Pros and Cons: Okay, enviable location, good facilities, and lovely outdoor seating. The frequent live music is highly commendable; it creates a great atmosphere. The food and cocktails are average, and the service is a bit slow and distracted. Take your time and enjoy the evening.

Unfortunately today my rating is negative... the management must have changed, a disappointment, an aperitif cost 20 euros, a prosecco and a negroscki, a small dish, poor, all without a receipt... a shame, a reference bar that unfortunately will no longer be so.

Many years ago, this historic bar was always incredibly crowded, both inside and out. A meeting place for a Genoa that was eager to grow. The atmosphere we find now is decadent, the service is courteous but poorly trained, the quality mediocre, but the price is truly excessive. The price of an alcoholic aperitif at the table is €11, which, considering the quality and quantity served, is frankly excessive. It's sad to see how a place that was once a landmark in the city has lost its charm and its ability to attract customers with a good quality-price ratio. We hope the owners take the criticism to heart and work to restore this historic bar to its former glory.

Aperitivo con un cocktail discreto e un bicchiere di prosecco di scarsa qualita'..stuzzichini inqualificabili....piattino di carta con numero due sottilette spiaccicate e due fette di mortadella no pane un piattino di cozze di qualita'non pervenuta ....ah dimenticavo un bicchiere di pop corn stantii....unica nota positiva cameriera cortese ...20 euro .e mi.ha anche chiesto se andava tutto bene ....ho preferito non rispondere ...IMBARAZZANTI

Entrato quasi neppure considerato, la barista era troppo occupata a parlare con una sua amica del prossimo Week end, quando pronta mi ha finalmente servito un prosecco sgasato e tiepido, non mi ha chiesto se gradivo qualcosa da mangiare e non mi ha neppure più guardato. Ho dovuto anche attendere per pagare ben cinque euro per un calice di p..... Incredibile. A mai più rivederci.

Credevo di essere in un pisciatoio per cani, dopo i 4 euro per un caffè seduto fuori mi sono risvegliato a porto sfigo. Tavolini sporchi, accoglienza ligure ci mancavano solo i topi (forse). 4 euro per un caffè neanche in piazza San Marco a Venezia!!! Follia...

Entrato pochi giorni fa per un caffè mattutino. Odore non piacevole di quei posti che avrebbero bisogno di una sgrassata. Anche no. Au revoir.

Big disappointment. It used to be a great, historic bar for aperitivo. Now the wine is awful, stale, and sparse, and the cocktails are mediocre. The staff was very rude; they didn't warn us that there was no debit card option. Two speakers with different music in the same room. A truly terrible experience. €10 per person for a disappointment.

Historic bar/aperitivo bar currently under questionable new management for its total disrespect for the neighborhood and its longtime residents... clearly, there's a belief that they can do anything, no matter what the world around them! I won't comment on the food and service offered... but the decor is highly questionable, worthy of its crepe-making neighbor... PS: We're not in Mexico, nor are we at a Unity Day party with music blasting until midnight and beyond.
