The turtle pecan cluster blizzard is the bomb. They're addictive!!! I have to get a large at least once a week. Once it's prepared, the staff walks it over to you, instead of calling you back to the counter. It freezes well, although it not the same soft serve consistency.

Came here on Sunday after church to friendly and prompt service. My son left his little stuffed sloth that he will not sleep well without. I came by today, 3 days later and they had saved him for me. Thank you so much for this. It's these little things that mean the most. The food and service is great but to go above and beyond and save a severely beat up stuffed animal so a couple of parents can sleep better and a child can be happy is amazing. Thank you 1000x.

Long drive thru line was quickly dispersed at 830 at night. Was able to accommodate my custom order abs ice cream was great. Haven't been in a long time so very nostalgic. Would have taken a picture but I ate it all. 🤣

I also appreciate the efforts of the cake decorator, who exceeded expectations and did an outstanding job on my cake, which was truly beautiful. Went through the drive through last night at about 10. Ordered a couple of cones and the woman working the drive through saw our beagle in the backseat. She asked if we wanted a pup cup for our dog. It was the best pup cup ever made. Thank you so much for the suggestion! Great service and happy dog.

Cold Blizzards were our choice for the day which we picked up and thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were masked and polite. The number of patrons allowed inside was limited according to the possible occupancy of the building with social distance markings applied to the flooring. The dining room itself, however, was closed. A good place for takeout if you want fast food.

Food and ice cream were really good. Tea wasn't the best tasting...may have been out for awhile. Atmosphere wasn't bad but there were home made signs with markers for telling people where the drinks are in the place. Appearance goes a long way in the restaurant business.

Took them over 10 minutes to get us our order. It was only 2 ice cream cones. You could see the cashier sitting down on her phone not paying anyone any attention, as well as the manager walking by several times and just looking at us awkwardly. Nobody explained why it took so long to get 2 ice cream cones out, and i guarantee the cars behind us were not happy it took so long either.

Food is good as always but that's cause I really enjoy Dairy Queen but as far as customer service goes it was a bit of a let down. I sat in the drive thru line for roughly 15 minutes waiting on 3 tacos and a sweet tea and by time I got to the window they confused my drink with someone else's and was still waiting on my tacos to be made and they forgot the taco sauce but by time I realized it I was too far away to turn around. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt though cause it seemed like they was working with a fairly new crew and it was on a Saturday evening

I ordered at 4:47 and received my order at 4:57. I repeated my order 3x before it was correct. When I got to window the female wore a black soiled apron and gave me the wrong order. Always a silver lining.... I ordered 2 blizzards Choc Brownie and strawberry berry cheesecake. Good portion and VERY GOOD, made my mouth water. I had to over to eat enough of the top. So, it wouldn’t flow down the sides. They also turned each one upside down before giving us are blizzards. The wrong order was a hamburger. The upside.... it was nice and hot... I could feel the heat through the bag. Has a survey you can complete to earn a free Dilly bar at next visit. I will definitely be completing the survey.

I ordered a Choco Brownie Extreme, and I got a Choco "Chip" Blizzard with "1" piece of stale brownie in the bottom the size of walnut shell. Very Disappointed!!

The employees told me to wait outside, and I did. I saw about 2-3 cars past me. I go in and give them my receipt so that I can get my order and yea I know that fast-food industry is intense, but I saw them checking their phones instead of completing my order. They gave me a free large Oreo blizzard for the wait, then finally when I got my food it ended being wrong. After waiting then getting the wrong order after the wait, I’m really dissatisfied. Need more attentiveness and communication.

This was an awful experience at the DQ on this day.(8/7/2021) The DQ Really has the Best fries in the business, just not this day. I returned the fries and steak fingers inside the restaurant, informed the manager, she said she would replace the entire order. Very Nice of her. The cook, opened the bag,took the fries out and dumped the returned fries into the basket and lowered it down to the cooking oil!!👀👀 I brought that to the manager attention, she refunded my Entire money. Thanks for that.

We came to DQ and ordered 2 blizzards and an Orange Julius and it took them about 3 minutes to even get ready to take our order and once we were there they took another 5 minutes having us wait and until they told us to wait in the front and they’ll have our order out. After they told me to wait in the front, we waited an extra 15-20 minutes in the front just waiting for them to bring the order out. I needed to get to a meeting and I was late because of their service. The only reason I’m giving this 2 stars is because at least the order was good so that makes up for the terrible service a bit. I recommend ordering from inside if you come here because they seem to care more about dine in than their takeout orders.

