it - it was okay. It's a cafeteria line for starters - so the food is already made - you take which plate you want. They had to make my veggie burger though. I figured it would be the same veggie burger that they serve at Moe's since it's the same theme park but it wasn't as good. I'll stick with what I know, okay? Moe's it is.
It wasn't very well posted that kids meals were available, but we did see a sign last minute. The fries were good, the fruit cups are from a can, kids burger was good, pulled pork had an off taste for my son, and the turkey legs were immensely plain. It may be how turkey legs are intended at most places, but if that's the case... My husband is smoking his own from now on.
It's slightly better than frozen food that everyone patiently lines up 25 minutes to pay $16-20 to eat. Ate there twice because nothing else is good at Universal Studios. Listen to what everyone says about the Turkey Leg. It is rock hard and possible to eat. Dry as cardboard. I had mojo pork and it was passable.
I took beyond burger and it was awful. Cold, bread is untasty, very dry. The only good in this burger was beyond meet. I almost put 0, but my relatives ordered turkey leg and isla chicken sandwich and sayed that it was good, not great, but good. So, if you vegetarian, I do not recommend this place. Beyond burger is the only vegetarian meal here and it is bad and totally don’t cost money that I paid
•The Carnivore 3/5 (Fast Food/Theme Park Scale): my friend ordered this, it came with a decent amount of meat; unfortunately, it wasn’t very warm, yet it was overcooked, so the meat was a bit tough. On a good note, it had lots of pickles, and the BBQ sauce was smoky with the right amount of sweet. Portions were good for the price. Fries were good. •Atmosphere: underwhelming considering it’s the Jurassic Cafe. It’d be fun if they had props from the movies and more dinosaur theming. On a good note, there was ample seating, tables and booths, and A/C to beat the heat!
I already have low expectations for amusement park restaurants, so I am thoroughly whelmed by the food here. You get to eat in-between waiting in lines for a slightly expensive price. 5 tenders for the Pterodactyl Claw meal is not bad.
It's okay I guess. They have turkey legs which were filling, some sauce would have helped though. The staff that helped us could have been a little more attentive. Otherwise the place was packed and people were aggressive to get tables.

Just don't... Sadly it was a waste of money. The food was comparable to a high school cafeteria. Overpriced for the quality, save yourself the disappointment and go anywhere else.
Very very very slow service... it seems like they don't want to serve me. Ordered clam chowder but no bread bowls, I guess they ran out. But I was charge the same $12.99.
To me this was overrated. I had gone here with with my mom and dad and this was a bad experience. My burger was massive, had too much lettuce, and was loaded with too much sauce. Terrobale to be honest.
Horrible food, chicken was over done or old! Could not take a complete bite without having to pull like it was jerky! Curly fries cold Sponge cake was like so dry and no taste!! Thank God the ride was good! Never eating inside this park again. Guess that’s why there is the City walk
Service wasnt rude, but either extremely slow or not paying attention to what was going on around them. Very frustrating. No sense of urgency. Food was just ok, Shark drink is unbearably sweet
"The taste of Costa Rica".... please.... 🙄 I had the Isla burger, beat part was the queso cheese, it was alright. Wife had the Isla chicken sandwich, it fell apart in her hand and she ended up eating it with a fork and knife. I get that your feeding a lot of people at once, but so does Disneyland, and their food is much better.
Staff seemed a little uninterested but the big thing is no awareness of universal member appreciation days. They are not made aware by management or whoever that this is going on, so they dont charge you correctly and don't know what you're talking about.
Spent $42 for the absolute worst chicken burger that I've ever had. 2 others in our party tried it and no one could eat this. The turkey leg was dry, full of ligaments and tasted like artificial smoke. 2 stars only because the fries are good, and the kids burgers came with ok fruit cups. We'll never eat here again.
Food overall was ok. But the service given by one of the employees (line servers) was less than welcoming. I am extremely disappointed by the servers attitude and way of handling our request for either a discount or a substitute for the item (coleslaw) they did not available. When we ordered the short ribs, it clearly stated it was served with fries and coleslaw. She repeatedly told us they just didn’t have any and that was that, until the other server told her it was okay to substitute the missing item with fries as we were requesting. I thought it was an obvious practice since I am paying full price but seemed to be an outrageous request by the way she glared at us and served the food. We were at universal studios 4/28/25 and the incident was between 2-3pm. I did not see a name tag.
The food was about the same quality that I remember public elementary school fare to be in the early 90s but with smaller portions, so maybe your kids would like it?? It had a fun atmosphere but inadequate seating, so we had to sit on a curb...
This place actually used to have pretty decent food, but sometime this past year they changed the menu and I am no longer a fan. The burger I ate was probably the worst I’ve ever had. The staff does get your food out efficiently and are friendly. The actual restaurant is pretty nice and clean. But I would not recommend eating here because of the food. Go to three broomsticks. So much better.
