Absolutely amazing customer service. My delivery order got cancelled after my food left the store and they completely refunded me! They also allowed me to place a pickup order 30 min before they closed, and the manager payed for my dessert! I am so pleased with their kindness. I love the staff here, they are always so kind, 10/10 :).

Truly magical experience! Not your regular visit to Olive garden. It was date night and we were greeted promptly sat within 10 minutes. The seating was perfect in a corner where no one was even though the restaurant was somewhat crowded. The manager actually greeted us and sat us and then waited on us along with the later. We had double service! Treat it like kings and queens! The food was delectable the service was delightful! Couldn't have asked for a better night!

Well, coming off a 68 hour fast, headed there for the soup and salad and drinks...dont judge!!! Food was good and light on me but the adult beverages hit the spot...I earned it!!!

The only thing that left a bad taste in our mouth and almost brought us to the point of saying something to the Manager was some young kid that worked there was talking bad about our waitress behind her back to our table. Which I thought was so unprofessional. So to the young lady that we had, if you see this. Thank you for being a bright smile after we all had a long day at work. As for Olive Garden, train your people to be more professional, you are in the service of customer care, not petty stuff like talking someone else down to lift yourself up.

Wonderful! The food was perfect and delicious. The new waitress was so pretty and had a great attitude.

We came in 25 minutes before closing and was still treated with respect, wasn't rushed. They closed at 11pm and we left at 11:15pm. Our waiter Anthony was extreamly knowledgeable when It came to no way the menu and what the entrees are made of like the ingredients. Gave great suggestions. I highly recommend that if you do ever visit Olive Garden to ask for Anthony very great waiter. He even put our food away for us to go. Our stay was pleasant. I highly Reccommend Olive Garden if you want some Italian food.

We held a birthday party for a friend here. It was a large group; but the wait staff handled the task well. We got our food in a reasonable amount of time; and all, but one order was spot-on. Our friend got a complementary dessert for her birthday, and loved it! The food was good and we all had a great time. There were close handicapped spaces and ramps for those of us who are disabled. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend. 👍

I can't say enough great things about this place. I was traveling with a large group and some people with particular food needs (picky eaters). Diego was our server and he was absolutely fantastic. I appreciate that he took the time to verify all of our orders including particulars and food allergies. The water glasses were never empty as he paid keen attention to all of our needs. Although I have been to several Olive Gardens in the past and the food had tasted somewhat mundane, this experience was absolutely fantastic thanks to the great care provided by the staff. Other locations should take notes!

The chicken tortellini was rich, creamy, and so satisfying, and that Alfredo sauce was absolutely perfect — smooth, flavorful, and the kind of comfort food that makes you want to come back again immediately. And Justice made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy it fully, which made the whole meal even more enjoyable. What really stood out was how Justice stayed consistent the entire time. She didn’t just start off strong and fade away — she was amazing from beginning to end. She kept checking in, making sure our drinks were taken care of, making sure the table stayed clean, and making sure we were happy. 1st of all, thank you for the veteran day meal. My husband and I are both vets and it was appreciated. I just wanted to comment about your water. It had a bad taste and when I asked for another glass the waitress stated she had been told Waco water systems had been doing something and the water had a different taste. We live in Waco and our water at home doesn’t have that taste. You might want to test your filtration system at the restaurant. The only other comment I have is since the water was undrinkable the waitress asked it I wanted tea. I said yes and was charged 3.50 for it. Those prices are ridiculous but since I was getting the soup and salad for free I didn’t complain.

Our server was the star here on this occasion. We stopped in on a Thursday to enjoy their lunch offerings, but she served us like we were there at dinner time. In my mind the salad and breadsticks' accompanying the lunch menu represents a significant value, but the environment compounds the experience. We don't often eat upper scale, but we enjoy the typically smaller attendance at lunch time. Based upon this experience, though; we are inclined to upgrade for an evening in the future.