Managers! Please know who and what you are hiring. This girl spent the entire time texting! She was polite, but needs redirecting..She ran our card and started texting, she waited until she was done texting to hand us our card. She handed us our card and went back to texting. She was texting the whole time we were waiting for our food. We have to start teaching the younger generation about professionalism. If we are not setting standards, then we will have fast food shops full of kids that are not practicing good work ethic. Put the device down and work!

Came in for 2 lrg shakes. We were the only customers in the store. Had to wait while so the worker could put down his phone and take our order. Ordered one chocolate and one strawberry shake. Went to restroom no towels no toilet paper. Red flag. Also a weird musty smell in restaurant that even my husband noticed. Red flag. smelled like dirty mop water. Waited 18 minutes to get our shakes. 5 minutes after our order another customer with her grandchildren came in and ordered their food . They got their food and drinks up before ours. As their drinks were sitting on the counter he put ours up next to theirs and did not say a word about being ready so we assumed it was the other ladies order. (Did Not say anything to lady about hers ready either) After a minute he finally shouted shakes are ready! We asked which was which (6 cups on counter) so he deep breathed and shoves 2 forward. Same guy took our order them prepared them..other lady hidden in the back only saw her when she grabbed a quick drink by food area and disappeared again. This is 3rd time this DQ has been our choice and 3rd time we regretted our choice. 3 chances then you're out. Owner constantly says on reviews that they are listening to reviews but clearly same has happened over Many years with No change. By the way our shakes were half melted when we tried them..didnot come back for fresh ones didnt want to waste my time..straight in the trash!!

I work close by, within walking distance. I walked over to grab a bite and the lobby doors are locked. The drive through is full, so they’re open. This has been going on as my team members whom work with me have mentioned this before. It’s not big deal, you just lost the business of myself and my full staff as well! No biggie we will go to Popeyes or Burger King.

They need more help. It's no reason that it takes 20 mins to make a blizzard in drivethru. And the fudge I asked to added was grainy and bland. I love Dairy Queen but this one made me just want to opt for Sonic in Pearland.

Slow service and waited almost 1/2 hour for food. Was told it is because waiting for 2nd shift. Love the food however, service must be better or my family will not return. Update: went back again today and even worse. Came in with family and waited 30 minutes for ice cream. Really? They got 3 out to us 1 every 10 minutes and mine never came. Asked for refund on mine and manager had no clue what was going on there. Even saw an employee with his hand up his shirt and touching food, nasty. I have more however, it's too much to list. Will NOT be going back for a 3rd bad experience.

Food was stale and fries were old - when taking my order the cashier literally told me “I’m not even suppose to be here “ as if I were the one who’s fault that was. All tables but one were beyond dirty - all looked like they hadn’t been clean all day! The one I did sit at was dirty as well just no where near as bad as the rest of the dining room. Tea is terrible, Homestyle burger has No taste just bland. Fries were cold like they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp. I asked for pecans for my banana split and of course none in the bag when I arrived home. My bad for not checking my order. I tried calling and they seem to have the phone off. Wonder why??

This is the third time I’ve come here when the lobby has been locked in the afternoon. Previously I thought maybe the restaurant was closed for maintenance. Today I saw cars in the drive thru. I asked at the speaker if someone could unlock the lobby so I could order. I was told to stand in the drive thru and order at the window! I understand being short staffed or some emergency coming up that would make a restaurant drive thru only, but since the lobby has been locked on three random visits in the last few months (once on a Saturday afternoon), I have to imagine this is a regular occurrence at this location. It’s summertime in Houston! I really don’t want to enjoy my ice cream in my car or on the sidewalk. Seems like a poor business decision to me.

I came here one time I bought a belt buster combo and the burger 🍔 tasted like hard metal. I ordered another one and it still tasted the same. I would not recommend anyone to buy a burger here.

They have terrible service. On top of that they don’t make their ice cream’s correctly. I always order chocolate extreme and in the picture it looks like all chocolate ice cream but when they give me my ice cream it’s just vanilla it looks white! I tell them they didn’t put enough chocolate syrup and they get attitude and say yes they did. Obviously if it still looks white they didn’t do it right!!! I have always loved Dairy Queen but I no longer want to get ice cream from Dairy Queen.

