Deliciosa comida y además bastante original. Adoro probar sabores nuevos. Recomiendo mucho el salpicón de rape, la ensalada rusa de aguacate y el revuelto de trucha y queso de tetilla. Espectacular. Trato muy bueno.

Lugar espectacular, trato inmejorable y calidad excelente. Fui a cenar con mi pareja (embarazada) y su hija. Sacaron el revuelto y al darse cuenta que era solo para ella, lo volvieron a cocinar para que estuviera mejor hecho por el tema del embarazo, pocos restaurante son tan cuidadosos. La calidad del producto es espectacular. La recomendación en cuanto a cantidad, algo no típico, lo tuvieron en cuenta, sacando sin pedirlo medias raciones al pedirles mucha variedad de platos. Los camareros siempre pendientes de que todo esté al gusto del comensal. Sin duda, si vuelvo a Vigo, lo volveré a visitar. Lástima no haberlo encontrado antes. Os recomendaría solicitar reserva, ya que siempre está lleno, aunque si vas sin reserva, la espera merece mucho la pena, no os arrepentiréis. Creo que este restaurante se merece una visita obligatoria cada vez que uno vaya a Vigo o viva ahí. Un restaurante de 10! Me ha encantado! De pocos restaurante podría hablar tan bien.

Bar de tapas moderno y acogedor en plena calle México de Vigo. La decoración es muy bonita con detalles cuidados que crean un ambiente relajado perfecto para disfrutar de unas tapas. La carta ofrece propuestas creativas y originales con toques de autor, además de los clásicos gallegos. Las zamburiñas son espectaculares, muy frescas. El revuelto de hongos también estaba delicioso. El servicio es atento y rápido. Los precios son razonables para la calidad ofrecida. Muy recomendable reservar mesa.

Me he dado un homenaje. Fui recomendado a este restaurante y me senté en la zona de barra. El ambiente es ligeramente informal y el personal muy amable y cercano. A pesar de que en la carta aparezcan raciones, también se pueden pedir medias raciones. Las de la foto son de zamburiñas y pulpo a la gallega. Ambos platos estaban riquísimos. La tarta de queso con caramelo espectacular. Una delicia.

De los mejores restaurantes de Vigo, nunca falla. Necesario llegar con tiempo para conseguir mesa, siempre abarrotado. DESTACABLE: - Menú variado y varias opciones fuera de carta. - Pulpo, se sirve entero! - Atención agradable y divertida. Se portan muy bien con los más pequeños. - Relación calidad/precio muy ajustada. - Variedad de postres caseros.

Increíble! Los camareros muy amables y atentos, iban con calma pero todo llegó a tiempo y sin esperas, muy profesionales. Pedimos un salpicón de rape y gambas que estaba buenísimo. También como entrante el revuelto de erizo y queso de tetilla. El erizo tenía mucho sabor y junto con el queso hacía una mezcla increíble. De segundo pedimos el famoso pulpo, en nuestro caso, a la gallega. Y para finalizar, la tarta de queso. La comida espectacular, mereció la pena pagar lo que pagamos, no es barato pero son productos de calidad. Para acompañar la cena pedimos un par de vinos de godello “Valderello”, muy recomendable. Si volvemos a Vigo, sin duda, repetiremos!

Todo buenísimo. Fuimos a cenar un viernes a las 20;30 y por suerte quedaba una mesa. Lo mejor es reservar. El local decoración sencilla con gusto, los camareros profesionales y agradables, los vinos con una carta con variedad, la comida superior. Pedimos navajas ( se me olvidó la foto de los rápido que nos las comimos) revuelto de erizo con tetilla ( obligatorio probarlo), la brochetas de rape ( deliciosa) y para salir con un buen sabor de boca que vuelvas en cuanto a probar más platos.... Amazing place, got it recommended by a local in connection to work. Very good food, but very busy place, so service is at slow at times and few mishabs, nothing against the waiters, they are polite and helpful, even if you don't speak Spanish well. Well worth a visit, well prices for the value you get!

Excellent restaurant in the center of Vigo. The restaurant does not make reservations so if you don’t want to wait, go early. I arrived by 1pm and they opened by 1:05pm. By then there were 2 more couples waiting, which is always a good sign. Their pulpo a la gallega is probably the best one I’ve ever had, it had some texture yet it was super tender at the same time. Ask for what empanadas they have of the day. We tried the anchovies one and it was outstanding. Try to make some room for desserts too, you’ll see them once you are entering the restaurant :)

Omg!!! Zamburinas and polos were to die for! I should also mention that our waiter Pablo went above and beyond with service, he even took a better picture and did a performance with octopus cutting 👌🏻😁 I’d say it was one of the best octopus I’ve ever had in whole Europe!

Classic in Vigo! We had a great lunch, product is so fresh, delicious, and full of flavors. We tried the grill octopus, zamburiñas, grilled mushrooms… good albariño selection… You need to book in advance, or be patient when arriving… but it definitely worth it

If I already reviwed this place, I'm deeply sorry for troubling you with the confirmation that.. This place is awesome!! I came here twice about 3 years ago, when I found it, it was a differentiated tipical spanish tapas place, the counters filled with plates of most varied and colorful "tapas and pinchos", nonetheless, all was so good, tasty and innovative, with an enormous crowd gathered inside and out.. A few years after and a WWP (that's the acronym for World Wide Pandemic), the "Tapas Areal" kept its DNA of good food, good ingredients, differentiated creative cuisine and an attention to customer that makes you feel welcome. Most definitely, a place to return and that I recomend!

A busy restaurant in a residential area. Visited on a Tuesday night and only a couple tables free. A varied menu with something for everyone, a particular highlight are the prawns.

I was in Spain on a day trip, and we were desperate to eat before leaving Vigo. We came to this restaurant for lunch as we saw the good reviews. We also read that there is a waitlist upon arrival. As soon as we arrived, even though there were empty tables in the restaurant, we were treated poorly and told that they could not accommodate us. I had to practically beg a few waiters to take us in to have a meal, after which, they finally agreed to seat us. I thought this was racist behavior as we did not speak Spanish, but it seems from the reviews this is common practice on a general basis. What a shame to be treated this way as a first-time tourist in Spain.