Reese was very sweet taking my take out order and everything was just as I asked. Something like really major must have happened the bartender & hostess were only concerned with whatever it was. Other that 4 cheese manicotti LE GIT! Ms. Emily is one of the managers and she's super sweet. Another lady was a so awesome helped me when she had 2 arms full of food. You know who you are mam and you're a badass Would recommend & will return.

The service and atmosphere of this location was ideal for our family's mealtime. The food did take a longer time than expected but our waitress, Winter, made sure we were taken care of while we waited. We ordered the Shrimp Alfredo and added broccoli. It was a good portion of food.

This Olive Garden seems a little smaller than a lot of others, but the staff was very friendly. The menu changes frequently and there are always a few good options. It's not a fancy restaurant but a reliable one--good for a lunch meeting or a dinner date if you're on a tight budget.

What truly stood out was the extra mile they went to accommodate my father-in-law. He had a special request—a pizza not on the menu—and instead of politely declining, the kitchen made one just for him. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to our family and made the whole evening even more memorable. Everyone enjoyed their meals—the pastas were flavorful, the salads crisp and fresh, and the breadsticks… absolutely irresistible! The pacing was perfect, refills were offered generously, and the servers were attentive without being intrusive. It’s rare to find such personalized hospitality at a chain restaurant, and Olive Garden really delivered. We’ll be talking about this visit for a long time, and it will definitely be our go-to spot for future gatherings!

We went for dinner and the waiter managed to get almost everyone’s tickets wrong, plus, made us all wait for our tickets because 1 person ordered a to go item. Maybe he was overwhelmed or new, but it was one of the less stellar visits I’ve had.

I went on my birthday 1/23/25. The hostess (Mexican, dark black hair ,white top on) was very dry no smile whatsoever. I even smiled at her a couple times still DRY. My server was training someone so I was absolutely understanding. I got my order and my food quickly. As soon as I got my food I was brought my ticket and Togo boxes. That’s what I did not appreciate. Feeling like I’m being rushed. HAD I gotten rude about it I would’ve been wrong. I was still ordering more drinks… Also I was told I’m not going to be sung the birthday song because they don’t want to embarrass me, but sung to another birthday in the building. I’m a manager at a restaurant myself. There were so many red flags that needed to be corrected. The rushing me and steady starring at me the entire time I’m trying to enjoy my meal like I don’t belong affected the server tip and also the review. At the end the hostess did tell me to enjoy the rest of my night.

The O.G. was my go to place. So much so, I USED to name them as my favorite restaurant. The last few years however, the food has not been the same. I used to love the buttery soft bread sticks, now they taste like bland dry bread. To Olive Garden; "You haven't cut your prices, but you've def cut back on ingredients. Your customers can "taste" the change, and you just lost a loyal one bc of it."

Need better customer service & a better cleaning staff.. 12/6/20 Went to eat dinner last night it was a bit better but I honestly feel it was because of Covid. My husband order the new Strawberry drink w/rum it was awful. Other than that the lasagna was great but my 5 Cheese Ziti was super greasy.

First off, my order got mixed up and the guy who brought it to the car was very nice and understanding. He told me to keep the wrong order and brought me the food I originally wanted. Thank you! I got the food because my mother is in the hospital and the food there is horrible. She had the Eggplant Parmigiana. She was expecting a delicious and flavorful meal. Especially since she really likes eggplant. Unfortunately the food was bland and almost flavorless. The flavor that you would expect when eating italian food just wasn't there. She was very disappointed that she couldn't enjoy her meal. I tried the other meal which was chicken parmigiana, same problem. Bland. Smh! She said her Tiramisu was good.

The waitress was wonderful. The restaurant was not the cleanest. Our salads were wilted like they had been made and sitting in the refrigerator for a bit. The breadsticks were good, our meals were ok. My shrimp had a fishy odor and was definitely not very fresh. My daughter's was the same.

I always enjoy going to an Olive Garden restaurant regardless of where I am. This particular restaurant has good food, decent service, but I feel it could be cleaner. So disappointed! I ordered the fettuccine alfredo and it was so dry. My husband ordered the spaghetti and meat balls and it was too dry. The bread sticks were very doughy. I'm never going back again.

