Luogo accogliente, cibo veramente ottimo e personale gentile. Abbiamo assaggiato la battuta e gli gnocchi di patate, accompagnati da una bottiglia di Capisme. Tornerò volentieri!

È la terza occasione che la mia compagna ed io veniamo in questo locale. Tutte le volte sono state bellissime esperienze. Si sente l'amore che Marco e Daniela mettono nella preparazione dei piatti. Inoltre l'attenzione che il personale di sala ha verso la clientela non è così facilmente riscontrabile in altre realtà del settore.

Siamo stati ospiti di questa struttura nel centro storico di Cuneo anni fa e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Quest'anno siamo anche tornati a mangiare e confermiamo la nostra ottima opinione anche del ristorante. Se poi bevete troppo, vi fermate a dormire e via 😉😁

Il locale è molto molto bello. Il servizio è impeccabile. Piatti deliziosi. Consigliatissimo.

Camera molto raffinata, pulita, accogliente. Ci si è sentiti a casa. Posizione comodissima vicino alla via principale ma contemporaneamente tranquilla, silenziosa e rilassante.

Sono stato ospite per pranzo. Devo dire che location e servizio di un altro passo rispetto altri locali. Gentilezza e il saper servire contraddistinguono i camerieri. Per quanto riguarda la parte culinaria, mi sono veramente trovato bene con ogni singola portata. Sapori autentici e ricercati. Ottimo in tutto!

Lovely lunch with typical Piedmontese cuisine, perfectly executed with prime products. Service was friendly and efficient, the sommelier recommended an excellent yet reasonably priced bottle of Nebbiolo. We had a lovely family lunch in an authentic osteria! We did not stay there overnight, so cannot judge the rooms or accommodation service.

Best vegetarian and non vegetarian meal we've had in N Italy. Great ambiance and not too fussy. Wonderful staff. Get the veggie cakes. A nice reprieve from pizza and pasta.

If I had only one word to say it will be- wow! What a great find in a non impressive area. The friendliest staff (Chiara, Matteo and the rest)., unbelievably tasty food, nice atmosphere (although I prefer Italian music to jazz…). The vegetarian anti-pasta, gnocchi, ravioli, Veggie and dolce della nonna were just perfect. Cannot wait to return tomorrow!!! Wednesday: went again tonight- still perfect: the atmosphere, the food, Matthew and Chiara. In brief- DO NOT MISS THIS RESTAURANT!!!

What an experience at this wonderful local restaurant/Osteria. I can be sure that this was the best in Cuneo, to reflect Cuneo's local specialities with their twist . First of all, I stayed 2 months in Cuneo witch first 2 weeks I booked a room. Nice owner and the customer comes at him first. Very good place in Centro historico and super for a weekend!!! Furthermore I wanted to try also his food, So I booked easily via Whatsapp a table for 1 person. The service was very quick and efficient. Very warm welcome and firstly a little snack of the house, mini aubergine . From every course I took one dish. My first dish was tart with local chestnuts, the delicate of region, vegetables finishes with some egg anjovi sauce. Very nice combo! My Primi was Gnocchi with zucchini parmigiano. I could not get enough :) The next dish was falafel, good plate with a yummy sauce. Finished with the New York cheesecake o my god. A wonderful plate to end your night together with a the cafe certo! Everything, since I sat and pay was in 1 hour. And during the courses the employees and the boss came to welcome and ask about how you are to everyone in the room. Well for a long time, I did not have a good service in everything like Senza Fretta. Grazie mille!

Senza Fretta is not only the Name but as well the style. Dont hurry, take your time and enjoy good food and drinks. The rooms are around the corner, modern Ambiente in an old House built with love. Clse to central places.

We’re back in Cuneo! Our second meal here was as delightful as our first one, two years ago. Now that we live in Cuneo, we plan to be regulars! My first review…. What a delightful lunch at Senza Fretta. The staff were well informed, attentive, and friendly. The food—from the first bite to the last—yummy. And, their wine list is well rounded and affordable. There’s no doubt, we’ll be back.

Don't miss this place if you like good wine and good food!! The food is exceptional and the wine is simply amazing! Great wine selection even by glass. The staff is friendly and helpful and they speak English too. We asked for a different wine for every dish of the menu and we were stunned! Definitely going back when again in the region.

