I've only been a few times because it's far away, but it's always been a great experience. I highly recommend this branch, and the store manager is incredibly helpful. Everyone there is very kind.

Don Justo employees. Take care of the good company that gives you the opportunity to earn an income. Companies grow, and so do their employees. We must break the Mexican paradigm of "this is who I am, and so on." Going to a café is like going to a temple, a place of worship, or a space for reflection or good conversation. And remember, music is culture, and customer service is your vision and that of the company.

We ordered a turkey panini, a four-cheese panini (the lovely waitress was in stitches because she could only name three of the cheeses), and a lemonade made with mineral water (never add sugar to it: I made a mess!). The flavor was acceptable, and I understand their specialty is coffee and desserts, but the waitress saved the day—very friendly and chatty. It's a great place to kill time, and it's always nice to sit down with a cup of coffee!

The Don Justo panini is the best thing on the menu. The coffee is good. That day, I received very good service and everything was very fast, but I've had other days where service has been slow. Maybe they need to improve in that regard.

A very quiet place... clean in that branch. The atmosphere isn't too noticeable. Fast service... never crowded... it's spacious and within sight of the Chedraui checkouts. I recommend it for working, waiting, chatting, and socializing, but you're only going to be consuming.

The service (meeting your needs) is bad, waiters have no interest in serving, they ignore you until you speak to them to raise your voice in some way, much room for improvement with the Bola de Oro café so close, I will only return there for an appointment.

Bad service. There was only one waitress serving all the tables. It took a while to bring me what I ordered, even though it was something simple. Customer service is severely lacking. The food was delicious; I ordered a crepe and a frappé. The coffee was delicious, but the service left a lot to be desired.

Deben mejorar la atención al cliente. Te dejan esperando y te atienden después de que terminan la platica que los meseros y baristas tienen en horas laborales.

Me gusta mucho el café de este lugar, pero la atención de esta sucursal es por mucho la peor. El encargado estaba cobrando mientras echaba el chisme con una de las meseras. Todos incluyendo el encargado te veían como si les estuvieras arruinando la tarde al entrar. Al pedir algo me preguntaron cómo 4 veces si estaba segura que eso era lo que quería. Al estar esperando mi pedido, me di cuenta que en la pequeña área de cocina que tienen, la persona que estaba preparando los alimentos tenía una gripa muy severa al grado de que no debería haber estado no solo ahí sino ni siquiera preparando alimentos. Fatal servicio, se entiende porque siempre está vacío. Necesitan cambiar a todo el personal.

Normally their coffee is very good, but today at breakfast the bread they gave me was hard, not soft as it usually is. I had to ask for a change and suggest tortillas, but the manager said no, she'd bring me another loaf. The egg stew had a very strong smell; I don't know if it was during the day, but it was very salty.

I ordered a club sandwich... they delivered a bland, undercooked, squashed sandwich (no chicken), just like the worst sandwich I've ever had. I wasn't expecting much, and they still managed to disappoint me. 😤 I tried to fix it at home...

We ordered two Irish coffees, but they gave us lattes instead, which we noticed when we tasted one. We told the waitress that's what we hadn't ordered, but the manager said we'd already had them and the only solution was a refund. Beware of that manager; she doesn't care about the place at all. It would have been easier to just give them what was missing.

Terrible service from the employees, the food is not worth mentioning😏 a bad experience with the so-called club sandwich being the worst and the horrible canned Russian salad 😡. The employees still have the attitude as if you as a customer were going to ask for free food🤷‍♀️

Terrible experience. I expected more from Don Justo, an iconic café in Xalapa. But sadly, they're not what they used to be. The club sandwich was tasteless and had questionable quality ham; plus, it didn't have chicken, which a real club sandwich should have. The "salad" was completely runny and clearly canned. Not to mention the staff who treat you like you're begging for handouts.

I arrived to kill time and eat quickly. What a surprise I got. The frappes with lactose-free milk were SOUR. I asked the waitress to try them so she wouldn't think it was me, and in fact, the milk was spoiled. They very kindly changed my drinks and that was it. The problem continued when I ordered a club sandwich. When I took a piece of it, it had a baby cockroach stuck to the bread. 😵‍💫🤮 They took the plate away so quickly that I didn't even have time to take a photo. 🤳 The waitresses also very kindly apologized and offered me a complimentary dessert. I told them I didn't want to; I paid the bill for what I did consume, and we left.
