Just yesterday I happened to be in the quiet town of Vimodrone (MI), where there's this bar that offers insanely good drinks accompanied (optionally) by a truly generous aperitivo, with truly impeccable flavor. Fair prices, for a mouth-watering experience. The only downside was that they brought me the receipt (unsolicited) immediately after I consumed the aperitivo. I'd like to offer a small piece of advice to the manager: doing so is like asking the customer to leave the table. In the end, that's what happened.

Locale carino, sopratutto dentro, ma hanno anche una parte fuori. I drink sono buoni e il tagliere ha un po di tutto. Fare aperitivo costa 12 euro solitamente (5di tagliere e 7 di drink).

This pub offers aperitivo (you can choose the apericena option, which includes a platter of cured meats, cheeses, focaccia, and mini pizzas). The cocktails are quite good, but what leaves something to be desired is the food served with the cocktails. The cured meats are mediocre supermarket fare, while the focaccia and mini pizzas are rubbery. The prices are reasonable, and the service is friendly, if a bit slow. Beware: the pub strictly closes at 10:00 PM as it's close to several apartment buildings!

The staff is all very rude and rarely say hello. Despite everything, I go there often. They've never given me a receipt. I've asked several times but never received one. The prices are very high, they're not even displayed, and the menu isn't up to date. I don't recommend the bar.

I would like to inform customers of what happened. I regularly come to your bar several times a day. Today I ordered a cappuccino and a donut. I went to pay and a lady didn't give me a receipt, even though I had requested one, but only a receipt for the payment made by debit card. The total amount was €4.10. I asked how much a donut cost, since the price of the goods at the counter is not clearly displayed anywhere, and that is already incorrect. I also looked at the online menu and found that the donut cost two euros. I went back to the person asking for an explanation, and she told me that the menu was not up to date. I would like to point out that by law, the goods displayed at the counter must have a price tag next to them. Furthermore, the online list has not even been updated with the new prices. Throughout all this, the person at the cashier did not even remotely apologize or refund the excess money, nor did she even issue a receipt. This seems quite serious to me. While I wait for you to take action on this matter, I await your response and include Law No. 114/98, which also mandated that retailers display the prices of products for sale. It was also specified that prices must be displayed clearly, unambiguously, and easily legible. Furthermore, a few days later, there was further unpleasant behavior from the employees. As already mentioned above, we are a family who regularly frequent this bar several times a day. One afternoon, I had tea and coffee. When I went to the cashier to pay, I forgot to mention that I had also had tea, so I only paid for the coffee. The next day, since I go every day, I returned and had a cappuccino and a tea. The entire time, the staff looked at me very rudely, continuing to stare at me insistently. I found this very strange, considering that I always go there, as I repeat, every day. When I went to pay, I told them what I'd ordered, a cappuccino and a tea. Then the two people who continued to stare at me the whole time we were sitting there told me I hadn't paid for the tea yesterday, rudely making me feel like a thief. I clearly stated that I'd forgotten the day before and that I'd pay for the tea today without any problem. They continued to look at me rudely, and without saying goodbye, I left the bar. I find this very inappropriate and rude behavior, for the simple fact that we're a family—and I repeat, they've been frequenting this bar several times a day for a long time, so they all know us perfectly. It certainly wasn't my intention to steal a tea. I could have simply said, "Madam, look, you forgot to pay for our tea yesterday." And as I said, "Sorry, I forgot, and I would have paid as I did today." I absolutely do not recommend this bar, and my family and I clearly won't be returning.