The waitress we got stuck with sucked!!! We had to ask multiple times for a refill of bread sticks and I never got my refill on my peach tea. Even when we walked out my wife saw the waitress and asked about the refill and she just blew her off! Heavenly Sucked!!!

Food took way to long. Looked like the server had just forgot and left the food under the heatlamps. You could definitely tell in the noodles. (Even though the restaurant was pretty empty). The waiter would forget about the refills and for some reason they are always out of Dr. Pepper.(2nd time for us). Atmosphere is the same as any other Olive Garden.

Deeply disappointed Tried to go for dinner tonight around 830 checked in online waited at host stand. Checked in with the host then the host and our server had a conversation in front of us about how they were looking for the server to give her another table and the server was not happy about it. In Front Of Us! We waited to be seated some more ... got to the take waited at least 10 - 15 minutes for the server to come to the table just her attitude. We didn't even want to eat there any more. I told her we'd do her the favor of leaving so she wouldn't be bothered with another table. We waited over 30 minutes for them to go back and forth about taking our tableand seat us. It just ruined the whole mood for my family. As a former server just appalled at the unprofessionalism. We'd never been to the restaurant and was looking forward to trying something different just to leave and find somewhere else to go.

I came and ordered an appetizer. Never received the sauce for the appetizer, that’s after asking for it twice. So once the food came out and I still never received it, I just sent it back. Never got a drink refill, never got the straws I asked for. Last but not least the waitress but a burning hot plate in my 11month olds reach. I complained to management about my service and they did not care at all. I would avoid this place at all costs. Drive the extra mile to the next location as it more then likely better service then at this location.

Soup was only luke warm, salad tomatoes were over ripe and grainy, drinks were not refilled until the entire table was empty, endless soup and salad kept running out with no sign of the waitress and she couldn't remember our drink orders. Also, the potatoes in the Zuppa Toscana had rotten black parts. However, the salmon, sampler plate and shrimp dish were excellent.

We went there to celebrate a birthday, we told the waitress about it. She said, "I don't sing." At least at other Olive Garden, they sing a happy birthday before. They did it in another table but not at our table. The little desert with a candle 🕯 would make a big difference. I was disappointed with this location. I wouldn't go back there or recommend it to anyone.

My server was this horrible guy named Travis. First he forgot our straws, like how does one even forget straws ? Then he got my brother’s girlfriend order wrong. And he knew he did it wrong. And he didn’t offer to fix it.😑 Then he didn’t give us cheese because he lost the grater, then he came back 15 minutes later after we already finished our food. But he came back just to tell us he still couldn’t find it. Then when he gave us cheese he was aggressively cheesing our food. And it got all over the table. Poor janitor. When we were leaving he said “thank you for coming.” Mid sentence he walked away. And then he didn’t offer us chocolate. We just took it ourself, we honestly should’ve took all the chocolate and the basket. #firetravis.

I have cut eating out down to special occasions only. Today my daughter enrolled in college, very special because she had put it off for 8 years, and now finally decided on her career path. We have been eating at this OG since she was a baby and is now 30. I've cordially known the managers as I know now. We decided OG would be the place, our spot. We arrived around 1:45 and were seated, the a/c was very cold at that table so we asked our server if we could get another booth away from the a/c, if I'm this cold my food will also get cold quickly. She said she has to check with the hostess and did, she said there were no more available booths and escorted us to a table. We sat down again and once again were under the direct cold air from the vent. We again asked to be moved and we were put near the window and were much more comfortable. We placed an appetizer and drink order. When the server returned with those items we placed our order for our entre. The ravioli were fried very hard, the cheese sticks were alright. We had ordered soup and a salad to accompany our entre, which we had to wait a long time to get the salad. We actually had to ask our server for our soup and refills on our drinks. My daughter ordered the new dish with shrimp and steak medallions and asked for medium well on the steak. They finally arrive and the first bite was good, she said it was good but probably wouldn't order again. She cut into the next bite and there was blood coming from the steak so it was rare which she will not eat. We waited for our server to come back and finally I had to get up to ask someone else to please send our server. That time of day the restaurant was not that busy. Our server came and we showed her the issue with the steak, she said she'd have to get the manager. We waited again and the manager arrived. She offered to have them refire the meat but by now my daughter no longer had an appetite for that entre, we asked to exchange it for another entre which she did. By now my entre is cold but I'm now full of cheese sticks, salad, and breadsticks. I order another entre to go for my husband which we waited for a period of time and we asked for to go boxes for our food. We were given dessert boxes to put full entres into. I explained that I needed a regular sized to go box and was told she didn't have any she would have to ask up front (the bar), I said who do I need to ask for a to go box. Finally we were given the appropriate sized to go boxes. We did not leave until 3:30 and not because we stayed to visit but because that's how long it took the staff to serve us. Unacceptable, not the type of service we're accustomed to at OG. So we would like to say thanks for the experience Letra and Cyara. I asked for Sonya but was told she is on vacation.

