So... I'll start by saying that you definitely don't come here to eat in a fancy place or to eat healthily, but to leave feeling full and not spending a lot. The restaurant can be a bit difficult to reach for those coming from outside Cuneo, mainly due to parking and the fact that it's within the ZTL (limited traffic zone). The place is really beautiful... I like places with themed decor and menus. This restaurant is very reminiscent of a Wild West restaurant, but more sophisticated and less "commercial." We were welcomed warmly, and despite not having a reservation, they found us a seat. Both the novice waiter and the head waiter were very friendly. The menu offers several choices, not a huge number, but better a few good ones than a lot of poor quality ones. I ordered the "Inferno di Cristallo" (Crystal Inferno)... I must say: very good, filling, the sandwich doesn't fall apart in your hand, and the flavors blended well. The only thing that bothered me was that the stools were low compared to the table and that the table wobbled a lot. I'd say the total price is more than fair... two sandwiches with a side of fries, two waters, and two coffees cost €43. For those who feel up to it, there's also the challenge of the mega 1 kg sandwich with 7 portions of fries to finish in an hour 😭😭. For this type of lunch/dinner here in Cuneo, I recommend it.

First time at this place...my friend and I, and Sara seats us. Then she arrives...Teresa. She's incredibly friendly and kind, and with a big smile, she gives you all the information you need and takes your order...then Dea and Selma work their magic and make us an excellent Burger Wrap. We'll be back to try the other dishes.

Great place!!!!!! We've already been there 4 times... always trying a different sandwich... what can I say... one better than the last!!!!!! Really excellent... homemade bread... delicious ingredients and very well prepared and cooked meat (special mention to the kitchen!!!). The fries plus TR sauce... so much stuff!!! Pleasant welcome from the staff and very fast service. The menu can be viewed on your phone via QR scan. !!! Good beers... I recommend the 1.5-liter jug!!! We've definitely said goodbye to other burger chains!!!!

Delicious sandwiches with excellent ingredients. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious dishes. The coffees are also delicious. The atmosphere is pleasant, with friendly, young staff. The place is bright, and the walls feature cartoon characters from the West. I recommend it.

Quattro stelle di incoraggiamento. Servizio ottimo con cameriere cortesi e gentili. Cibo buono, specialmente i peperoncini ripieni, ma niente di memorabile. Prezzi medi. Locale adatto per una clientela molto giovane. Ancora uno sforzo e ci siete!

I ate here for the first time last night with my family, and I have to say it was a wonderful discovery. The food was delicious, made with top-quality ingredients, the meat was cooked to perfection, and the bread was delicious. Excellent service, with friendly, knowledgeable staff. I've been to this restaurant before, but tonight the quality of the food really surprised me! The burger wrap was exceptional. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the desserts; they didn't arrive despite waiting 45 minutes, and the staff kept telling us they were on their way. You can understand, though. The wait staff was kind and professional, but the owner didn't even bother to offer an apology or a kind word. A coffee or a digestif offered at the counter doesn't kill anyone! Then the bill wouldn't close for some IT/Satispay issue because it was 1 cent short... he could have easily told us he'd sort it out and to go ahead, but instead he kept us at the cash register until it was resolved. Excellent food, the owner needs to reconsider his customer service! See you next time

We went to this place after hearing about its opening through social media that gave us a voucher for a sandwich. This restaurant is located in a somewhat unfortunate area for parking in front of the place but there is the possibility of parking near the covered market and walking. Being a new place I found it very clean and tidy, the style of the old Mucca Pazza place is very present even if I really like the steak house style details. One thing I really appreciated was the cleanliness of the bathrooms at the beginning and end of the service with the classic saloon doors that therefore avoid opening and closing the door with the handle which is not very hygienic in the bathrooms. Once seated at the table you can access the menu via QR code, which is much appreciated. On the menu you can find a bit of everything from appetizers, hamburgers, wraps, salads and Mexican specialties with the possibility of choosing several vegetarian dishes as well. In general the dishes are not excessively priced considering the quality. The choice of food is therefore very simple to make and above all the menu can be consulted at will during the meal without having the inconvenience of keeping it on the table. The waitresses came immediately to ask us what we wanted to order and the service overall was quite fast except for the dessert. We took a stuzzimix that we liked a lot even if the chili pepper with the cheese inside was quite spicy. As for sandwiches instead we took the arizona which was free and we found that the meat was good and above all well cooked and overall the whole sandwich had a good harmonious flavor. The second sandwich tried instead was the one with the shoulder and I must say that it surprised me a lot because the meat was really tender and the overall taste was very pleasant, I would have gladly eaten two. As for desserts we took a pancake that overall was quite good but nothing special and the chocolate soufflé tasty but not excessively large. As previously said, I did not find the prices exaggerated considering the quality of the food and the quantity. As a final judgment, however, I think it is correct to give 4 stars for the following problems encountered: - the sandwich with the shoulder should have had different chips shown in the photo but in reality they brought me the same ones as all the others without a reason - the beer was not fresh and was honestly poured really badly - the drink, the appetizer and the sandwiches arrived quickly while for the dessert order we waited more than 20 minutes - when paying we noticed a total disorganization between those at the cash register and the waitresses who had problems with the PDAs and with entering the correct orders for the table so we witnessed some unpleasant scenes between the owner (I think) and the employees

The food was plentiful and quite good, with a fairly good quality-price ratio. It's a shame they ran out of sangria and a lot of desserts... One negative point goes to the restaurant manager (?), who didn't give us a warm welcome despite our reservation and made a fuss over payment (we pay the Roman way every Saturday night). He wasn't very polite to the waitresses, either, in my opinion.

First, the waitress was kind and attentive. Next, the bacon, while cold, was deliciously American style bacon. Lastly, our meal was cold. Not barely warm, but refrigerator cold. My husband’s fajitas were served on a hot platter, and yet, remained icebox cold. This likely meant everything was leftover from the day or days before and then served to us. Even the French fries were cold. We won’t be back.