I went here today through drive thru. I should have checked my order before leaving. I even told her I didn't need a receipt. But I did not receive what I ordered. I ordered the double meat hamburger and only received a single meat. I also order two deluxe nachos which should have came with meat but not in my case. I tried calling them but the phone just kept ringing with no voicemail and no one answered.

We decided to stop at this Dairy Queen at the Pearland Town Center and walked right back out after the employee behind the register did not even greet us, because he was too busy talking on his cell phone. We were literally waiting for him to get off his phone to ask him a question about the menu, but he didn't have the courtesy to acknowledge us. And, it seems there are no uniform standards at this establishment because he was wearing a doo rag and his untucked shirt was too big on him. Moreover, his coworker at the drive thru was sitting on the floor also on her phone. Yes, on the floor. The shift supervisor then seemed to notice what was happening and never bothered to correct them. In the past, this location was really great but something happened along the way. The whole ambience in there is so different now. We will not be returning to this DQ location.

This place has really gone down hill. Service is terrible. I stood at the counter for a good 5 mins trying to order before someone actually acknowledged me. The food was super greasy and very high in salt content. After eating "The Dude" sandwich, I felt very sick to my stomach and nauseous. The restaurant was very dirty as well unfortunately. All the tables were dirty!! We had to go wipe down our own table so we can sit down to eat. Oh, and no napkins anywhere by the way! Each table should have a napkin dispenser of sorts, but none of the tables did. There wasn't even a napkin dispenser near the coke machine/condiment area. It was a very very disappointing experience. Not planning on going there again any time soon honestly.

Ordered steak fingers with onion rings and a vanilla malt. I didnt get the onion rings but was charged extra for them. The toast was soggy. Fries were cold. Still not the onion rings I ordered. Also ordered a triple burger. The burger was dry and no flavor. Had to drown it in ketchup to get flavor and get past the dryness.

Slowest DQ I have ever been to. Food took 12mins to come out of kitchen then sat under a heat lamp for another 3 mins while employees conversated. I had to walk behind the counter to grab my own food.

I literally just left DQ walked in, ordered my nachos, & the manager turned me and my 2 small kids away saying the lobby was closed. She was so rude & I can tell the high school student was just trying not to get in trouble by the Mexican red head manager by not giving me the manager's name. I will definitely not return & will not stop here. If the lobby was closed then why was it 5 Asian young adults in the lobby and the front door was open. Just rude. The red head Mexican manager said to go through drive through and I was literally at the counter ordering the nacho deluxe.

This has to be the scariest DQ there is! I’m afraid soon we will hear about deaths due to Listeria! The place is always dirty! Inefficient staffing. Try calling the number to order. You will find the phone number is incorrect. We waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes to place an order at 1:30 pm with only 1 vehicle in front of us. Proceeded to the window and waited 7 more minutes for only 2 blizzards as the worker was taking other orders as she opened the window to take our payment! Never spoke to us. Her clothing is always dirty. This place needs new management! Take action before it’s too late! Clean up your act!

I don’t have a working number for this location, but someone should definitely get in contact with me. I came through the drive-through at this location around 10. I ate this food on my way home oblivious to the fact that my food was raw! I am literally appalled, and have never had this happen to me before and I’ve had lots of bad fast food experiences. I hope that I do not get sick but I am literally furious and since I cannot reach anyone by phone, I will have to travel tomorrow over 20 miles to show someone what they served me .

I received the wrong order. I decided to reorder what I originally ordered (nachos with cheese only) and they decided to be nasty and gave me a container full of nacho cheese over 2 tortilla chips. Unbelievable.

They don't honor the current dairy queen offer of a free blizzard if they don't flip it. Sure enough, after handing me my blizzard, it was already halfway melted. I asked to speak to a manager but was told he didn't have time to speak to me. I'd already paid at this point, so I left, and won't be returning. Good luck with your experience. The picture I attached is exactly how it was served, was dripping in my truck and overflowing before I even pulled away from the window.

Got a burnt Burger not once but twice and then the grill cook decided he wanted to grab the burger in front of me and slamming it in the trash as if there was a problem for him to fix it so now that the manager has fixed my order and it is edible I appreciate that but I would not come back to this Dairy Queen in Angleton!

