I placed an order online for pick up I went to pick up around 11:50a on 5/15 the female employee had a line of customers and was talking to a couple ladies when I walked in she asked if I needed anything told her I had a pick up order I was in and out not even 2mins and handled her current customers quick and easy I applaud her for patience and multitasking
Good food fast service .
Courteous staff, never had to wait long, clean and well lit, great location. Beyond that, it's a Subway, you're watching someone make you a long sandwich
My favorite subway to eat at. The employees are always nice, there’s never really a wait and out of all the subways in Vallejo it is then cleanest. If you like subway then I suggest you go to this location

I ordered an order through the Subway app and when I arrived at the store they had run out of a lot of items, but it was the day before there shipment was due in. The staff was friendly and were doing the best with what they had. But Subway has gotten too expensive to be running out of as many items as they were out of and it was way more than the one item missing from my sandwich. I know that there is are shipping delays all around the world right now, but if when you order a new specialty sandwich and they are out of one of the ingredients that makes it a specialty sandwich you should get a discount and that should be a policy for Subway. If they don't have the ingredients to make the sandwich than that item should be unavailable to order on the app also the ingredients they are out of should not be able to be selected to put on your sandwich. I realized that all the ingredients they were out of when I arrived were available to be put on your sandwich and the item which they ran out of was still an option when I checked later
Place was clean and tidy. Cookies were great as all subway cookies tend to be. The new footlong nachos were not up to par. I’ve attached a photo of what I ordered vs. what I received.
I'm so frustrated! I mobile ordered for pickup at 12:40, and due to my job I don't have time to wait. When I arrived, the staff was in the middle of making sandwiches, so I waited until he was done as pickup is behind the counter. When he was done with them, he saw me waiting in the express line but went to the other side to help someone else with the order without asking me what I was there for. I had to ask a woman who came from the back for the status, and she looked for it before finding it in a pile of receipts of orders that weren't started. She tried to make my sandwich, however because it was rushed it came out poorly made and has managed to explode all over me with the only two bites I could take from it. I didn't get to leave until 12:50, which made me late to something that I couldn't be. Corners were cut, customer service was extremely dissatisfying! I have never been so upset with Subway before, but I WILL NOT BE GOING TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN.
When I first drive up and get out of my car I notice dirty diapers on the ground. I look up to the pathway leading to front door. More garbage and broken glass everywhere. I asked the server about all the broken glass. She was not aware of it (hard to miss) and said she'd check it out. I wasn't happy with my sandwich either. I said no peppers and I even pointed at the hot peppers in case she didn't understand me. Peppers were in my sandwich. This is sad. Graffiti and garbage. Does nobody care anymore.
There was a girl with red highlights she the worst worker it looked like she did not want to be there gave me bad attitude and left the bag on the counter and walked away never coming back
They don't accept coupons
The manager is rude and they don’t give you what you want you have to say more vegetables on everything but the lettuce
The girl behind the counter was extremely rude. I was the only person there and it couldnt be more obvious that she hated being there, so rude she needs to get fired.
be aware of this place, specially if you have girls, the guys here like to flirt with them, even if they're 12 like my daughter, but I seen this many times, so not only the old veggies but literally they don't care about it so just be careful.
DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE!!! THEY DO NOT TAKE SUBWAY COUPONS!! THEY ARE A FOREIGN OWNED FRANCHISE THAT OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T UNDERSTAND OR DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR THAT COUPONS BRING THE CUSTOMERS TO THE STORES. IN THEIR $$$GREED$$$ NOT TO ACCEPT SUBWAY COUPONS, THEY'VE GIVEN UP $7.99 FOR A FOOTLONG FOR NOTHING! NOT ONE RED CENT!! NOT SURPRISING THE STORE HAD NO OTHER CUSTOMERS WHEN I WAS THERE.
I placed an online order for pick-up at 8:09pm. The store hours posted on the website & store window both said they closed at 8:30pm. I arrived around 8:05pm & the doors were locked, so I sat in my car thinking they were in the restroom or something. About 10 minutes later a young woman comes back but still doesn't unlock the door, even after I approached & knocked. Unfortunately, my food was already paid for & I never received my it, nor a refund. I hardly ever write reviews, but this isn't the first incident I've had with this restaurant.
I ordered online, only to her there and find the door locked. It was 1 hour before closing. They came to the door and asked me if I had a pick-up, I said yes and gave them my name. To which they replied they were out of tuna and I could replace it with any sandwich. I said double turkey. When I got home, I found that the extra pickles I ordered were not on there and the bread was very dry. I don't usually have this issue here, but I was very disappointed.
The young lady that worked tonight March 9, 2021 @ 7:51 p.m. is so rude she would not give me her name when I asked. She asked me why and told me she couldn't do that. I get that, that's understandable you never know who you could be talking to but then I asked for the district managers name. She then asked me why I then responded with I would like to discuss something with them. She then just rudely said well I can't give you that either and as I was still talking she hung up on me. The store closed earlier than when it was suppose to. Very unprofessional I would not recommend not giving this location any business unless they have better employees. If anyone knows how to get a hold of the district manager or their cooperate office please leave their contact info because this employee do not need to work in this workforce if she's going to have very poor customer service.
Tonight my experience was bad. I walked up to the door at 7:35 and the lights were off but the signs said they were open until 9:30. I called from outside to get the employees attention and the lady who answered said “We are closed and I’m busy “. I asked what time they close and she said “Why” This will be the last time I visit this location.
The worst Subway in Vallejo. They ALWAYS screw up my order. Soda machine is nasty and not mixed properly. The other one on Admiral Callaghan is a lot cleaner and they don’t screw up your order.
Horrible, just plain horrible. This Subway do not accept coupons. This is not the Subway we need in the city of Vallejo. The owner should be ashamed oh himself.
If I could give a zero, no stars for this place. Came in and turned around nothing fresh old and dirty. Worker are lazy due to the condition of the whole establishment.
Second time here and very disappointed again. They really skimp on the vegetables. Even when I asked for more they would ad a single piece of onion or green pepper. My sandwich was barren for the second time in a row. Not coming back here again.
Bad food. Food gives bad digestion problems. Frequent trips to the restroom a few hours after consumption. Multiple occasions this has happened. Won't be consuming any of their products again.
THIS SUBWAY CLOSES EARLY ON ITS CUSTOMERS EVERY NIGHT. ALSO WHO EVER THE GIRL IS WHO HUNG UP IN MY FACE AFTER ME ASKING FOR THE DISTRICT MANAGERS NAME NEEDS TO BE FIRED. SHE WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS BEHAVIOR TO THE BBB AND SUBWAY HEADQUARTERS. IWILL ALSO BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE CITY OF VALLEJO REGARDING THIS MATTER.
The staff here discriminates people mostly black people. Management needs to be trained how to deliver good customer service
I came to exchange a coupon and the person serving told me that they do not accept coupons. So why do they send coupons?
Worst subway ever , my online order came out 15 minutes late and without meat , the slowest staff i 've ever seen . I don't understand what kind of mind could hire people who don't know what a fast paced job is!
