We loved it! The food, the atmosphere, and even the service. The menu and an attractive off-menu option. Excellent polenta with carbonada and a platter fit for someone who could have fed an army. Delicious bread, so much so that we took away the leftovers. Prices weren't cheap, but fairly average. Everything was really good. (Oh no, one thing we didn't like: the boss's constant complaining about someone else's work style. It might be that you're not happy with it, but you tell him that in private, not in front of everyone.)

I've been there twice in two weeks. I think it's one of the best places in the Aosta Valley. The staff is friendly and approachable. The Royale platter is truly exceptional. You're spoiled for choice when it comes to first courses, while the most popular second courses are the cheek and the shank, but the polenta is also excellent! And the desserts? All homemade, made by them with locally sourced ingredients (the whipped cream is top notch!) Definitely go. Reservations are highly recommended.

We've become loyal customers, and whether it's summer or winter, we can't resist the fantastic dishes of Beppe, a brilliant chef and manager, who always serves carefully prepared, homemade food. From gnocchi with Bleu d'Aoste to polenta concia, from simple tagliatelle with tomato sauce to fusilli with venison ragù, not to mention the unmissable cheek, shin, and peposo (my husband's passion), all served with baked potatoes. When he has time, and he doesn't have much because it's always busy, he makes gelato and whipped cream, which round out this menu perfectly. Reservations are essential! The typically Aosta Valley style inside completes the experience in this lovely little spot in the Rhemes Valley.

A refuge nestled in the mountains, a 45-minute walk from the village on a snow-free day. This was my second visit, and both times I had truly delicious, generous meals, and, most importantly, top-quality ingredients. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

The best place to eat! A unique breakfast with homemade cakes and sweet rolls. Superb local jams! A focus on quality! We had lunch with a super royal platter that we barely finished, with an exceptional quantity and quality of ingredients! Homemade bread and onion jam that we will always remember. Delicious wine, polenta with pork shank cooked in a wood-fired oven! What more can we say... oh yes, an apple pie to die for, my mouth is still watering just thinking about it! Thank you so much, it was a pleasure to taste such good cuisine and talk to such friendly and welcoming staff!

A restaurant at the end of the Rhemes Valley in a quaint setting with expertly prepared traditional dishes. Fast service (special thanks to Patrizia, who served us so warmly during the peak of August). The Royale platter is highly recommended; you'll have trouble finishing it between two people. We've been back several times, and our expectations have been fully met. The homemade cakes deserve special praise. Needless to say, we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.
