Where to start… You are greeted by the owner/waiter/chef (all the same boss) There was no menu card as it all came from the the chef’s head. All products and ingredients are all made from his own garden or local products. Each dishes was delicious. And after each dish, the chef asks you what do you want next…. An amazing experience, the chef is a genius! We didn’t know the price of our dishes as there was no menu card, but to our surprise, it was extremely cheap. We paid 83 Euros for the chef’s choice of: 4 anti pasti, primi and secondi. No space for dessert, so we skipped that one. And included we had; A bottle of his own wine (grapes), one red wine and lots of water! We were given very excited homemade grissini (chocolate, rosemary and onion taste) and the best vitello tunnato we have tried in the region! Please call for a reservation! And tips needs to be given cash 💰 Lots of parking and dog friendly.

Stop!!!! Stop!!! You can't pass this way without stopping at "Tuais"!!! We braved a hellish night to travel the thirty kilometers from Camino to Odalengo Piccolo, but it was worth it! We were welcomed with great kindness by Fabio, a skilled chef, and the very kind waitress, who advised and guided us throughout the dinner. The wine selection was excellent (a robust local Barbera), and the appetizers and antipasto that accompanied it were delicious. I especially recommend the pumpkin flan with fondue, the polenta creamed with quail eggs, and the gratinated cardoon. This was followed by the "plin" pasta in beef consommé (fantastic) and the lamb chops cooked to perfection, with side dishes from Fabio's kitchen for helpful explanations of the dishes. Overall, everything was very pleasant and we really enjoyed our stay. Prices were in line with the amount consumed. I've already recommended them to friends and family, and we'll definitely be returning to "Tuais."

We've been to this restaurant before and found it very good, both for the atmosphere and the food. Today, since we were in a busy area around 1:00 PM, we decided to call and ask if we could have lunch. It would have been understandable if there were no seats; we expected it, but unfortunately, the response we received over the phone—"Don't worry, we'll wake up sooner or later"—without even knowing who we were—came across the line rather rudely, giving us reason to never return.

We made a reservation online and got the rudest phone call telling us that this is not a pizzeria and therefore it is too late to reserve. No problem for us, but then please, remove the reservation option here on google rather than be rude to a possible customer. To be clear - we reserved at 7:30pm for a table at 8:15pm when it states that they are open - through a reservation system they control.
