Delicious Pho perhaps where you'd least expect it. The smoothies and tea were also excellent, and everything was made by a diligent and polite staff. And not to mention, awesome prices for the flavor!

Uvalde has a dearth of restaurants. This one is nice and quiet. BYOB. I have eaten there about 5 or 6 times over the last year as I pass through Uvalde. And I eat there again this weekend. I hope it survives.

It’s a true mom-and-pop restaurant. I guess for now, it’s only take-away service. The son took our order, grandpa kept a watchful eye on his grandson, and grandma delivered our food with the sweetest smile. The food is incredibly flavorful and authentic—clearly made with love. Great portions for the price, and the iced coffee was the perfect refreshing touch. Highly recommend for both the taste and the heartwarming experience. We found a perfect spot nearby at the Uvalde Memorial Park to eat our lunch.

Must try if you’re in town, great pho, shrimp puffs was very good, had not had anything similar to that, and great ban mi. Must try their smoothie, all made with real fruit/avocado, popping boba so good and fun. To-go only, but there’s park near by you can eat at. We came back for another round of boba and smoothie after lunch at nearby park on the same day. And can’t beat the price!

I’ve been to Vietnam and I live in Houston where there’s a Pho place on every other corner and I’ve had the best of the best. When I searched good food in Uvalde, Pho Long came up and I was so surprised! I’ve been coming here for 20+ years and it makes me so happy to find my culture in one place. It was absolutely delicious, the broth was clear and flavorful, the ingredients were fresh, and the staff were so generous and polite. I asked for extra rice noodles and it’s the most I’ve ever had in my life. Definitely check this place out, it’s so worth it!

I ordered the 29 - rice with chicken and eggroll. Dish was beautiful and tasty, especially the eggroll and rice. Owner was very nice. Very grateful for this wonderful pho restaurant in such a small town.

I stopped in early morning to pick up a tea for breakfast and to have my lunch on hand. I ordered the matcha tea with boba, as well as lemon honey tea with boba, and a pho soup. I will definitely be returning for more tea and to try more of their menu. The staff was all so friendly and prices were very fair. They currently are only serving to go orders- 06/2022.

Good Vietnamese in Uvalde? Who would have thought? I've been here twice for pho. On my first visit, right after it opened, the eye of round was a little tuff. Other than that, the flavor was spot on. On the second visit, the same cut of beef was much better. Fatty brisket was good both times. My wife always gets Buhn, or vermicelli bowl. Both times she gave it a thumbs up. Friendly staff and ownership. On part with my favorite places in San Antonio.

Pho was good but it would've been nice to get bean sprouts, thai basil and/or mint as a side.

We came on a business trip from houston where everywhere is open to dine in but to our surprise this place doesn't nor the Chinese restaurant in front that already was a turn off then I take the take our home and they hardly provided chicken to our chicken and rice, it was a bit dry aswell

Food was ok... smoothies were delish. Staff was friendly but for the most part could not understand what they were saying.

Restaurant currently allows to-go only. The food is mediocre; good enough since you aren’t able to cook these broths at home easily. My biggest complaint is how the male shop owner has a very long right pinky nail. A good 1-2 inch, while his other nails are normal length. I’m Vietnamese myself and understand that it can be about your feng shui/filial piety/chi, but I’ve also heard that it could just be specialized for picking your nose. Nonetheless, it’s really gross and cannot be that great for food safety.

Food was ok, although I think the shrimp we had was close to being spoiled, the fryer oil definitely needed to be changed. Prices and service was good but not happy with the food. You also should also get green leaf lettuce and cilantro or mint to wrap your crispy egg rolls. I'm just spoiled because I've had really good vietnamese food before so I was disappointed. But I will definitely try the PHO if we go back.

Called ahead of time and they said closing time was 7:30 pm I had arrived at 7:00 and I was denied service. I had to travel from home to the restaurant location only to be denied service. Their food is good is but their service could use improvement.

I don’t know if this place is good or not, but they don’t answer. Place says is open at 9am. I was going to order a takeout, and called them about 5 times but never answered. Then I drove by and it was closed 😒😒 y’all should update your hours.
