This place is located at the Gateway Plaza, plenty of parking, to-go orders of blended fruit and vegetable juices, smoothies, and acai bowls. The dragonfruit delight bowl is so delicious and the protein berry work out soy as well. Pricey but bowl is soo good. Clean inside, timely service, smooth transaction.

Really like this Jamba location; the employees are great - friendly and on top of it. I never have to wait long even when they have a line and one of them even remembered my name (which is amazing considering the amount of customers they have coming through there). Completely addicted to their Greens & Ginger smoothie and Pistachio Power smoothie.

I was next door at t-mobile getting an update on my phone. Noticed Jamba Juice was next door and went in and tried something called a Watermelon Breeze and it was freaking awesome! In fact it was so good that while I was sitting outside drinking it I said to myself..."this thing is freaking awesome" and I went back in and I got another one! (And one of those waffle things, that was pretty tasty as well) service was fantastic you know they were doing a pretty brisk business right then yet they were very efficient, friendly and I was in and out of there pretty quick. All around I'd say it was a stellar experience.

Wish it was a little bigger so it could hold more people. Because when there are big crowds it becomes very compact and trying to order something is overall a pain because of the wait. But everything else is well conducted.

It is usually a 5 minute wait per drink so if you order 2 drinks, it will be 10 minutes. I ordered 2 drinks, but they served people who were behind me who also ordered 2 drinks. I don't get how they serve people or in which order they do it, but the drinks are always good.

I have the pb banana smoothie, it was good , prices are on the high side, 7.59 for a large considering how much the cost of bananas, peanut butter, and milk, and also the wey protein

Good customer service but seem to run out of products ie cups or supplies . Also if you are Using pick up option not all items are available online

Always friendly & My drinks (majority of the time) are made perfect. Sometimes the wait is a little long but id definitely recommend.

Jamba Juice is pretty good. They have custom drinks, premade drinks, etc. All engridents are fresh.

So four stars. Why? Their juice is super great and tasty. Some and carb loaded more so than others. What's getting out of hand are their prices. Given the ingredients not being super luxury items, it is way overpriced.

Slow on making drinks. You had 2 people in the back talking and a line out the door of customers. The 2 people working were doing the best they could. The one girl asked them to help and they just gave her a dirty look.

I'm dissapointed that they no longer have the almond milk smoothies, particularly the pb & berries. Smh. I bought a cup and everything and now I hardly go there anymore b/c a lot of the smoothies I would like to get have milk or yogurt or some milk-based protein in them.

I went by there several times and they were not open at the stated times. One day they did not open at all. They desperately need help. The quality has gone down at this location .

The cashier tried to convince me not to get a fresh squeezed juice. Not only did he take forever to make it, he also made too much where he wasted a kid sized cup worth of juice.

It looks so dirty!!! Splattered doors and plexiglass. My kids really wanted Jamba so I proceeded to make our order but I won’t be returning to this location.

The hours of operation says open until 8 PM. I’m confused why the store is closed at 7:30 PM please update the correct hours of operation. I drove 30 minutes for nothing.

Door locked, lights off during buisness hours. No sign explaining why. Been too many problems here lately. Slowest service and no energy in most employees.

It smelled very bad inside, and they were out of bags so they just handed me my pretzel in napkins.

Terrible service. Music in the store is too loud. You and they can’t hear properly because audio is extremely loud! You have to shout your order! And by the way, this location, the store is filthy. Needs some upgrade.

I went in today to order 2 drinks I was charged 15.09 for a medium drink & when I was handed 1 drink I had mentioned to the girl that I had purchased 2 drinks , she then asked the cashier if he rang me up for 2 and he said “i have no idea honestly “ then I was told I had to purchase my small drink & was charged another $6 in total I had to spend almost $22.00 even after I showed the girl my bank statement that I was charged more , disappointed and won’t be returning back .

I finally had to say out loud I’m here for a pick up order and this goofy girl decides to tell me pick up is right here…2 feet from where I’m standing. My love I’ve entered this place multiples times and it never mattered where I was standing someone always greeted me asked what I needed and gave me my drink. My smoothie was also watery as hell. Whoever yall had working there before please replace them with the team I just saw today 15 minutes ago. Who the hell just stares at customers and don’t say anything? Because yall have a self serve kiosk you don’t speak now? Jesus
