Met a friend for dinner here because it was halfway for each of us. BJs is definitely a popular place, it was very loud and crowded on a Saturday night. We were seated promptly (we had reservations), but waited a long, long time for wait staff to approach our table. Understandable given how busy it was, but still... Food was okay, no complaints but nothing exceptional. We had tortilla soup, wings and a hamburger. Fries came after we were all done eating, apparently there was high demand? Music was very loud, hard to have a conversation. So, it was as expected for what it is. Obviously popular but not a place we'd return to.

I came to BJ for their Pazooki special. I was seated immediately and my waitress took my order quickly (Mandy). I did not have to wait long for my food. Then I ordered my Pazooki. My waitress came by twice to tell me my desert was coming. In the meantime, others were receiving their Pazooki. Twenty minutes later I was tired of waiting. I spoke to the manager who offered nothing except to check on it. My waitress had just checked on it and told me it was coming out right away. No one seemed concerned about how long I had waited except getlman who cleaned the taes

I usually enjoy ordering from BJ’s through DoorDash and have had some great experiences with their food. Last time, they included a very generous amount of barbecue sauce with my ribs, which I really enjoyed. This time, however, the sauce was missing from my order. I called the restaurant to ask about it, and unfortunately, the response was very disappointing. The person I spoke to was quite short, explained that “different people pack differently” and that it was rush hour, then told me I could either request a refund from DoorDash or go pick it up myself. There was no apology or attempt at genuine customer service. While I do enjoy most of their dishes, the lack of care and the attitude I experienced on the phone left a negative impression. I hope the management can address this, because great food deserves equally great service.

Half the time we order BJs on DoorDash there’s missing items❗️It puts a damper on dinner 😒🥴. Last night we were missing a roll and side. The only good side to this is that I’m in-taking less calories 😒. If you’re ordering for delivery there’s just no repercussions, no credit, no refund, no we’ll deliver what’s missing. When we call BJs they tell us to take it up with DoorDash 😣😒 which comes to nothing. We can settle it by driving to BJs but we just paid an up price for dinner, service charges and tip to have our food delivered. Curious, how the server never forgets a food item when we’re dining in or do we ever accidentally receive more food than we’ve ordered yet always something missing smh. BJs please have a system in place to avoid mishaps like this.

We enjoyed the Jambalaya Rice and The Parmesan cheese with Shrimp. Famous Pizookie seems undercooked than previous 3-4 times. When inquired I was told it looks like undercooked but, cooked properly, which is misleading as when a cookie is cooked it becomes crusty up to a certain stage, this was like a hot batter and way off. Kids menu item Pene Pasta was ordered with Meat balls but I had to wait and later on had to walk to the server and ask for it, thankfully she was prompt enough to get it fast. Ambience is good and that is the reason why we keep coming back. Pizookie needs to improve as I had an upset stomach after consuming the Pizookie

We came in with a big group. We had to initially wait for 15 minutes before getting seated(even though it was not busy), but we get it, we didn’t make reservations. When we finally got seated we had a server that started helping us , took our drink order. Then we waited over 30 minutes. One of us walked to her and asked if she could take our order. She got upset after that and gather her peers to talk about us being pushy and then refused to take our order. Finally got Sarah to come help us. She’s honestly the only reason for the second star. Then we got our food and it was cold! We should have just gone to canes instead honestly.

This kitchen has NO IDEA on preparing fresh veggies! I have 3 times had cold or Luke warm "steamed" broccoli. Only to realize they dont even steam it! They flop it into a microwave!Yeah you know the look, texture and taste of microwave food! 3 strikes and I'm out of here!

Food was terrible order the prime rib, it was ok at best. The roasted veggies were cold and undercooked the only decent thing was the mashed potatoes.. drinks also took forever and it was over 10 dollars for a moctail no alcohol and still expensive I will definitely not be returning

We visited BJ’s with a large group and at a time where it was not even that busy. We had a poor experience for starters we ordered mozzarella sticks that had no mozzarella in them. The service was not great at all they took ages and even though as a big group we decided to order pizzas to share than individual meals it still took them a long time. One of the pizzas that we had ordered had apparently fell on the floor so had to wait even longer. Because of the time it took we couldn't even order dessert as we had to leave.

