I had the small Molokai with pineapple, spam musubi, and the soft serve dole ice cream. This place is amazing! Great food and extremely fast. I happened to be the only person in at the time. Will definitely come back if I am in Waco. Sorry for the picture. Started eating too quickly.
Aw man this was my 2nd time going and food is straight BUSSIN!!!! I ordered the classic plate with Honolulu chicken with extra Mac with two Musubi’s not only did I finish the WHOLE thing but I was greeted by this very nice lady Ms.Rebecca she was very kind & helpful not only to me but everyone that was coming in at the time ! Their kitchen is very nice and clean as well as the lobby with some very nice Hawaii vibe music in the background! This will definitely be one of my favorite places to eat in Waco ! 🤙🏽
Love coming here on my break. Able to eat good food and just relax. My favorite spot to sit is at the booth, so when available, it’s my go to.

The establishment was clean upon entering. Customer service Alyson was very kind, courteous and helpful.. Thewait time for my order was only a matter of minutes and the food was very good.. I give them five stars
I got the Huli Huli chicken plate subbed the Mac for rice. I wanna say we have this place in Cali but could be mistaken because it's been so long. Anyways they have nice music playing and the staff is super friendly. They noticed my anime shirts when I doordash and we always have pleasant talks. As a patron today I can say the food was amazing. Fast service, delicious food. Chicken wasn't stringy and didn't have weird fat or tendons. Marinated great and reminded me of ribs falling off the bone with how it shredded and how tender but juicy it was. Definitely recommend if you want to try something new! Thanks Hawaiian Bros Update/ came back Jan 31 26' and the portion size was a bit small compared to every other time I've been here. Food did need more sauce but it wasn't dry jus needed that extra umph. Still five stars because service and atmosphere is impeccable!
Great food, great service at a reasonable price. Every time I come here I know exactly what to expect which makes it one of my favorite places to eat. Alyson and all the staff is always helpful.

Went on a Sunday for lunch and the vibe was pretty chill. Ordered on the kiosk and enjoyed a large plate with Molokai chicken and luau pig. It came down to $19 (after tax). I’d say it’s reasonable for the portion. The restaurant was clan and the staff were attentive.
All of the staff working here were top-tier on 10/16/25. We especially appreciated Tray for being so proactive and anticipating our needs, approaching us when we got to the self-order kiosk and asking if we'd ever been there or needed help. He also checked on us throughout the meal to make sure we were doing well and didn't need anything else. My teen said "I want to be like Mr. Tray when I start working". I think that statement in itself speaks volumes. The food was great but the gentlemen working that day really made the experience. Thanks for making our first visit to Hawaiian Bros so enjoyable, guys.
This is my first time in a Hawaiian Bros. I walked in and was discovering everything for the first time. Ian recognized immediately that I was lost. He introduced himself, showed me how the process works. He is very knowledgeable on every item and helped me order. Customer service is lacking in a lot of business the last decade or so, but Ian gave me new hope ol’ fashion customer service with eye contact, a shake of a hand with step by step help still exists. Thank You Ian for the red carpet experience.
It’s pretty good to be fast food. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a warm smile. Since it was my first time, they took the time to explain the menu and even helped me choose the best option for me. The food came out quickly, the atmosphere was clean and inviting, and the flavors were spot on. The dishes had a balance of sweet and spicy that made every bite tasty. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

First of all from the entrance, great service! I want something fresh so I chose the salad, I was able to choose my own meat and I ordered even an extra one so I could have the Huli Huli , Molokai , it was beyond my expectations! Super delicious!! I will come back here and wish we had this back home!
Had the mixed plate so I could sample different meats and then added an extra meat. Tried the hulu huli, molokai and luau pig. All were tender and yummy! Definitely worth the 4.9 rating that brought me here. The mac n cheese was cold, not really my jam but I know some people like that.

We tried the Molakai Chicken and Honolulu Chicken. While they weren’t the best I’ve had, they were still good. The ambiance was good. The service was quick, and the staff were respectful.
Wanted something different for dinner. The Honolulu Chicken was good, I wish it would have had a little more sauce but very tasty. The food here is good and flavorful. However I am upset because they camouflage their product. I ordered a large plate and appearance first look it looks as if you have a very decent order but once arriving at home and digging into the dish I learned that is very skimpy on the meat portions because they put a bed of Rice under the meats. Along with the serving side of rice and whatever else your choices are. So if you want a double order of rice skimpy on the meat Hawaiian Brothers for you.
I was very excited to try this place out in the very barren fast food arena of Waco. This was a different type of fast food. My excitement waned quickly when I got my food. First, the experience of ordering on the tablet was great and there was a great server helping us out. But the food portions are skimpy. I opened and spread small styrofoam box to find an even smaller portion of chicken and sides! My hubby’s regular size portion was way worth the $; so do not order the small size! The sweet-sauce chicken was very sweet and the savory sauce chicken was very salty. The spam musubi was oddly colored and not appetizing. The flavor was not that great - overly sweet. The Dole Whip was good but when it melted, it looked quite disturbingly like styrofoam! Flavorwise though, it was good. I am pretty disappointed at Hawaiian Bros in Waco. I’ve never had it anywhere else but I really don’t want to after this experience.
This was the most basic, bland, run-of-the-mill Hawaiian food that wasn't good, I have ever had. Don't waste your money. The reviews had to have been paid for.
The worst spam musubis ive ever eaten. They were old and stale. Not only that, they were small and lazily made. Definitely not worth 5 dollars a piece
