I've been going there for many years, possibly about 8 if I remember correctly. Today I went after a few months and it's the first time I have to say "TERRIBLE SERVICE". The cashier was extremely rude, served reluctantly, didn't ask for things properly and was somewhat disrespectful. I saw two people leave because of her bad service.

This place serves one of the best coffee in city. I love the taste , price and how cozy every Kaldi is. I can stress enough, on the taste of the coffee they make. I just keep going back since I am love with the taste, smell and flavor.

It's like a Starbucks: some coffees and teas, cold drinks and some snacks. Free wifi and minimalist/ hipster decor. Cool place!

A nice and quiet place to have a coffee with friends. The prices are not too expensive. The service may vary from time to time. There is also live music on weekends, from jazz to trova.

Un lugar muy acogedor para ir a tomar un café con tus amigos, la música muy tranquila y a excelente volumen, los baristas muy atentos y con una excelente actitud. Sólo recomendaría que las rebanadas de pastel fueran un poco más grandes y que el te chai tuviera un sabor menos diluido.

Tome un espresso sencillo. Estuvo delicioso desde el sabor, la consistencia y el aroma. La atención al clientes es buena, me dieron un vaso de agua. La limpieza, el orden de las bancas y el aire acondicionado hacen una experiencia amena.

El café rico/regular, tiempo de espera adecuado, la atención no es la mejor lero es aceptable, y se tiene un buen ambiente y clima acogedor.

I love that coffee; they should sell decaf for those of us who can't drink regular coffee. Everything else is great.

You may just walk by without noticing it (as it's situated right by a popular bar), but you must not miss it. It's a calming coffee ☕ shop that offers you not just delicious expresso, but also the tranquility and peace you'll need it. The deep blue interior represents what I felt abd wrote, visit it and experience it by yourselves.

Kind service. Good desserts. Coffee is served hot (really appreciated) and acceptable in flavor. Room temperature more than warm (not a big fan). Unexpensive 🙂

Los alimentos son buenos, las bebidas están bien, la atención deja mucho que desear, la cajera es muy seca y te atiende de mala gana, además de que te quieren cobrar la propina antes de brindarte el servicio; está rico, pero no volvería.

If the service is bad [1/5], it doesn't matter if the coffee is good [4/5]. The barista doesn't put down his cell phone even to serve a glass of water, barely responds when asked something because he's busy writing on his phone. Maybe the employee is annoyed that people arrive early and interrupt his morning... - "The life of a critic is simple in many ways, we risk little, and we have power over those who offer their work and service to our judgment."

Ordenas en caja pagas y te piden propina por el servicio cuando no se te ha dado ninguno aún cosa que es lógica. La actitud de quien atiende (supongo batista) no ayuda a personas que no sabemos distinguir tipos de café.