Wonderful food and experience here. Waitresses happy to speak English, and the friendly owner came out to chat with us. Food was amazing, featuring local ingredients, including Piedmont hazelnuts and chestnuts in autumn seasonal dishes. Able to cater for my vegetarian wife easily, and she loved the chestnut risotto. I had veal in hazelnut sauce, wow, followed by chestnut cheesecake. Everything was fantastic.

Bel ristorante nel centro storico di Cuneo. Dispone di diverse sale con tavoli ben spaziati così da avere una piacevole conversazione se si cena in compagnia. Il personale preparato e professionale, attento e mai invadente. Menù equilibrato che accontenta diversi palati, particolare attenzione alle materie prime dove vengono segnalati i fornitori pressoché tutti di zona per un reale km 0. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ – Osteria Senza Fretta, Cuneo Siamo stati all’Senza Fretta Osteria con Camere durante un weekend a Cuneo e l’esperienza è stata decisamente positiva. Avevo chiesto in anticipo se fosse possibile preparare la bagna cauda come antipasto, pur essendo fuori menù, e sono stati di parola. Non una versione rigidamente tradizionale, ma una rivisitazione dello chef, più elegante nell’impiattamento e ben equilibrata nei sapori. Una proposta interessante che mantiene il carattere del piatto senza risultare eccessiva. Come secondo ho scelto il tenerone di fassona brasato al Nebbiolo: carne molto tenera e cottura curata; forse leggermente poco sapida per il mio gusto personale, ma comunque di buona qualità. Mia moglie e mia cugina con il compagno hanno preso agnolotti e tajarin, tutti molto soddisfatti: pasta fresca ben fatta e porzioni corrette. Apprezzato anche il caffè servito con biscottini, piccolo dettaglio che fa sempre piacere. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Il locale è rustico, senza tovaglia, ma coerente con lo stile informale e accogliente dell’osteria. Un indirizzo valido a Cuneo per chi cerca cucina piemontese con un tocco personale dello chef

Another spontaneous finding in Cuneo. We were really nice welcomed by personnel and get a table even without booking. The inner yard is a beautiful place and you can feel yourself 100% in Italy. Sends Fretta is not just a name, looks like it’s a slogan 😅 as we waited really a lot before we get our order, that was actually a minus. Food was well cooked, however in my opinion the portion is less that expected, I’d like to have bigger portion for the price. My fish was delicious, but too much rosemary was used and it drown the other tastes: fish, sauce. Overall, we spend nice time, but personally I will not visit this place for the second time.

A wonderful little Ostria in the narrow shaded lanes off Via Roma in Cuneo. Nothing Earth shattering about the cuisine, but a great place for a very good meal typical of the region with a nice selection of local Langhe and Roero wines.

I stayed for one night in one of the rooms on the first floor, facing the inner courtyard. The location is good, right in the (not overly exciting) city center. On the upside, the room was clean and the amenities mentioned in the description on booking.com were all available (kettle, tea, coffee, A/C,..). It's not super spacious, however, and what I found somewhat annoying was that the balcony is situated right above the terrace of a neighboring restaurant, so do not expect any calm in the evening. There is no view, it is actually obstructed by the shabby back wall of another building (see picture). Another downside is the check-in procedure and time: check-in is possible only between 6 and 10 pm, which is way too late. I arrived at the site soaking wet from a hike and had to wait for more than two hours before I could get into my room. Luggage can be dropped there before 6 pm but only after a kitchen aid that had to be called by the owner (who was not on site) opened the door. But there is no lobby or anything where you could wait, the luggage is locked in and you have to leave again and return at 6. Booking.com announced the offer "with breakfast", which is in reality a little joke, as there is no breakfast area or anything but you just receive a voucher for one croissant and a coffee in a neighboring café, which is pretty ridiculous, knowing the comparably rich breakfast buffets in similarly priced Italian hotels. All in all a pretty disappointing experience and definitely not worth 100 euros. Would not book it again.

The only plus of this place is that it works at a time when normal places with tasty food are closed. In general, it should be said that the staff is not trained to properly treat tourists, none of them speak English, and we are not required to learn Italian in order to dine in this place. I ordered risotto for myself and I must say that it was an oversolted risotto with some strange cheese in the form of melted snot. In my opinion, if you don’t know how to cook - better not to do it. Moreover, they sat us in the backyard, it felt like we were sitting in a basement - it was damp and very cold, despite the fact that there were many free seats in the restaurant. The service of dishes took a long time, the toilet was dirty. I cannot recommend this place. And judging by the rudeness of the manager of this place, dear, do not bother to answer my review.
