Very friendly cashier, very little wait, food reheated to perfection, extensive menu, slightly cramped space, and the bathroom could be improved. Everything was PERFECT.
Welcoming, tidy and clean place with plenty of seating inside, a play area for children, friendly staff, really good piadina, with ample free parking, recommended.
Clean and welcoming place. Helpful and professional staff, with a unique approach to hospitality. Plenty of space for seating at tables. Ample outdoor parking. Delicious piadinas and other specialties, topped with select ingredients. Importantly, everything is cooked to order (the kitchen is open through glass). Highly recommended.

Good as always and well-seasoned. Inside, there are tables and chairs, and ample parking. Very friendly and fast. There are also benches outside for dining.
Piadina and roll with custom fillings. Good ingredients. Quick service.
Don't go at 1 PM. Everyone who orders with the app will walk right past you, and you'll be waiting up to half an hour for your piadina. Actually, hurry, because they often forget about it. It's happened several times in Brescia, behind OZ, and right now in Castelmella.
If it weren't for the deliciousness of the piadinas (as in all the piadina shops of this brand), my rating would be zero. The staff is truly unfriendly, service is lacking, and the cleanliness of the premises is poor. I never leave negative reviews, but this piadina shop just doesn't deserve one.

A 28-minute wait for a roll and a mini Nutella piadina to go! I hate to write a negative review because the cashier was very kind and tried to serve everyone quickly, but you can't have such short staff at 1:00 PM during rush hour!!!! Everyone who calls just walks past you, even though I'd booked on the app. Given the prices and the brand, I expect at least good service, which is lacking.
Very good piadina, but terrible service. Arrived at 9:30 PM and took it back because they were already cleaning the room. Warm Coke and very rude employee.
