A positive experience, but the menu offers limited choices, except for the rolls, of which there are far too many! Unfortunately, they're almost all 8-piece rolls, which is a shame given the vast selection. I'd recommend adding a few more 4-piece rolls to sample a wider variety. I also noticed that the hosomaki tends to have a lot of rice, making them heavy. I really enjoyed the carpaccio, the edamame, and the tropical gunkan. The staff is very kind and helpful, and the atmosphere is fairly neutral.

Very clean location and the sushi was very good with an Italia taste to it. Good pairing with Flavors … Above average sushi in the area! Nice all you can eat choices! For lunch… The staff was vey kind. The menu a bit difficult to understand… and most rolls have Philadelphia… but the staff is so kind to make them without.

Quality and taste, without a doubt. The ordering process is inconvenient in my opinion, as it's still tied to dictating your order (so you have to remember what you've chosen); furthermore, it's an all-you-can-eat option, meaning you eat a lot, but you order four courses over three rounds.

I'd tried other shabu in the past and, tempted by the €10 Student menu (with a drink or water included), I ended up here in Varese. The price seems absolutely reasonable, but the quality and portions of the food in many dishes leave much to be desired. Skewers with only two measly pieces, poorly done fried food (the tempura was soft, not even a bit crispy): overall, the dishes were flavorless, except for the spicy ones (like the temaki pictured). The sauces, on the other hand, were very good, but since they were just a side dish, they couldn't save the entire meal. Also, a plate of sashimi never arrived. Fortunately, the waiter was a really nice guy, which certainly saves the review, but won't make me want to come back. A shame.

Spurred by the photos and my curiosity about this sushitalian, I had lunch with a somewhat unusual all-you-can-eat option. It consists of four dishes per person, with a maximum of three orders, so 12 dishes per person, which is still a lot. In fact, we reduced our last order because we were full. The price is high compared to other all-you-can-eat options—€20 per person for lunch, obviously excluding drinks—but the service is excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff. The kitchen is quick to prepare the dishes. The menu is rich and unique, but the flaw is that it offers single dishes rather than mixed dishes. For example, the nigiri are two per portion, and if you want to try more than one type, you'll end up ordering more, but it's not a big deal in the end. The sushi is good, but I don't feel like giving it more than three stars due to personal taste. Some of the combinations were a bit off-putting, in my opinion. I tried all the unusual options, and perhaps, being used to more classic sushi, it seemed strange to me. Regardless, I recommend going there because it's a different kind of sushi and worth trying.

An elegant little place, small but welcoming and well-kept. I went for lunch; the menu was extensive! Special features: They offer unique rolls, different from the usual. The salmon ceviche is excellent! Only caveat: the rice in the roll is a bit thick; perhaps if it were thinner, all the flavors would be better. Anyway, I highly recommend it; you must try it!

I'm not convinced. I went for lunch and they have three different sittings, with each sitting ordering four dishes. Personally, I'd prefer to be able to order everything at once. The dishes themselves are for six, neither excellent nor terrible, but it didn't make me want to return. Lunch menu €15.

Price is to high 20€ for the same thing you will have for 13€ anywhere... nothing special... you expect something different in a fusion cuisine... but nop! Absolutely the same thing like the others... And they charged 10€ for my 3yo. Kid witch is free anywhere... Anyway... Service is good!