The queue was super long between 2 and 3pm. Spent close to an hour waiting. The menu was limited in size, and it was a kind of chaotic experience. There was probably a hundred people in line or eating. I got the Apex Predator (smoked turkey leg with fries) and it was ok. The fries were boring and dry. When you take the price into account, it wasn't worth it. The napkins were horrible quality and kept sticking to my fingers because of the turkey leg grease, and you didn't get a proper plate because there are so many customers, so it was prone to go flying at any gust of wind.

Got the burger, was expecting something juicy and delicious for nearly $20/burger. Instead I got something that resembled a school cafeteria burger. The meat was thin, mealy, and had a weird texture. The fries were okay, nothing special. Universal seriously needs to upgrade their food quality. The only decent thing about this place are the workers. They were great and very helpful.
This used to be one of my favorite places to check out when we would go to Universal Studios however, as of late, it has not been great. I actually used to love getting their Poké bowl here or the Caesar salad. This time my husband got the burger and I got the clam chowder since I wasn’t super hungry and the salad did not look appetizing. They had chili listed on their online menu, which is what i was going to order, however it was unavailable when we approached the counter. Clam chowder came in a bread bowl, which was stale, and honestly if it came out of a can, I’m kind of surprised because all of the potatoes inside were different sizes and cooked to varying degrees. The clams are chewy and it had a very smoky taste overall which I did not enjoy. The burger was also underwhelming along with the fries that were kind of cold and just blah. I’m not saying we won’t eat here again just because we do have passes and like to change things up, but I’m hoping they’ll change the menu before we go back and bring back the Poké bowl that they had. It was delicious.

One of the workers there was very rude. I think her name was Hermina. She yelled when I told her I was waiting for my food and she yelled at me in a hostile way it was very uncomfortable. Very disappointed. You guys gotta do better on how you treat your customers.
Mark was helpful but everyone else didn't seem to know what they were doing. They had to remake my order twice. Will never come back here and we have a season pass.
Jurassic Cafe. Long lines. Rude slow counter staff. Burger and chicken sandwich so dry it was hardly edible. Universal you need to up your game. I should have gotten a hot dog from a cart.
Basically cafeteria food i bought the burger and it made mcdonalds burgers look gourmet worst 20$ i ever spent plus service sucked
Horrible costumer service. Not busy at all we were the only costumer for around 20 min. Everyone conversations was more important then the costumers. The person at the register repeated himself 5 time bring over? Like we were stupid. We asked for a Managers after my husband finished his statement. He said sorry touch my husband shoulder and walked away, So disrespectful. Pointless complaining about it. Food is bad.
Absolutely abysmal. Hospital cafeteria food is far more edible than this. School lunches are a better deal than what we got. You're even served in a line like it would be in a school cafeteria. The burger was cooked well done, I don't have anything against a well done burger (not my favorite but also not the point) but when I bit into it I felt like I was back in the desert in Arizona. I think they tried to rehydrate it with thousand island dressing but it just made the bun soggy. You'd think for $14 you'd get something edible but apparently not at Universal. The Caesar is absolutely DRENCHED in dressing. I'd rather eat lettuce with no dressing whatsoever. The grilled chicken is fine. It's probably the most stomachable thing I ate. However, the mashed potatoes served on the side literally tasted sour. The corn was fine. The fries were about standard, probably the best thing there. I still wouldn't reccomended them though. On the other hand, the onion rings were so soaked in grease they might as well have you eat it straight out the fryer. And drinks were just plain overpriced, with no refills. If I could I'd give this 0 stars, or even shut down the restaurant all together. Don't eat here, you won't be just disappointed but also sick. And you won't be able to get pepto bismol either to calm your raging heart burn because you'll be too broke to even afford any, let alone gas or a ride to a store to get some. In short, don't eat here
Go somewhere else if you need food while you're at Universal. My friend and I both got burgers. Spent $18 on a burger, fries, and soda and they were absolutely terrible - couldn't even finish. And the soda machines weren't even working. There are spots with better food. I've been to Krusty Burger and had a decent burger there. I'm not sure why this place was so bad.
Do not come here for breakfast, you will be served minimum options that are all basically the same, eggs were bland, food was barely warm, mostly on the cold side. I think prisoners in jail are eating better food than what I experienced today. Big disappointment.
Worst food ever no joke and be warned. First off I spent 88$ for my wife and 3 kids. Me and my wife baught the Turkey legs and let me tell you they tasted like ham, if I wanted ham then I would have baught ham. Second off all my son baught pizza. It was so disgusting that we had to go up to the cashier and exchange it with chicken strips. I was already bummed so I took a bit into my chocolate dipped strawberries, and sure enough the strawberries were not ripe still wet from the inside, the chocolate from the outside was soggy because of the strawberries from the inside. I said to my wife they cant even do the basic chocolate strawberries right lol.The only thing midiocor was the season fries. It's just advice people you dont have to take it. At the end off the day I got my money back.