Went there for lunch today, I arrived at 11:15 am, was told to have a seat that I would have to wait for a server. No greeting whatsoever, no hello, how are you, nothing. I sat down, they literally did nothing and said come this way. The front staff is extremely rude, didn't say anything as well on my way out. Absolutely no customer service displayed at all.

So right off the bat. Hostess' forgot my wife and I were even there. Then the server tried his best, but the food was just not good. Calamari was rubbery. We had to ask for breadsticks! We had to ask for straws! We had to ask for cheese on our salad! And the icing on the cake. As we are leaving, we hear the hostess' talking about tampons and maxipads. So yeah. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Dined in today with a party of 6. After being seated the resturant was filthy. We were seated next to a railing that had debri across the top. After seeing this I looked on the floor and it was dirty. Crumbs that were on the legde were not there from today but appeared to be serveral days biuild up. if you don't get yours lace cleaned up you will be on the television along with the Cinema for rodent issues. Clean your resturant.

Tried to order a to go order. Put on hold for over 10 minutes, hung up and called back. Girl was rude and said no one was on the line even though I spent 10 minutes listening to their Christmas Music. Tried to place order and she huffed that it would be 45 minutes before it would be ready. Very clueless and not very professional for someone handling phone orders. I told her I would call some place else because they obviously did not need our business.

Rude Hostess, Ruined the Whole Visit I usually don’t expect fine dining at Olive Garden, but I at least expect basic courtesy. The hostess we had during our visit acted like we were bothering her just by walking in. No greeting, no smile, just an annoyed look When we asked about a table for 5 , Melanie snapped back with the most dismissive tone that she wouldn’t seat an incomplete parties as we sat by the hostess bench we watch her seat 4 other incomplete parties. The store missed sales on apps and alcohol. The whole interaction set such a sour tone that we almost left right then. The food was the usual Olive Garden fare, but honestly it didn’t matter. Once your first impression is someone being rude it was still an unpleasant experience Definitely won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

I went this afternoon with a friend to have a late lunch, we usually go to this Olive Garden and haven’t had a negative experience yet, but today we were sat down around 4:30pm. I only ordered an appetizer for myself, and my friend ordered the unlimited soup and salad. Our waitress brought us our food, and all seemed well before she whipped back around to tell us that my friend couldn’t share a little of her salad or we’d be charged double. I don’t know if this is a new policy but we were confused as we had been given extra salad plates every past visit to share. Our waitress just seemed a little aggressive as we genuinely didn’t know about the policy. She then seemed to back track and then told us she’d let it slide, but our appetites were ruined at this point My friend generally doesn’t like the salad so it just sat on the table uneaten and waisted the rest of the visit. What I don’t understand is that if I did order the salad they would have only brought out one bowl for the table anyways, and not two separately…. It was just a really tense visit after that first encounter so we did our best to just eat the soup and appetizer and leave. The salad kept “untouched” for the policy. I guess next time we’ll go spend our money somewhere else….
