The staff was so caring. Asked us what our favorite pizza was and made one especially for us. Service was excellent. Food was soo good.

Food is good as always, but the manager doesn't need to be screaming at the employees (even if he was on the phone) OR ask her phone "hey siri" every 2 seconds right after to make a text message. pot calling the kettle black :/

If you remind them that you actually want meat with your 3 meat pizza they will do so. And on the receipt if it says XX it doesn't mean extra it has to have a 1 or 2 after the xx's. So make sure when ordering. Overall a great learning experience.

The last couple of times that I have been here they didn't have any hot and ready pizzas so I had to wait 15 minutes for them to cook one. The employees here have always been very polite and helpful.

They were very busy when we went and there was a wait but the employees were working hard and it was pretty impressive how much food they were putting out. Everyone was nice and they apologized for the wait and handed out cookies to hold people over. The food is good for the price.

Ole girl with short black hair, needs to learn how to talk to co workers, specially if they are just asking about a customer's order because the customers had asked them about it. Fix the attitude or get another job. Plain and simple.

Ive always love Little Ceasers but the last time I got pizza there it was very greasy, even under the crust. Ive never experienced that before. I hope they havent changed their way of cooking or their recipe.

One pizza I got didn't seem to have any sauce and I ordered bread sticks with the sauce and didn't receive it! I live an hour away from this location so I cannot just go back and have them fix it! Very disappointing!

They need to learn to answer the phone better, 5 calls and 2 of those were picked up and hung right back up, no one wants to sit and wait in the heat for 20 minutes. Other than that pizza is still good no other issues.

If there's a hot and ready, it's been there a while. If not your sitting for a while. It's wild up there, and honestly I do not like this location. The parking is 2 spots that has a staff person in one and a customer for the store next door in the other one.

The food was ok, some of my family's pizza was squished, and some of the cheese was at the top of the roof. I really wished they had the pizza little tables that other places use. It would help keep the pizza from going to the roof of the box. The service was good, but they need some work. They seem like they don't like their job, they seem annoyed and bored.

Need more knowledgeable staff. No one seems to understand the concept of how to run the store and manage orders efficiently. There were no sauce cups, drinks, or ready made pizzas. They weren't using door dash, pizza portal or answering the phone, so they should've had ample time to process request from the counter, into the oven and cut the pizzas and get them to the waiting customers. Instead, some people's orders were incomplete, incorrect, and others who could wait no longer past an hour and a half (they hadn't even started the order!) Asked to be refunded. I got my order and it was incorrect and I left with it anyways to feed my family so we could get on with our night. Very sad. This was a quickie fix for dinner and it's not so quick anymore and I don't think I'm going to be back for awhile.

This is the third time the Detroit deep dish has come as two little circle pizzas. They use to be rectangular about six pieces each 12 total. I feel it's a rip off. Also the pan style Detroit kind had a nicer crust this doesn't even have crust.

Pizza turned out great but it took almost exactly an hour for my two pizzas to be ready for pickup. The manager was completely useless and only offered to restart the order from scratch but had no assurance it would be ready any sooner than the original order.

I just called the Vidor store to say I didn't get my sauce for my crazy bread. She sounded so DRY & UNENTHUSED! She said, YEAH, you have to ask for it & just held the phone! I said, so I guess I can bring my receipt to get it? She said, YEAH! Just plum Pathetic & this is my 2nd time going & my 2nd time with HORRIBLE Customer Service skills 🤮

Order took way longer than quoted! Once we got home our extra hamburger and cheese was ham so they offered to replace! They slung together some half bald no.extra anything to replace it with! Almost threw the wrong pizza in the trash ans I left the store cause they both were useless! I wasn't waiting another 20 minutes dor abother new replacement! For 68 bux eat at pizza hut!

Just went to the vidor location.ordered 2 - 3 meat trios for 8.00 added jalopenas and onions ended up charging me 13.00 for each pizza.thats 2.50 for each topping.and ordered 2 pepperoni at 5.00 each and added pineapples they charged me 2.75 for the pineapples.total for my order was 49.00.oh hell no!! Took off the extras they refunded me then my new total was 33.00 poor service the cashier couldn't hardly focus on one thing let alone multitasking.

They didn't have anything ready. The menu doesn't work. I sat in the store and waited over an hour for a single pepperoni Pizza. While the lobby filled, I watched the workers talking to each other or on the phone. Hiding in the office, arguing amongst themselves, or standing around. I won't be going back to this place ever again.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Terrible people and terrible service. Always making up an excuse not to have an order ready. Always some kind of "deal" or "drama" going on in the store. Just all around terrible. Waste of space. Shut it down and put a company there that wants to work!

Had to wait an hour and a half ... I didn't mind that much . The way some of the staff talked to other customers wasn't okay though . I ordered a stuffed crust extra most bestest ... It took an hour and a half for them to make And it wasn't stuffed crusted when i got it . it was also cold. . Service is terrible . If your not getting ignored by the staff , then its half decent . Im not asking for a smile and such , just give decent customer service . and good time . It shouldn't take a pizza half an hour to come out when 8 or 9 people are on shift !!