Unimpressive, gross cafeteria food. Second visit to U.S. yesterday and thought we'd try this cafe because they offered burgers, pizza, salads and chicken. Although the chicken Caesar salad was drenched in dressing with lots of parmesan, it was still an ok salad. The pepperoni pizza was greasy, soggy, with dried pepperonis and sauce that tasted like Chef Boy R Dee's. The cheeseburger was tough and truly reminded me of an elementary school cafeteria burger. The fries were ok. I won't return here. Quite the bummer to pay $40, no drinks, and be so disappointed with a meal.
Purchased personal size cheese pizza, burger, fries, and a drink. Cost over $35. Cheese pizza was nearly inedible ... Had been in the warmer too long and was dried out. Also way too salty. For this price you'd think you could get one refill on your drink ... But no. Burger and fries were ok, but way too expensive. There were only two of us. How does a family afford to eat in this park?
Disappointing to say the least, the burgers reminded me of school lunch. I expected more having spent $50 for two people.
I waited for more than one hour for my fast food. Longest line of the day in the park. The order management and online order notice is a mess.
Me and 2 other of my 4 relatives that went here to get a turkey leg got sick with food poisoning. However they prepared the food is definitely a hazard.
Waited in line for over an hour only to learn they did not have the food. App was down. Other customers complaining that food was cold.. Horrible. Will never return.
We got the bbq chicken sandwich and cobb salad. This is a slab of unseasoned chicken on a soggy bun with nothing good about it. The dressing for the salad has something not so great about it. The establishment didn’t ask for the pass for discount. This place used to be good. It’s a disaster now. 96.00 for 4, definitely not worth it.
It was very crowded on the inside. Would not recommend eating next to the line. Not relaxing at all. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich. I have never seen so little meat on a sandwich like that before. Like maybe 3 bits worth. And there was only a dab of sauce. Which it really needed it because the bun was so dry. I was so hungry after I finished eating. It was not a meals worth of food.
Food was a bit pricey but expected for an amusement park. The food looked good from the outside but once you bite in, you’re met with meat that’s drier than a mummy from the Sahara. As for service, you got an employee (Jason) that’s built like an upside down ketchup bottle body shaming customers with explicit language. Sadly would not recommend this place.
The nuggets were dry as sand and suited as human food. Ordered online to avoid the long q. When we got notice that the food was ready we was pointed to a 25 minute q before we got the food.
One star cause I could not give zero. Do not mobile order, there is no sense to it. The food was cold and old. I try to give honest reviews. Not just bad. The soda machines only had water on one side and diet on the other, 20 dollars for the souvenir cup to get water. Really?
AVOID this place. Visited with a group and had a mobile order to skip the line, as advertised on the menu. We waited 1 hour for food that never came. Staff in the kitchen kept making excuses and asking for “more 10 min”, “another 10 minutes and should be ready”… this went on until we gave up and decided to leave. We got a full refund, but as there was no manager present, they didn’t give us any other compensation. We just lost a full hour in this place for nothing.
There is no excuse for the food at this place. Universal needs to do better
The beyond burger substitution is not a patty substitution, but rather an entirely new vegan burger that isn’t on the menu. The bun fell apart in my hands (and I’m not quite sure why it wasn’t the other potato bun) with vegan mayo, vegan unmelted cold cheese, and loaded with lettuce. It wasn’t good, and wasn’t what I was expecting at all as a vegetarian. I spoke with management about it and they offered to replace it, but we were in a time crunch. They let me know that I wasn’t the first person to complain about it. For those with allergies, please be aware the the beyond burger bun looks like it has seeds in it as well and while management did say the vegan cheese was not nut-based, I’d still be wary.
Do not eat here. My son and I went here on Thanksgiving and had two Turkey legs for dinner. In addition to the ridiculous amusement park prices, the turkey legs were tough and overcooked, and had no taste whatsoever. Highly overrated. #NeverAgain. #BuyerBeware
Though the park opened at 9, the cafe didn’t open until 11:30, which resulted in a long line of waiting customers. Not a smart business decision. When it finally did open (5 minutes late) food was not prepped, and the first groups had to wait for their meals. When we finally got our overpriced chicken sandwiches, the meat was nearly inedible — dark, chewy and stringy. Fries were fine. Avoid at all costs.
Food was actually not bad, but the staff was horrible. The three girls at the counter were far more interested in taking to each other than acknowledging their line of customers. Now I'm a pretty passive person, and am not looking at every petty behavior that employees engage in to get angry about. That said, nobody here seemed to care. They allowed perfectly good food to go cold for no other reason than to socialize with one another. Don't go here. Even the most patient patron will get angry with the service here.
