Don't waste your money on the ultimate meat and cheese burrito. There was nothing ultimate about this burrito. My salsa packet was as wide as the burrito.

Terrible experience, ordered online. Menu board read Angelita was on her way with my order for my son and I, 4 minutes passed. Still no order, I paged them, they then said they were out of hotdogs, but would substitute something, my son said Chicken poppers or something like that. She said okay, then came out with just a burger we ordered, no drinks, then a few minutes later with drinks and said they just refunded the hotdogs. Ended up at Whataburger. Slightly better, took quite a while to get order, I offered to move forward because people were stacking up, no idea why it too 10 minutes to get a drink and chili cheese tots. And I kinda wonder if they were deciding to just scrape the bottom of the chili container. Barely had any chili on the tots at all. They tasted fine, but how can you go wrong with cheese tater tots. 2024 update Things are much better at the restaurant, service is quick, and it's been accurate for many months. Really have no complaints for the establishment. I don't know what's the problem with the app, it puts me in an endless loop to try to log in. I have much better luck with the website. I've reinstalled the app several times over the past few weeks. But the app still sucks.

Fast service friendly service. Pro tips: Sometimes they forget napkins, straws, ketchup and other sauces, so check before you drive away. Also, make sure to pay with your card, or exact change. They often are short on change. Also they DO NOT accept Apple Pay. Other than that everyone is always nice and friendly!

I love the warm pretzels but evem when you ask for the cheese dip it not put in the bag. Disapointing!

I disappointed in my visit to this particular sonic. I normally order with the app and something simple while traveling. Normally quick to pick up, minimal problems. When I arrived not only was my order ignored and not ready, I had to remind them multiple times about my order. It was not busy and 2 other people got their orders before me. I'll try again next time to see if it's any better.

They got my order ALL WRONG... INEXPERIENCED YOUNG Kids running the place. Update; 2/16/24 Kids and I ordered from "Play Area". All Tables needed cleaning.Food took forever to get to us. Burgers were NOT hot. Actually a little on the Cold side!!! This Sonic seems to be on a downward trend... Sunday March 10th; They r SO FREAKIN' SLOW.. Nov. 15 25 It sure is a "Deadsville" here in Uvalde, especially at The Sonic. I'm 1 of 2 cars here. Took em' 20+ mins. to get my Chicken Sandwich/ Tots out to me... Nobody's in any big hurry to serve. Crispy Chicken Sandwich was pretty darn good though.

Visited uvalde with some friends of mine and we all decided to grab some soda from sonic. We ordered our drinks about 10 minutes before getting there thinking that they're definitely going to be ready when we got back. This was not the case. We pulled up to a stall and told them we were here to pick up our order and they told us they were bringing it out. After about 30 minutes of waiting for our 3 FOUNTAIN DRINKS someone. After taking 30 minutes to get our drinks, they ended up making them wrong anyway. One of them had ice (no ice on all of them) and the rootbeer had no syrup. I did not want to spend another 30 minutes to try to get a different rootbeer so we left. Absolutely horrendous experience. Can't even imagine what would've happened if we tried to order actual food.

I went in on March 18 2024, I ordered some onion rings and when I receivedy order the onion rings we're burnt. So I then proceeded to go in side so I can talk to a car hop person and when I was asked if I got the wrong order I said no. I let the girl know that my onion rings we're burnt and had asked them to be golden brown. She then takes the bag and asks so you think these are burnt I said yes and she proceeded to asked me the same question twice. So when I asked to talk to a manager and asked if the manager that was dropping the onion rings was the manager all four young ladies that where standing there just looked at each other and not one of them answered my question so I asked again and again not one answered so finally one girl asked a second girl she wants to know if Brian i believe that's the name she gave not sure but anyways the girl said yes but then changed her answered and said no. I asked so which one is it cause you just now said he was and now your saying he's not.. The young girl did mention to me that i can wait in my car and they will bring my onion rings out to me and i did say no i will wait here she then proceeded to get on her personal phone and call someone i mentioned to them whats the diffrence i just saw a young man in here picking up his order and waited in the unit for his order so what diffrence does that make if I wait there for my order as well. . it really had nothing to do with the young girls it was all about the manager but this particular young lady wanted to be the hero and act as if she owned the place that made me upset. Went by for a promotional visit and waited for a long time. Saw our food come out. The car hop looked lost and went back inside. We continued to wait patiently and eventually had to call again and the manager came out with our food and we noticed it was the same bag the lost and confused car hop had earlier. The manager never smiled yet apologize. The food was great 👍🏽 the service was the worst.
