The food was excellent! Limited selection (3 starters, main course, and dessert), but delicious! Pappardelle al ragu, the tartare, and the affogato, accompanied by a pitcher of excellent house wine; a sublime meal can be that simple! We made a reservation through Facebook Messenger and received immediate confirmation 👍🏼
Simple, good food, tasty home-style cooking. You should check the opening hours, as we thought it had been closed for the past two years. Free parking is available a little further to the right of the terrace (along the street) or further down from the restaurant.

A restaurant slightly away from the busy streets, located in a charming neighborhood of Porto Valtravaglia. This family-run restaurant is clean, tidy, and well-maintained. On warm days, guests can enjoy the outdoor seating area located at the entrance. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the cuisine is simple but very good and varied. Perhaps the tables are a little too close together, but the restaurant isn't huge, and space is at a premium. We had a pleasant experience, and we'll definitely return if we're in the area. If you're in the area, give it a try—you won't regret it.

This place has wonderful food and friendly owners! It's perfect. One of my favorite places in the world. And so close to my second home!
A rather small menu with regional dishes. The veal cheeks were delicious. When a heavy thunderstorm started, all the guests were able to move into the two dining rooms. They are very simply furnished. It's advisable to reserve a table in advance. Very friendly service. Card payments accepted.

It's a cooperative. We had a very good meal: goose breast with Parmesan cream, lake fish with sage, and gnocchi alla casa. The service was very friendly. The decor is simple, but we were well looked after, and our food was excellent. We felt very comfortable.
Eleven of us dined here. The reasonably priced food was of excellent quality and arrived quickly and simultaneously. The service would have received five stars if it had been friendly from the start, but it improved significantly. Furthermore, it would have been great if the somewhat dirty tables had been cleaned.

The atmosphere was lovely, and the welcome was truly warm and friendly. The food, alas, was forgettable. The tourist menu costed €18 (there was nothing else) and consisted of: industrial polenta with a hint of gorgonzola, steak (?) barely 4 or 5 millimeters thick, inevitably served in an overcooked "shoe sole" version, a side of potatoes and peppers floating soullessly in a watery liquid that was perhaps meant to be the cooking juices. A fine place (are we sure?) for a passing worker's hasty lunch break. Absolutely unsuitable for a Sunday on the lake with the family.
How did this restaurant get a 4.5-star rating? It's completely unjustified. The very small menu offered the tourist menu for €18. The pasta starter was okay, but the main course was simply bad and oily. The kitchen opens at 6:30 p.m. We arrived at 6:20 p.m. and were given strange looks. We were served at 6:35 p.m., even though we were the only customers. It wasn't clean, and it reeked of smoke. Despite the friendly waiter, we didn't feel comfortable here. For us, this was anything but an authentic Italian restaurant serving home-style cooking. A real disappointment!