Bland Food, why didn't I check reviews. Omg the worst lol just meat, no salt, no seasoning at all. Burgers, turkey leg, chicken salad, chicken sandwich, ALL Bland. And No ketchup, ugh.. how lol Staff was nice, under staffed though. Definitely not worth any waiting. And over priced, just don't bother. Leaving a review to remind myself for next time lol
Chicken sandwich was close to inedible. Sat out, dry, rock hard and barely chewable. Salad has one small cup for dressing which covers 1/3 of the salad, no flavor at all. Pyroraptor refresher has no mango boba. Do not recommend these menu items.
Lousy and overpriced. I would try all other park options before this one. Cold fries. Wet lettuce. Awful patty. Plastic cheese. Missing the very basics of a decent cheeseburger and fries.
Food sucks for the price the burger is too dry and the meat taste like a soy burger and the fires are dry and boring . The smoked turkey leg is too greasy and you will get a better one at Disney .
The food is terrible. I ordered a boiled meat burger or $17 that taste the same as the ones I got for school lunch. Not sure what it was made of but never bought beef burger that take and looks that way. For the price they should at least put in some effort. At least strive for mc Donald's quality (not sure that's beef either).
Food was SO bad, no flavor at all. The chicken wing tasted dirty and flavorless. Thankfully they let me replace it for some tenders…Even the chicken tenders were bad…how do you mess that up?
First time going to Universal with my family and we were really excited but coming to this restaurant was the worst experience we have had and we had a terrible experience at Disneyland also. The customer service was beyond disrespectful, the food was expensive for the portion they gave us and to top it off the cashier was rude as well and when asked for Manager (Serena) they were no where to be seen until we left.
Let me tell you why you shouldn’t come Here! FIRST, the burger I ate was pink on the inside, and the cheese wasn’t cooked! It’s like they only cooked it for 1 second. Next, the chicken leg looks cooked on the outside, BUT UNCOOKED ON THE INSIDE! Now lastly, the chicken tenders are very hard to EAT! So that’s my review! YOUR WELCOME!
Long queue. Very BAD STAFF: some count the weight of your food and so remove some fries, others act very slow and do an uneffective service. Fries were scarcely fried and 20dollars to access the fontain of sodas. 6 dollars for a 90% ice in the glass of cola.
I ordered 2 burgers and paid $46 thinking it was going to be good instead I was given a school lunch burger the meat was hard and gross the tomato had hard pieces in it and they put a crap tone of lettuce to try to cover it up definitely don’t recommend.
DO NOT COME HERE! We waited an hour longer than our scheduled pickup time. We ordered online but were told our order wasn't ready when we could literally see it. Finally got our order and it was very disappointing. We ordered a salad and burger. The salad was small for being over $13. The burger was cold. Very disappointed.
The worst BBQ sandwich I've ever had. The pulled chicken was dry with zero flavor. The bun was stale. Fried were cold. At $16, this was nothing short of highway robbery.
bro, the food was so bad and mega expensive too. I ordered Brazilian Cheesy Bread and i got the most STALE pieces of LUMPS. The bread was not good at all and the cheese did not taste good…and for the price of SIX dollars. I also got the Fossil Cake Jar and it was mushy (not in a pleasant way) and it was SOOO sweet. There was no reason for it to be that sweet. The table was also left mega dirty. Overall..overpriced and not good food. Get better! Large Company and still can’t get good food!
First and foremost these are not beignets. They are bootleg chinese fried doughnuts they were cold and stale. Disappointed y’all labeled these beignets. Second ordered that salad with no nutritional value iceberg lettuce is just plain water. The service was great don’t get me wrong the place is clean big open space. But come on the salad had no flavor and I found a bone in my food. Almost broke my teeth. But moving forward paid 16$ for this salad the salsa had no flavor. Like seriously. Costa Rican inspired food is an insult. How you going to call something exotic adding avacado? Come on universal studios
Do yourself a favor and listen to the bad reviews, this place is not good. The turkey leg was very dry and tough, with no seasoning whatsoever, horrible and bland. The rice and beans which comes with half the meals has no flavor at all and very mushy, it’s sad they would serve this for the price. If you must order something go with the pulled chicken sandwich or isla burger. Everything else is trash. The pictures on the menu might be appealing but the food is terrible.

unhygienic food conditions and rude staff . ordered 3 beyond meat burgers they brought out only one after a 20 min wait and said they were out. Then when i mentioned that we ordered 3 burgers they said we can’t make the other two and we have not charged you for it anyways and shrugged. No sorry nothing. Quality of food is also bad to compound all this