What's worse than waiting on a public restroom? Watching an employee come out and go to the kitchen to prepare your food. Then going going in to realize they are out of soap and paper towels. Maybe he washed his hands in the kitchen? i can hope. Still had to ask someone myself for the soap and paper towels, so i do know he didn't mention it to anyone. Disappointing. Do i want to eat this food? Everything else? The young lady that took my order was very nice. The place looked very clean. All torpedoed by that experience.

Why are the employees on their phones constantly.. even when customers are waiting to order. How do we know who are employees? 2 or 3 have on clothes like they just crawled out of bed, and 1 has on slides... aren't no slip shoes required? Why is 1 employee on his phone in the dining room on speaker cussing loudly and using racial slurs? there are children in the store I thought dairy queen was suppose to be a family food place. Won't be returning inside this location as employees have no respect for their job or those around them. Food was hot but overcooked.

The staff was nice but unorganized! I ordered the Texas Dbl on Texas Toast and got a grilled cheese sandwich and when they supposedly “corrected “ the order they used the same grilled cheese sandwich no lettuce, no tomato, nothing just meat, bread, and cheese! Very disappointed!

Consistently unable to listen and get orders correct. The last four times we’ve ordered blizzards and without fail at least one is the wrong size. At least we aren’t getting overcharged. But please figure it out, it’s not that hard to listen and get orders correct when your business is that slow.

From now on I’m reading my reviews do not come here for no ice cream or food. I’ll rather go to sonic. My chicken tender basket was horrible. Fries was cold chicken tenders, hard like they had the food just sitting there and just serving people. Cold food I cannot even eat my fries or my chicken tenders because they were so stale and hard I’m telling you guys turn around then I tried to call them to let them know and their phone lines are disconnected. It has a voice message of Verizon wire. Saying this number is disconnected and then they had a nerve to charge me extra for sauce and the food is disgusting. I could’ve really spent my money on some real good food. Sorry for the long message but this place right here will never get my money. Turn around go to the Popeyes or the Burger King next-door. I really never had a problem with them or go eat in town center.

Couldn't hear anything in the drive through speaker I ordered 3x as they couldn't get it right at all and still put the order in wrong and wouldn't fix my food even though they put it in wrong seemed thos is the 3rd order that was wrong

The staff was nice but unorganized! I ordered the Texas Dbl on Texas Toast and got a grilled cheese sandwich and when they supposedly “corrected “ the order they used the same grilled cheese sandwich no lettuce, no tomato, nothing just meat, bread, and cheese! Very disappointed!

Why are the employees on their phones constantly.. even when customers are waiting to order. How do we know who are employees? 2 or 3 have on clothes like they just crawled out of bed, and 1 has on slides... aren't no slip shoes required? Why is 1 employee on his phone in the dining room on speaker cussing loudly and using racial slurs? there are children in the store I thought dairy queen was suppose to be a family food place. Won't be returning inside this location as employees have no respect for their job or those around them. Food was hot but overcooked.

What's worse than waiting on a public restroom? Watching an employee come out and go to the kitchen to prepare your food. Then going going in to realize they are out of soap and paper towels. Maybe he washed his hands in the kitchen? i can hope. Still had to ask someone myself for the soap and paper towels, so i do know he didn't mention it to anyone. Disappointing. Do i want to eat this food? Everything else? The young lady that took my order was very nice. The place looked very clean. All torpedoed by that experience.

Consistently unable to listen and get orders correct. The last four times we’ve ordered blizzards and without fail at least one is the wrong size. At least we aren’t getting overcharged. But please figure it out, it’s not that hard to listen and get orders correct when your business is that slow.

This place has really gone down hill. Service is terrible. I stood at the counter for a good 5 mins trying to order before someone actually acknowledged me. The food was super greasy and very high in salt content. After eating "The Dude" sandwich, I felt very sick to my stomach and nauseous. The restaurant was very dirty as well unfortunately. All the tables were dirty!! We had to go wipe down our own table so we can sit down to eat. Oh, and no napkins anywhere by the way! Each table should have a napkin dispenser of sorts, but none of the tables did. There wasn't even a napkin dispenser near the coke machine/condiment area. It was a very very disappointing experience. Not planning on going there again any time soon honestly.
