We arrived with great enthusiasm. We drove 57 kilometers. What can I say? A beautiful, clean, and tidy place. The children's playroom is very comfortable and large enough. The people are very kind and friendly. We ate very, very well; for me, it was a special breakfast. I had a Kinder Bueno White waffle, my favorite, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The products are made on-site, super fresh, and super delicious. Keep up the good work! We look forward to seeing you in Arona! Thank you.

Brilliant experience. The bubble tea was very soothing and refreshing and crepe was loaded with Nutella and white chocolate with fresh raspberries. The service was great, I had trouble during payment but everyone was patient and helped me well eith all the process. Thank you NUTS. 💐🍰

With my job, I struggle to try new places when they open, but this morning Zoe and Queen, two of the dogs I dog-sit, allowed us to have breakfast, but only on the condition that we bring them along. 😛 I admit, I prefer savory to sweet (and I'll be back to try it), but given its popularity, we tried the sweet breakfast. So sweet!! But my personal tastes don't mean I'll take away any stars because everything was excellent. Speaking highly of the girl behind the counter this morning (November 12), she asked us if it was our first time there and explained everything to us. She even let us download the app so we could get a free Mocha per person with our first order (you get it as a free coupon when you download the app). Definitely a touch of color that doesn't detract from the other restaurants in Vercelli!

The owner and staff are always friendly. The colorful and cheerful place gets every day off to a great start. I always enjoy the sweet treats on offer. My partner only gets cappuccino, but it comes with phrases on both the cups and the sugar packets. Dogs are welcome. The upstairs room is equipped with games for children's parties. Highly recommended for a delicious sweet breakfast! There's a huge selection, so you can vary it so much you never get bored! The menu isn't very intuitive, but the staff is available to help you choose. The atmosphere is quite welcoming and, above all, very spacious. The owner is a truly humble and very ambitious person! Truly kind and helpful to all customers. Service is moderately fast, but considering the preparation time, that's understandable. Lastly, the quality of the food is very interesting; there doesn't seem to be one dish that stands out above the others, but they're all average! It's probably difficult to make one thing perfectly by making too many recipes. Highly recommended! I'll gladly go back!

A modern and colorful place, perfect for families with children. The products are incredibly delicious; for my taste and age, the fillings are actually a bit too exaggerated, but I understand this is a trend originating from the US. In any case, €3 is the price for a filled brioche, which can be customized in a variety of ways. I'd also like to point out that they can also host birthday parties. I'll definitely try it during my lunch break. The staff, while very friendly, definitely needs improvement in terms of speed and table cleanliness. Currently 3 stars, but there's plenty of potential!

Beautiful inside and out, but lacking substance. The atmosphere seems almost fantastic, with beautiful graphics that encourage you to stop by, especially if you have children. It's a shame the substance is a bit lacking. Bubble tea without every bubble tea on the menu and with tasteless tea. It was a refreshing drink, but I wouldn't try it a second time. I also tried the savory churros, but they were almost all burnt, and the bagged deli meats weren't the best. Furthermore, they were supposed to have two mortadellas, two prosciuttos, and two salamis, and we ended up with three prosciuttos instead of two. The ice cream was also missing flavors, and obviously none of the missing flavors were noted before ordering. A real shame, because it could do a lot. But if it only looks good on the outside and the food isn't the best, you'll be disappointed. Last thing: if there's a spin-the-wheel option near the cash register to get some "prize" (discounts, free sweets), if you spend over €10, it would be nice to offer everyone the chance to spin it or get a small discount. Otherwise, it's better to put up a sign saying "only for families with small children."

The atmosphere is beautiful and the attention to detail is quite good. 1 star for the service because we waited 5 minutes at the open bar for the waitress to arrive. She didn't even apologize for not being in the shop that long. Furthermore, the waitress didn't even know how much a granita cost (when ordering, she told me one price and when paying, another). I'm giving the food 1 star because I ordered a granita and 1) she put the ice in the ice crusher with unwashed hands 2) the ice was very roughly crushed 3) there were melted ice creams in the display case 4) the granita syrups were almost all caked on 5) the shelves were dirty on the inside where they came in contact with the food. All in all, the shop was empty and not very crowded, so I find this lack of hygiene disappointing and inexcusable. Overall, I was very disappointed. I've attached photos to demonstrate the terrible quality of the food and the lack of hygiene. I reiterate that the owner* was not present and we were not welcomed as one might expect from any restaurant given that it was completely deserted when we entered and the waitress did not even apologize for making us wait so long.