This was the second time that I had ever eaten in a BJs. The first time was in Moreno Valley (they get a solid 4 stars). I ordered the poke appetizer because that’s what I’d had at that location. There was way less tuna on this order (but substantially more guac). The chips at this location were a very dark brown (as opposed to the Moreno Valley location). The service was vastly different. The server was slow. Like, nearly obnoxiously slow. She didn’t come to check on us once she delivered the food, no water refills. Just paying the bill took a good 15-20 minutes (and she had gone directly to the register with our card). Food was fine. Service left a lot to be desired. The first two pics were the Vacaville location. The rest were Moreno Valley.

Waited 20 minutes after being seated and no one came to even ask if we wanted a drink. Needless to say we left since no one was available to take our order. The table next to us was apparently waiting longer than us because the left right after us. I saw others being waited on and we were looked at. I’m guessing we just weren’t sitting where the waiters were working. So we ended up at Jack in the box. We will definitely tell people who are traveling through Vacaville not to stop at your restaurant.

My experience was not amazing with this restaurant at all. We walked in 3 hours before closing and were advised to get a pazsokie Togo, we declined and got seated at a table. We sat for 25 minutes without a word spoken to us. We waved and tried to get the servers attention (many waiters), but we were ignored. We then went to the take out section to order a pazsokie Togo, and are promptly told that we will get a waiter soon and to sit down. We sit down for another 10 minutes and again not a word. We then decide to get up and leave but we are stopped by the host and told our pazzokie was coming out as we speak (we never had our order taken). We are pissed at this point and we promptly leave. We were also told it was just a miscommunication by the manager. Horrible service.

Came with a group of 12. Waited 20 mins to be seated. Once seated we were treated like a inconvenience to the staff, then ignored for over 45 mins without be allowed to order until a different waitress from another section was flagged down to take our orders. Then we were served cold food with a attitude. Absolutely the worst restaurant I have even been to. Horrible service, staff and food. Go someplace else!

Overall a terrible experience. We came in today with a slightly larger group, which understandably can take a little longer to accommodate. Unfortunately, when the restaurant is less than half full, 2 hosts standing around talking and at one point 4 employees (2 servers and 2 hosts) were chatting in the 20 minutes we were asked to wait to be seated, it becomes a little less understandable. From the time we were seated to receiving our drink order, approximately 30 minutes, and even longer for our order to be taken (45 minutes after being seated and over an hour after arriving) The staff all stood up front and stared annoyingly in our direction after we had to ask for our order to be taken, as if serving us was an inconvenience to them. A gentleman who looked possibly like manager never visited our table, despite being present in the dining room. Our server making a lot of trips to deliver our food, even though there were notably many staff available. I tend to not leave reviews as I understand that everyone has a bad day occasionally. Having worked in this industry for a long time, I can say with certainty that when an entire crew performs with such a lack of concern or care, it's a poorly run establishment. The food was also overcooked and sat under the heat lamp for a long time.

Where is the love and passion when cooking food anymore. What happened to fresh food! And I don't mean this fresh frozen terminology there using now days. French fries hard and cold, onion rings, hard extremely tiny, burnt and cold, hamburger not cooked like I requested, cold in the middle, pot stickers cold. But never in my lifetime have I had asparagus that crumbled like toasted bread. This establishment is ridiculous!! They serve garbage food with honor. The wait time to get your food is outrageous. We sent food back several times and it got worse each time it came back. And then I had the nerve to order dessert 😂😂 Huge mistake!! That was a joke! Can someone please tell how food shrinks and I don't mean portion size. What a waste of $240. I went right in the same shopping center to Jack n the box and ordered a number 22 and they made it to order. It was nice and hot! Thank you Jack!