Ordered a classic cheese, she said I'd have to wait. So my boyfriend asked if they had classic pepperoni and she said yeah. So we ordered that and crazy bread. Still ended up having to wait. Guess she misunderstood what he was asking. No problem. Everyone else was getting their orders even the people after him. So my boyfriend asked how much longer it'd be. They didn't have his name or anything on the order. Finally got our ONE pizza after nearly 40 minutes. It was a very disorganized mess.

This is the worst location I have ever seen. Always a wait but tonight took the cake. 40 minute wait for 3 extramostbestest pizzas. Supposed to be 1 cheese, 1 pepperoni and 1 sausage. Ended up with no cheese, 2 regular sausage, and 1 pep. So had no pizza for my husband since he does not eat meat. And did not get what I paid for but drove 15 minutes home before I saw, (completely my fault) 🤦‍♀️Definitely do not recommend this store. They need to get it together.

Places an online order, arrived 10 mins after placing the order. They had just put the pizza in the oven 10 mins after already being placed…. Thought it was supposed to be a faster way to have your food ready, but can’t even get that right. Also never answers the phone at night

This place needs WAY more resources. The employees work their bums off all day long trying to keep up with orders, never seen one employee take even a 3 second break. Orders are ALWAYS 45 minutes or more late, right now my order is about an hour and a half late. Not sure if its lack of employees to do the work, or if equipment is limiting them, whatever it is, franchise is setting them up for failure. Vidor only has two pizza places and pizza hut has fallen very far from what it was, which means everyone goes to Little Caesars. The employees they have on top of being severely overworked and probably underpaid are also being constantly reviled for the lateness of orders. Whoever owns this location needs to get on the ball.

Been probably about 8 times currently waiting for my food. This time there was 6 employees 1 was actually making something but kept talking and cutting up the manager was standing around joking and flirting the cashier was actually working and the rest went in the back to talk ita been 25 minutes waiting for my food and there is only 3 customers in here with small orders if this wasnt the only little caesars near my family I would never spend a dime here you cant even call in an order because they have the phone off so you are stuck waiting on them

Disappointed to say the least. Most locations have hot and ready, ready to go. This location can't seem to get it together on having pizzas up and ready to go let alone their customer service. They have poor attitudes and less than stellar behavior. The last few time I've gone in the employees were goofing off. Not location I want to go back to but seeing as this is the only location for 20 miles, I guess I have no other option.

I ordered some Italian cheesy bread. It was absolutely the worst I’m not sure if it was from sitting out all day or if it came from the trash! The grease was saturated through the bottom of box! Just very disappointing and disgusting. My kids took pieces outside curious to see if any stray animals eat this mess.

I came in today and after making my order I said "I don't mean to sound rude but can you make sure it gets cooked all the way? The past 6 or 7 times I've been here it was doughy, undercooked, and gross. She said "thanks for letting me know we'll definitely address that" On opening them up, they're still all pretty doughy, no cornmeal so the air can't heat the bottom of the pizza as well. Really disappointed that I was just lied to, guess there's a reason little Caesars is the cheapest pizza place it truly sucks. Parts of the crust actually look like white bread. Also the pizza is very thin. The rubbery texture of the cheese allows me to flip the slices upside down for the pictures without disturbing them. The slice in the last picture is so thin you can see the sauce through the crust.

By far the worst restaurant ever, everyone is slow, sloppy, totally disconnected. The store is filthy and staff was touching cooked food with bare unwashed hands.

When they give you raw cheesy bread and pizza so you have them remake it for them to literally put none of the cheese sauce on your pretzel pizza it's literally just oil from the peperoni

I'd say 4 out of 5 trips go wrong. I always order with the app and it used to work out so well everytime, but lately my wait has always been extended, the order is of poor quality, or the service is low tier. If you plan on ordering from this location, show up late because they will need the extra time. If I order ahead I would like for my pizza to be made fresh. I feel like I wait an extra 20 minutes for my food just to find out it was ready an hour ago. Please do yourself a favor and pay the extra money for other pizza. Or just make one yourself.

Went in and placed my order. There was another customer before me who was very unhappy about his pizza not being ready after a 45 minute wait. After watching several people complain about their orders not being ready, I watched their staff of about 6 workers, NOT one of them had gloves on while making pizzas, even after making change for the paying customers. After I saw this going on, I figured that I would pass on having pizza. from this business. This location is in serious need of real leadership for the staff I seen and their work ethic’s are terrible.

I told her that still didn't add up to $23 so I hung up mad. The very next day my girlfriend ordered the very same thing and the total was $15.46 . Please make that make since. I feel they charge different prices for different customers.

This place is going to shit !! If no stars was available that’s what I’d give. Lady with long bling hair and a lip tattoo on side of neck was rude !!! Didn’t listen to what pizza we asked for and had an attitude when we said it was wrong pizza. Got our name wrong in order too. Embarrassing in front of customers. !! Management needs to let her go !
