November. Came for drinks. To my surprise they had Hot Toddy, amongst others (I struggle to get a hot toddy in the UK) with their gorgeous lemon, perfect. My partner's moscow mule was well made too. All acompaned by hot nibbles.
We stopped here to watch the beautiful sunset and grabbed a Negroni and limoncello spritz. Both were made well and I was able to get the spritz to be a little less sweet. The Negroni was great. They also serve a little bar snack plate with a drink order which was a nice treat. The views are amazing here. The staff are also very helpful and pleasant!!
Amazing breakfast here! The staff was friendly, the views are AMAZING, and we were recommended by our Airbnb host who is local to Praiano. 10/10 recommend!
We regret not coming here more often! We had lunch and dinner here and both times were absolutely delicious. The carbonara was some of the best I’ve had. The meatballs were very tender and juicy. For dinner we had steak and the sea bream. Both full of flavor and cooked perfectly. To top it all off the view is absolutely amazing. You are looking out on the coast and can catch the most beautiful sunsets. This is also one of the very few places we visited in Italy that doesn’t have a cover charge (yay!). We loved that there was a place to park the Vespa nearby as well. Wish we had spent more time here. 😊
We didn’t stay in Praiano, but we made 3 stop at Bar del Sole, one only for drinks and twice for breakfast. Food was really good, great atmosphere and of course great view. Very nice place to stop by.
Stumbled upon this cafe for cappuccino. My wife and I are vegan and they had vegan croissant, fruit platter, and they customized their avocado toast for us. Everything was delicious and the service was great. They have soy, almond, and oat milk for coffees.

During our stay here in Praiano we visited Bar del Sole on numerous occasions. It’s a great restaurant for a nice dinner with a beautiful ocean view sitting out on the patio. Food was yummy, our favorite being the pasta carbonara. For breakfast was a great place to stop by and get something on the go, they have plenty of options for pastries and drinks. Highly recommend stopping by and eating here!
It is not the 1st time here but I enjoyed the lunch. I eat a chicken salad with cease sauce, italian version , breakfast and desserts are delicious too. The best in area. And the view is gorgeous ....
We came here twice on our trip to Praiano and it was amazing! Giovanni took care of us both times. He was very attentive and kind. The iced latte was to die for. The first day we got the chicken party and the second we got the american breakfast. We will be back in the future!
A beautiful and warming spot right in the heart of the Amalfi coast, with a stunning view on Positano, the last part of the Path of the Gods, and the start of the Sorrentina coast. The owner and the staff are very welcoming, the menu is super clear, there is a great selection of drinks, food, coffees, and pastry, and the whole place is very stylish, perfectly in line with the atmosphere of the Amalfi coast. I was surprised by the originality of the drinks we ordered, and the appetizer that came with them is super tasteful and of high quality. I will definitely come back!
We love Bar Del Sole, we stop there every night for a drink before heading up to our house. We’re here for a month and have had breakfast, lunch and dinner here. Go here, eat here.
This is the second time we have been on holiday here in Praiano and we always come to this beautiful bar the last time we were here was in 2019 , even then it was always lively and the staff were absolutely fantastic, now it’s changed quite a bit but for the better. The staff ie Manuel , Giovanni , Giuseppe , Diego are all lovely people who go out of their way to help you and make you feel so much at home. The food is amazing and the ice cream is to die for. I’ve got to say if you’re ever in Praiano even just passing you will always be greeted with a smile and fantastic hospitality you could not wish for more Thank you from Marc and Tina from Liverpool England 😊😊😊👌
We are staying in a nearby villa and this gem has kept us all afloat since we arrived - coffee, drinks, gelato, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and good vibes! Couldn’t recommend more! We have been by everyday and some days multiple times. Staff is very friendly! I bought a T-shirt to support :)
Perfect location with amazing sea view excellent and refreshing food The service was great, the staff helped me fix my motorcycle in the parking and let us leave it in the parking and walk around the city
Cappuccino and Cornetto! Great spot for an early cup of coffee and pastry (6.30am). The outdoor seats have great views. This spot was part of our morning ritual without fail. This is a great hangout spot before taking your bus to Positano or Amalfi.
Lovely bar, we watched the sunset here two nights in a row and the views were stunning. The prices are so affordable for such a great spot with a lovely view. Will be visiting again!
Whilst staying in Praiano, visited this bar nearly every night & a couple of lunch times Food, can only comment on the Tuna & salad baguette. Very nice. 👌 Watched Germany v Scotland also. 🏴 Must say waiters were very friendly & alway on hand to get more beer.

We went there just for drinks, so I can't say anything about the food. After sitting down we were asked to switch tables as the one we chose was for 4 people - but ok, space is always an issue at that part of the coast. Prices are elevated as usual at the coast, but still reasonable. Also you get some chips with it... Good location to enjoy the sunset, however one should hope the traffic is not that heavy as one is sitting next to the main road.
Great for one or two drinks, however if you are there for a while, be careful as they water down the drinks. However it is convenient and only stay for a few drinks.
Went there during my stay at Praiano. The service was good, but the bread they gave us was stale and my carbonara pasta looked quite different from the photos. The sauce was too heavy and thick, and there was a short hair in it (it was under the pasta so it definitely wasn’t mine). My boyfriend liked his plate, but didn’t like mine either.
