02/21/26- Looking for a Quesabirria and saw this taco truck with high reviews. Decided to see for myself if the reviews will also amaze me! Called over the phone and asked if I can order over the phone. I gather the orders from family members and called back. The lady who answered the phone was very polite and clearly took my orders along with my special request of well done (tostado- if that's the right term) :) Ordered Quesabirria with consome ($16 comes with 3 quesabirria), 1 steak fries ($16), 2 carne asada tacos, 2 al pastor tacos- ($3 per taco)- all well done on the meat. I like my meat crunchy and more toasty. It is located by the empty parking lot where Pumpkin Patch is usually set or Christmas Trees during Christmas Season. I didn't even know about this hidden gem here. The taco truck has plenty of seats if you decide to eat there. It is well-lit and not scary area. It gets pretty busy but they are fast. Went there to pick up my order- total was $44. Greeted by a nice young man, Eder, asked if I wanted sauce, pickled carrots and chips- the order comes with it. As for the food- one thing I really appreciated is the fact that they listened to customer's request. Most of the time, when I request for well-done, they will say yes but when I look at it, it's not even well-done at all. Thanks to Vanessa- the lady who answered the phone for granting my request. That right there calls for a true customer service. When I arrived home, all the orders were correct. The taste of the marinated meat, well done is perfect! The steak fries here is a must try as all the special sauces and meat plus fries blended well together for a bite that you will never forget! The green sauce is not as thick as the red but great! Red sauce as well. It also comes with grilled onions and serrano peppers to spice it up, day or night. If you are ever in the area, you should stop by and you'll see what I am talking about. I don't normally write reviews the same day, but this one, I cannot pass on. The place is clean and they are open until 10pm which is good. They also do catering, if you need any. Customer Service is superb! Because if it's not, I won't be coming back (even if they serve delicious food). I shall return to try other menu and keep up the great work! Thank you for listening to what your customer requested. Btw, presentation of the food is lovely! Lime and chips were fresh! If only I have known this taco truck.. This will be my favorite in the area! Give it a try!
The food was delicious. I had the Quesabirra Tacos and consume. Soo good.. my husband has the Supreme Burrito with Carne Asada, he said it good. But next time hes going to get the Quesabirra as well. All seating is outside. I hope they get some patio heaters for the cooler weather soon.

Tacon hambre is a taco truck serving tacos burritos quesadillas birria and many more. The shrimp burrito and steak burrito are all good. Reasonably priced, not the cheapest but an ok price. I would love to try the others in the menu next time. Very nice location right across Walmart American Canyon at Highway29. Plenty of parking but a little bit dusty. Outdoor seating is the best from all the taco trucks I have seen. Good customer service. I would love to come back to this location again.
Listen! If you are a lover of quesabirrias or steak fries driving along Highway 29, you must stop here. There is plenty of free parking. The food is made with love. The sauce is what sets these quesabirrias apart from the rest. The shrimp and steak fries are fresh, hot, and well seasoned, and not over salted. The true authentic flavors shine through. Jarritos are available in a variety of flavors. There are tables available for outdoor seating or eat inside your car. Will be back. Highly recommend. Update: I went back to try the nachos and shrimp and steak burrito. They were out of nachos. The shrimp and steak burrito was ok. Same great service. Mexican music was on this time, which brought a more ethnic vibe to the ambiance.
First time here from New Jersey and everything is a 10/10! Deff recommend. I tried the steak fries, Quesabirria tacos, & torta. The Quesabirria tacos were soooo delicious! Wasn’t spicy at all! When you add the salsa verde and lime it tastes sooo much better it’s legit a chefs kiss! Also tried the steak fries which were also 10/10! The steak torta was soooo good!! They toast the bread nice and they were able to add avocado upon my request 🙏🏽 service overall was beyond amazing! Better than most places I’ve been to!
This unassuming taco truck serves up the best tacos I have ever eaten! It is truly a gem—delicious food, great service, and very good prices. I always get the Alambre steak and cheese tacos because they are sooooooo good. Generous portions! You MUST try them!
The food was great! We tried the Quesabirrias and the Steak Fries and they were delicious! The food was also ready in a matter of minutes and there's plenty of parking spots too. Definitely recommended for mexican food enthusiasts.
Hands down my favorite quesabirria tacos. I loveeeee their extras too: caramelized onions, pickled carrots and jalapeños, radishes, salsa. My husband loves their torta cubana, super nachos, and steak and shrimp burritos. My dad also loves the alambres and birramen! I recommend this taco truck to everyone.
Yass! I had the steak fries but instead of steak I got the prawn fries because I'm a pescatarian. They were so good and the price is really reasonable. Staff is lovely they have a nice out door area with music. I will definitely come back again and again.

Tacon Hambre - I have returned. This occasion was different - it was game time. I popped off with three entrees, and once again, Tacon Hambre did me well. The Mexican Cola was refreshing, and all the food was great. I would rank what I ordered in terms of taste as: 1.) QUESABIRRIA 2.) Steak and Shrimp Burrito 3.) Ramen time

The tacos are finger licking good!🤤 I was on my way to my friends and it got my attention because of the homie smell of food the scenery/the ambient on point the music it just had a whole different vibe than a taco truck.. you won't go wrong to make a U turn just to get there I did and will do it again .. it's a must stop and eat every single time passing by I give it a 5 finger licking good review!! 🥰😍

One of the best taco spots in all of Napa Valley I would recommend that people get either the fish tacos or tacos de pastor. The Atmosphere is wonderful and the cashier is really kind. Funny moment that happened is I overheard her talking and thought I heard someone say she was born in 2013! She was not born in 2013 lol but this shows how funny they are and how great of an atmosphere. Food is delicious, atmosphere is wonderful, and service is amazing. Would definitely recommend!
I live 30+ minutes away and I go here once or twice a week!! The food here, no matter what you get, is gonna be fresh and delicious every time! The people are friendly and I cant get over their carne asada🤤 Definitely a must try if you've never been here before!
Amazing Quesabirrias and Consomé, their taste was to die for!, also their Torta Cubana was delicious and it was a big size with generous amount of ingredients. Just passing through and found by accident, will make sure to make a stop every time I travel through here.

The food is always good from tacos to the bacon wrapped hotdogs. We've tried almost everything including the birria Ramen. It is our go to place for lunch, whether eating in or to-go.
Got a "super burrito." It was almost entirely rice and beans. Not very super at all. The rice and beans did have a good flavor, but I will not be back.
