First time trying sonic and I was so excited but truth be told I’m not a fan. Service was good but the food was a bit salty for me. Who knows maybe one day I’ll go back and try something else on the menu.

This place tends to miss things in your order, so be sure to double check before you leave. Overall food quality is always hot, nothing too surprising.

Love the food. The only thing that makes me uncomfortable is when the lady at the drive-thru window looks at the numbers on my credit card. Makes me feel like she plans on using my information. They should be more professional and have the card with the information side down at all times. I dont know why she had to keep looking at the back of my card. They should be professional all the time. Again, the food is great. Love the servers on the roller blades.

Truth be told I haven’t been to this location in years. I can remember visiting this and other locations, even as far as Florida, and I’ve always enjoyed the food. I pulled in everything seemed normal, business as usual, everything was clean. Although it was not too busy, about five cars including mine were waiting. The woman on the speaker seemed very nice and even apologized for the short wait. So I made my order, and surprisingly the food was by my door in no more that 2 minutes, I was pleased with the quick service, but very disappointed with what was inside the bag. The burger looked like it was put together by a three year old. The picture that I looked at when making my order, was a far cry from what I got. On the other hand, the slushy with the nerds was amazing , and onion rings were just OK. I guess that’s why they call it fast food.

This location is not what it used to be. I had ordered the bacon eggs and cheese brioche sandwich, and the bacon looked and tasted like it was 4 weeks old. I had never experienced that before at Sonic.

This is place perfect for having the absolute worst meal of your life and they Will get your order wrong.The manager is an absolute buffoon (shout out to Joshua - he is cool) this is insane they got my order wrong and I had to drive back and now it's over 30 mins and still haven't gotten my order. they forgot my chicken sandwich and the fries .. it's so simple like brah put the fries in the bag and fix the dam audio while you are at it too - it's mad loud.

Service ok , chicken was definitely fry while frozen. Overall this was the worst fast food I had in a long time.

Went there 20 mins before closing and was so excited to get shakes since it’s been a while and the worker already closed the machine and said she ran out of tots but then she said she had more. She also got our order wrong since we order 3 meals. We were missing onions rings and bread that came with chicken meal. We called back and asked where is it? She said .. you still want it ? It’s like a piece of bread and onion rings. If we paid for it , of course we still want it and still ended up not getting it. Poor service and wish i had something else. We spent $39.90 and was super disappointed never again!

I stood outside in the walk up kiosk, push the button and no one try to take my order. About 12 noon on a Friday September 19, 2025. I waited over five minutes. There were only two cars in the drive up kiosk so they were not busy. I eventually walk away.

I been coming to this location for many years. Saturday 8/16/25 was my worst day ever. I ordered mozzarella sticks and was charged 3 times. We went to speak with a manager at the time around 2 to 5 p.m. and was greeted with disrespect and racism although we both are immigrants. He stated they could not give a reciept. All the recipts yhat he did give stated cash although we paid with credit card. This Sonic is scamming their customers. Be careful. Sonic train staff member to be more polite and respect paying customers.

Every time either myself or my husband has ordered from here, the order was incorrect. He asks for a double bacon burger, and he gets a single burger with no bacon. I ask for no cheese, I get a cheeseburger. They don't put much care into what's asked, not the quality of the product. I'm legit allergic to dairy, and cannot just scrap off the cheese or I'll get sick. I will not be ordering from this specific Sonic again.

Ordered a Oreo milkshake, Banana milkshake, and two cherry limeades and had them delivered by uber eats. They taste like dirt. The filters they have the products running through needs to be thoroughly cleaned. It’s disgusting and it isn’t the first time. Everything went in the trash. The girl who takes the order had a terrible attitude every time i come here. I feel she should not be allowed to work at this establishment because it really makes me not want to come here just because she always! Speaks like she has a attitude. The only thing i like about coming here is the customer service and the talent of the guy who rides on the skates during the day.

First time trying them out, what a great disappointment we had. Their burrito breakfast(no good! meats on the side by them self n eggs with tots together, no mix), ched R peppers(so plain), my friend had philly cheesesteak sandwich. That was the worst one we ever had. The meat doesn't really looks like real steak, plain no taste! not even salt n pepper, low quality bread. Fries were ok nothing special. Their coffee wasn't hot, lukewarm tasted like washed out coffee.
