Feb 10, 2026 update- food always delicious. Staff always nice and friendly. It's just an old building that could use a good cleaning. Has looked the same for as long as I can remember. But every meal is delicious! Food was good. Booths needed a good cleaning like in the cracks and crevices. There was a terrible odor. Idk why DQ's are never updated. Any not new building needs a good cleaning/scrubbing.

I have mixed feelings about DQ. I love what they offer but sometimes the employees are sour. Also the food is often overdone. I wish Dairy Queen was more like what I remember as a kid; a great place to visit after a fun activity to cap off a great day/night. Now I just hope to get edible food with a smile...

Stopped by to get a Valentine's Day milkshake with my husband and wow the ice cream machine was dirty and disgusting . while waiting to be served , 2 customer s walked in and got served before us . We was there first. While waiting for our shakes, the table's were dirty never been cleaned off for the next customers. I used to enjoy eating here to recall my childhood memories and well, I will never go here to eat again. Not a hello or a thnk you for your service. Sad. Get better employees.

The chicken was cooked well and that’s about it. The fries were cold and floppy, the gravy was watery and my blizzard was not the correct texture at all. The blizzard feels like it was put in the freezer overnight before being served. I ordered the Oreo hot cocoa blizzard and the Oreos seemed stale and the ice cream tasted more vanilla than chocolate. Find another Dairy Queen if you’re searching for a good blizzard.

2/06/26….2:45 PM. Customer service from the store manager is absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced. Up to and including hanging up after being asked what cakes she had in stock. Pretty sad when you’re trying to buy a $45 cake. Would avoid this this store at all cost. The one in the West End will go above and beyond to help. They will definitely get my business from now on.

Slow, didn’t make my food right, and had no sense of urgency or customer satisfaction whatsoever.

10-18-25 DQ on 5th Ave Huntington YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I went online to look at the DQ menu. AD for peanut butter cup blizzard cake (looks good) on website. So I called and placed an order for the PB cup blizzard cake. I went to pick up and the cake looks nothing like the online advertisement. Paid almost $40 for a regular DQ cake with butterfinger crumbles on it.. WOW! WHAT A RIP OFF!! Other than that, it was great. Ice-cream cake is good. Just wish it was a blizzard cake.

This location dairy queen is terrible and terrible service they have been out of graham base for New York cheesecake for well over a week so today I went thru the drive thru and ordered a different blizzard and they gave me something completely different , so I circle back around to trade it and the worker at the window tells me it will be almost 7 dollars and wouldn't trade what they made wrong and fix the problem so I paid again for a blizzard if already paid once for that they messed up I will never be back to this location that's for sure they are terrible😡

Fries were soggy. Toast BURNT!! chicken strips are mid. Did not receive extra gravy that I paid for. Gravy cups we did receive were half empty.

DoorDash customers can wait and their food gets fixed last the manager said. So my DoorDash money is not equal to the people in your drive thru? Never again for me!

I got a cotton candy blizzard. I get one at a different Dairy Queen at least once a week. This was the first time I received a blizzard that had a lid on it. Because it was pure soup it wasn't even a milkshake it was so soupy it was gross. Very disappointed in this Dairy Queen's blizzards!!!

Poor customer service. We was getting ready to place an order and the women left to go in the back to take care of the delivery guy, so we waited about 5 to 6 minutes before she returned to take our order! Then the delivery guy asked for a blizzard and the people behind us had to wait for her to make the delivery guys order! Poor customer service. I thought customers came first!
