I had a great experience at Starbucks! Amber was super helpful and made my latte with sugar-free vanilla just right. She was friendly and attentive, which made my visit even better. The drink was perfect, and the service was excellent. Definitely coming back!

This store staff is awesome. I went to a Starbucks and they gave me the wrong order. I didn't realize until I left and was closer to my destination near this location. This Starbucks replaced my drink for me no questions asked. Thats hella customer service. They were super busy on a Sunday morning too. Thank you for making my morning!

Nadine at the drive thru window is such a sweet heart. She needs to work the window all the time. I had originally order a tall shaken espresso and I had wanted to use my reward and she gave me a venti instead and she truly made my day. My drink was one of the best drinks I've had from startbucks in a long time. It was made right. Thank you Nadine and your beautiful spirit.

We enjoyed our visit to Starbucks. The person taking our order was friendly and efficient and our lattes were great. There was a police officer ordering before us. When he received a call on the radio the Starbucks employee offered to rush his order. I thought that was considerate and appropriate, showing due respect and support for those who serve their community. Good job!

Drive-thru is consistently busy. But when there's someone taking orders at your car door, the line moves quickly. The employee at the window has always been super friendly. I go here regularly but I've never been inside this Starbucks.

GREAT LOW-CAL HOLIDAY DRINKS! I ran into this Starbucks to seek comfort after a crazy experience at the Taco Bell across the street. I was pleasantly surprised with the amazing holiday drinks! I personally love the Iced Sugar Cookie Almondmilk Latte! It's only 150 calories and not too sugary despite the name! My drink came with fun little sprinkles on top which was a nice touch. The service was pretty fast, I only waited about 9 or so minutes for my drink to come out. The coffee shop was pretty busy for a midweek evening. I killed some time here before heading to the SeaQueen for the Yelpies. The parking lot was a little dark and sketchy so come with a friend! I tried using the restroom but I saw a homeless person using it and taking WAY too long in there. I'm pretty sure he was getting high inside, so I opted to skip using it. I'm a little concerned that none of the staff caught this happening. Thankfully, there was a thicc officer nearby so I felt safe.

Line is always long, but goes pretty quickly most of the time. I always get a iced white mocha with almond milk and it's so good

Ordered a coffee traveler nearly 24 hours in advance and was made to wait over 20 minutes for the order to be filled upon checking in, to pick up the order. The careless attitude from management showed a lack of consideration for a person’s time. It is no surprise that the coffee chain up the street has a line around the building. No one wants to constantly deal with bad attitudes where they spend their dollars before they’ve had their morning coffee.

Just need to have some more sugar free options like sugar free whipped cream sugar free caramel and creamer

The batista didn't pay attention to what the order was. First they got my son's order done on time. I think they forgot mine, because my son came out to the car asked if I had ordered here. For as much purchases me and my family make with Starbucks, they will not offer free water without a purchase. They said it was a new company policy. If so, why do other Starbucks had no problem providing water without a purchase? You have lost customers over a water that doesn't really cost you anything other than a plastic cup.
