The owner was incredibly kind and friendly! I had the Valdostana steak (super delicious) and salad (the only restaurant that also had apple cider vinegar in addition to balsamic vinegar). We're on vacation here, and after two days of driving by, tempted by the "typical cuisine" temptation, we stopped for lunch and... what a wonderful experience! Excellent food! Probably the best culinary experience we've had in the area so far. The price is absolutely reasonable; you don't have to sell a kidney, on the contrary! Highly recommended!

Had lunch today, escaping the prices and chaos of Cervinia: a very pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is very homey and offers very few seats, perhaps for the best. We waited 10 minutes for the first free table. The appetizer, shared between two, included chestnuts, lard, and delicious honey. This was followed by the truly excellent wild boar pappardelle. The desserts were average, and the staff were extremely courteous throughout the service.

We stumbled upon it by chance; they didn't have any seats, but they offered to call us as soon as a table became available, so 15 minutes later we were ready for dinner. It's a small but very quaint place, with a warm, family atmosphere—a real gem! The staff were kind and helpful; I felt right at home at a family lunch. This place will truly leave a lasting impression on you, because beyond the generous portions and impeccable food, you'll feel the warmth of their hospitality, which is uncommon. Thank you so much, I'll be back as soon as I can!

Ate here on my middle of three nights in Bormio. This night I really did have a genuine worked-for appetite: the bus had sailed over Passo Foscagno without stopping despite the driver knowing precisely where my ticket was for. He finally deposited me four miles the other side of the pass, which was a great deal more energetic for me than I'd intended or anticipated. Training for Alpine cycling on 🍺 and 🍕 is not a recipe for award winning climbs, but it did give me an excellent excuse to have lots in the evening. The savoury bignets and pizza Sfiziosa I can recommend wholeheartedly.

Ristorante comodo, attaccato allo snow park Weissmatten. Ottima polenta concia e crespelle, cervo un po' asciutto ma nel complesso buon pasto.

Ci siamo fermati a pranzo in questo ristorante per puro caso. Il cibo è buono, prezzi nella media, servizio migliorabile, titolare molto gentile.

Ma scherziamo!?! Mi sono fermato per una breve pausa pranzo durante il mio solito giro in moto domenicale. Ero incuriosito dal posto e tentato dall'assaggiare la cucina tipica valdostana. Ho così deciso di fermarmi in questo locale che dall'esterno sembrava la tipica trattoria... una volta entrato ho trovato proprio quello che volevo: un ambiente raccolto, caloroso e curato in molti dettagli che rimandano alla montagna, le sue stagioni e i suoi luoghi. L'atmosfera familiare è stata poi creata dal personale che con gentilezza e l'ospitalità mi ha dato il benvenuto ma... nel consultare il menu sono rimasto esterefatto dai prezzi!!! Il risultato? 17 euro per un piatto di crespelle, una bottiglia d'acqua naturale e un caffè! È si che ci troviamo in una trattoria/ bar. Manco a Venezia fanno prezzi simili!

Owner of the place does not update the opening hours online, at least on google maps. We have been to the restaurant at 12:10 for lunch, but restaurant was closed.

Can't recommend. You suppose to get a meal 10-15e with water but you get with that ONLY i.e. a thin, weirdly grey and not-so-good pork veil with piece of outdated lemon and without any sauce. To have something else..for example a salad(dry) you supposed to have already.. you need to pay a lot extra. Expensive and bad. The owner is a lovely person but does not speak english so it was hard to give feedback
