They have a wide variety, including pastries and sandwiches. The location is fine. Overall, it's decent. Soft drinks have an extra charge if they come with ice and lemon, although it doesn't appear on the bill as such. Unfortunately, there were some Italians on the terrace smoking their marijuana joints. Otherwise, it's fine.

Let's see, if you're in a hurry, don't go there. They're very, very slow in serving, serving and preparing. They're not the life and soul of the party either... If we end up going there, it's because the one next door is very expensive, and there are no other alternatives. Otherwise, we certainly wouldn't go there. Either they improve their service, or when another one comes along that's a bit more competitive, they'll be eaten.

We arrived at the restaurant around 10:00 a.m., waiting in line for 20 minutes and another 15 minutes for our order to come out. There were few staff members, and most of the staff they had were impatient. Fortunately, they still have a curly-haired lady who's in charge, and her experience shows. A month ago, we stopped by and they had leaks, apparently from the air conditioning, but the leak continues. The tables were mostly full of trays, and the sandwiches and empanadas were cold. We asked for them to be heated up. The restaurant has a high turnover but is poorly managed; the lines are unusual. Management should take note of the lack of cleanliness. Both bathrooms have no toilet paper, and the tray holders are full; there's no way to leave anything there.

The place is nice and the tables and chairs are comfortable, but we were there on a Saturday afternoon and when we walked in, the girls, who are lovely by the way, were working non-stop, and all the tables were full of trays, so they couldn't go out and clean them up. They didn't have any spoons, and there were no chips from the 2-beer special I bought because they hadn't been brought in since the week before... Anyway, either the company adds more staff and materials, or it's all a complete mess. SHAME ON THE AREA SUPERVISOR.

Pésimo servicio, mala organización para sacar pedidos. Tienes q hacer cola para pedir, y luego te mandan a la mesa a esperar, y otros 20 minutos para que te avisen q el pedido está listo. Vinimos a desayunar y casi se nos hace la hora del aperitivo.

He venido hoy a desayunar y a parte de que han tardado 30min en solo atendernos, ha habido una trabajadora que no solo a mi nos ha faltado el respeto hablandonos mal y insultandonos, le he preguntado el nombre para poder dirigirme hacia ella en cuanto a una reclamacion pero se ha negado y ha seguido hablando mal y chillandome. Es una señora de unos 40 y algo de pelo rizado pelirojo con unas gafas rojas, la describo por el simple echo de que encargados o alguien superior hablara con ella para mejora sus formas de cara al publico.

Muy mala experiencia, la chica que me atendió con una mala cara, le pedí tres cafés y me los puso en la bandeja de mala manera, las tazas normalmente llevan plato!! Pues a estás no les puso plato. Es la primera vez en mi vida que me sirven un café de esa manera. Cómo para volver a ese lugar.

Nice atmosphere, but terrible service. The iced latte was awful—hot, more water than anything else! I don't recommend it. As you can see in the photo, the coffee looks like colored water.

Everything was terrible. The attitude of the three waiters was awful. People were leaving the queue because they weren't being served. They'd take your order and then start chatting instead of preparing it. All drinks. Nothing to prepare or cook. At least 20 minutes. Horrible. If you're the boss, consider changing your staff…

I ordered a tuna sandwich and they gave me a sandwich with tomato and nothing else. It wasn't that it had little tuna, it was that they didn't put any in it at all. There were hardly any customers and you get this. It was the most expensive bread I've ever had, €4.10... I definitely won't be back.

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. I ordered a FRESH orange juice (see receipt), and they gave me bottled juice, charging me the same price as if it were fresh. I asked why they cheat like this, and they said, "It's the company's policy."
