I know it's a donut shop so it's hard to review, so many are so similar but this one really and truly is such a gem. The Mother Daughter team work in such harmony together and seeing them knock out a line of 20 customers in a matter of minutes is a thing of beauty. They really take the time to listen and meet each person and if you go enough times they just look at you and smile and already know what you're going to order. I wanted to leave a review because their r Donuts are amazing and fresh, the location is right on a corner which is always convenient but really THEY are the stars that make it worth driving a little bit out of the way for. I can't wait to go back!

What great service!!! I love this place. My family and I eat here, and get others snacks from here often. I love the friendly young ladies that work there and the owner is very respectful and friendly to everyone. The prices are awesome, and the food,smoothies, shakes, ice cream, cold/hot coffee specialties, soft drinks, donuts, lunch deli sandwiches, etc are all deliciously well made and fresh. I appreciate their, kindness and great service. I haven't had a problem yet with anything. I went today, I order the #6breakfast sandwich (croissant eggs bacon American cheese), but mistakenly the young lady thought it was the #6ham on croissant. I got home saw the situation, drove back( I live kinda close), took it in explained the situation and all was well. The owner himself made my sandwich very quickly, thanked him, he was very kind. I love small mom&pop places businesses. I'd much rather support them rather a larger corp. If your ever driving by, stop in..I am sooooo sure you will find something you may want. I gave 5 stars because of Jenny. She has such great energy—it really made me feel good about ordering the food. Personally, I’m not a fan of low energy, but she brings what I call happy energy, and that made all the difference.

Pretty good, cash only which is pretty standard for these type of donut shops. Quality of donuts and food could be better but for the prices you really can't complain.

Just found this doughnut Spot a few months back..Good fresh doughnuts..I go twice a month never dissapoint..Good customer Service .Nice young ladys..work here..would recommend..

Really great donuts, but what makes this place special is the pastrami and Swiss cheese croissant. Remember to have them heat it. Really good coffee too!

On the way home from dinner l stopped by here for some donuts and Thai Ice Tea. Heng the manager was very friendly even when l came up short a few cents because I didn't realize they were cash only. How wonderful was that? So I recommend this shop and they have a large variety of donuts and other types of breakfast food, drinks both savory and sweet 😁

I also got a bacon egg and cheese croissant it was so yummy! Also a strawberry banana smoothie! Also very good! I will try it again to see if maybe that time the donuts were just not fresh. It was late about 2:30am but ill check again soon.

Been coming here for my job for 5 years ordering the smae thing and recently my order seems to have been given and inconvenience tax the price is always different depending on who is filling my order and the attitude of the staff has become increasingly unfriendly and unprofessional its a shame that after so many years they treat there customers like this.

Very mediocre doughnuts, I went Saturday morning at 9 am and it tasted like Yesterdays doughnuts, dry and stale. A little more expensive than most of the other donut stores I’ve been to. Also, Service was a little rude/abrupt.

I used to love going here to get their breakfast sandwiches but I had to stop because there is this Chinese woman who works there at around 1 or 2 am and she had no customer service skills at all. I walk in with my girlfriend and give a big hello and she doesn't even smile and say hello! She doesn't react at all! She is like made of stone. I'm not going anymore. She is nice to other customers but she is not to my girlfriend and I.

Place under new management not the same anymore price is going up credit card fees are ridiculous and condition of the donuts are terrible not fresh anymore the Chinese lady that used to own this donut shop will always have them fresh no matter what now It just your typical Donut nasty joint like down the street or in the hood well not recommend it on top of all this I recently came by and never ever seen bugs with the donuts for all the years the previous owner own this never saw a bug 🐜 until today 😡 plus seem late night them mopping the floor right next to the full donut cart meaning when they mop the bottom part of the donut car is full of donuts splash water will land on them is what we’re eating if we come here 🤢

Literally just stood in line for 20 min to buy a single donut. Waiting while this incredibly slow counter person made sandwiches and sundays for the few customers ahead of me at a snails pace. After holding out 20 minutes I finally gave up. There were like 10 more people in line behind me. Either trainer faster staff or get more people...

Today was my First and LAST time making a purchase there. Both young ladies at the counter were very rude. Poor customer service. After putting my change on the counter, the young lady walked away. They were really annoyed when I brought up the issue about being shortchanged.

I've been going here for 20 years because i live down the street. Best ever UNTIL last night when i was sold a dozen stale donuts. I called to ask for fresh ones and was yelled at and hung up on. Expensive, stale, rude employee.

Sadly it is now a different owner. And it is no longer the same, donuts seem a bit off and customer service is obviously way different , & different prices too . This place was my GO TO ! But now with DIFFERENT OWNER , I will no longer come here , gave it a try coming 3 times but was not satisfied at all.

This place should accept credit and debit cards. I do not use cash and I do not want to pay $0.75 per transaction. I can afford it, yet it is a robbery. We live in 21st century. Cash business, hide taxes. Avoid it.

Things here look unsanitized. One of the lady probably owner don't use gloves while handling food. Why is the milk being left outside. ??!!

For the price you charge I expect fresh donuts, I also notice you don't throw too many donuts away, so that backs up my claim. Yes I did hop in your dumpster because I have nothing better to do when I get ripped off!!! If I wanted day old donuts I couldn't even find them in your dumpster LOL because you sell them as fresh!!!

i wish i could put less then 1 star. the lady that worked there was so rude she just ignored me completely when i was telling her what i wanted on my breakfast sandwich. I was saying “hello can i get a croissant with eggs bacon and cheese- and she just walked away from me without saying a word. like who does that and i wasn’t done saying what i wanted on my sandwich. I thought maybe she didn’t hear me but she came back with a croissant and went off to the back to make the sandwich i guess. then i asked to add jalapeño and she ignored me. but anyway after like 10 mins i got the sandwich and asked if she could put jalapeño and she said “i put it already”. idk i left feeling like scared to eat it cuz i thought maybe she spit in it or something but whatever i took a bite but the croissant was doughy and paper thin no layers not crispy like a regular croissant is…she just rubbed me the wrong way i will never be coming back i would recommend mamas donuts on balboa and sherman way that place is much better.
