I can't say enough great things about this place. I was traveling with a large group and some people with particular food needs (picky eaters). Diego was our server and he was absolutely fantastic. I appreciate that he took the time to verify all of our orders including particulars and food allergies. The water glasses were never empty as he paid keen attention to all of our needs. Although I have been to several Olive Gardens in the past and the food had tasted somewhat mundane, this experience was absolutely fantastic thanks to the great care provided by the staff. Other locations should take notes!
Justice made our entire Olive Garden experience AMAZING! We had such a wonderful experience at Olive Garden, and I honestly have to say it was mainly because of our waitress, Justice. From the moment she came to our table, she was friendly, upbeat, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. You can tell right away when someone actually cares about the guests they’re serving, and Justice absolutely did. Justice was attentive without hovering, super kind, and had the best attitude the entire time. She checked on us at all the perfect moments, kept everything moving smoothly, and made sure we never had to ask twice for anything. She had such a warm and positive energy that it honestly made the whole meal feel even better. Olive Garden is already a comfort-food kind of place, but Justice took it to another level with how well she treated us. Now let’s talk about the food — we had the chicken tortellini and a bowl of Alfredo sauce, and WOW. Everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly how we hoped it would be. The chicken tortellini was rich, creamy, and so satisfying, and that Alfredo sauce was absolutely perfect — smooth, flavorful, and the kind of comfort food that makes you want to come back again immediately. And Justice made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy it fully, which made the whole meal even more enjoyable. What really stood out was how Justice stayed consistent the entire time. She didn’t just start off strong and fade away — she was amazing from beginning to end. She kept checking in, making sure our drinks were taken care of, making sure the table stayed clean, and making sure we were happy. She made us feel like we mattered, not like we were just another table in her section. That kind of service is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. Justice is the kind of waitress that makes you want to leave a review immediately because you don’t want her hard work to go unnoticed. She was patient, professional, and genuinely sweet the whole time. It felt like she was truly trying to give us the best experience possible — and she succeeded. If you go to this Olive Garden, I seriously hope you get Justice as your server. She is an absolute gem, and she deserves all the praise in the world. The food was great, but Justice made it unforgettable. We will definitely be coming back — and we’ll be hoping to sit in her section again! 👏 Thank you, Justice, for being so amazing and making our meal such a great experience!

1st of all, thank you for the veteran day meal. My husband and I are both vets and it was appreciated. I just wanted to comment about your water. It had a bad taste and when I asked for another glass the waitress stated she had been told Waco water systems had been doing something and the water had a different taste. We live in Waco and our water at home doesn’t have that taste. You might want to test your filtration system at the restaurant. The only other comment I have is since the water was undrinkable the waitress asked it I wanted tea. I said yes and was charged 3.50 for it. Those prices are ridiculous but since I was getting the soup and salad for free I didn’t complain.
Our server was the star here on this occasion. We stopped in on a Thursday to enjoy their lunch offerings, but she served us like we were there at dinner time. In my mind the salad and breadsticks' accompanying the lunch menu represents a significant value, but the environment compounds the experience. We don't often eat upper scale, but we enjoy the typically smaller attendance at lunch time. Based upon this experience, though; we are inclined to upgrade for an evening in the future.
Yummmo! I ordered the Chicken Tortellini Alfredo and it was delicious. Of course the rolls and salad were yummy as well. I like to order the Alfredo dipping sauce for the rolls. I didn't order it this time, but the Black Tie Mousse Cake is so good. Our waiter was awesome, really attentive.
I have a gluten allergy and I'm used to servers and staff rolling their eyes when I ask for a gluten free menu. Quite the opposite here. Our server was very accommodating. The manager on duty, Emily, came out to assure me of how my food would be handled (unheard of). The food was excellent, fast and served with many smiles. I will definitely attend anyone's birthday lunch here! Our server Kate I was amazing! She took the best care of us. She was super attentive, gave great recommendations and was so much fun to talk to! The food was excellent and the drinks were on point! Absolutely amazing customer service. My delivery order got cancelled after my food left the store and they completely refunded me! They also allowed me to place a pickup order 30 min before they closed, and the manager payed for my dessert! I am so pleased with their kindness. I love the staff here, they are always so kind, 10/10 :).One of my favorite places to have lunch/dinner with friends and family. Favorite dish Shrimp Alfredo with Broccoli!!! We had the best waitress, I think her name was Shae or Chaylen. She is the reason we will be back. The only thing that left a bad taste in our mouth and almost brought us to the point of saying something to the Manager was some young kid that worked there was talking bad about our waitress behind her back to our table. Which I thought was so unprofessional. So to the young lady that we had, if you see this. Thank you for being a bright smile after we all had a long day at work. As for Olive Garden, train your people to be more professional, you are in the service of customer care, not petty stuff like talking someone else down to lift yourself up.Food was delicious and customer service was great!!! The young lady that helped us was very kind and respectful. Thanks guys. It was amazing to eat there today. I've been to a few olive gardens and none of them compared to this one. I know a lot of ppl harp on O garden saying not authentic Italian and that's fine but it doesn't take away how delicious it is. My daughter and I love the place. Always have a very attentive,helpful ,smiling and nice waitress. Food always comes out quickly and for my soups I like mixing 2 different kinds, when I get the soup they have no problem mixing them for me. Any questions I've asked never seem like they didn't care and a rushed answer just to get you moving along. Justice was the best server! My drinks and breadsticks stayed full the whole time! Had a little lunch date here and the atmosphere was nice, food was delicious as always but the service needs a little work our waiter was a bit inattentive and didn’t have a smile whatsoever just gave a very bad energy to our table but in all we enjoyed our meal it was delicious & the atmosphere! 😊
This was one of the better experiences I have had at an Olive Garden restaurant. My previous visit was not as good mostly due to the service. This time the service was great and the food was made well and arrived fresh and timely. We did ask for more soup that never arrived but everything else was very good.

The waitress was wonderful. The restaurant was not the cleanest. Our salads were wilted like they had been made and sitting in the refrigerator for a bit. The breadsticks were good, our meals were ok. My shrimp had a fishy odor and was definitely not very fresh. My daughter's was the same.
I always enjoy going to an Olive Garden restaurant regardless of where I am. This particular restaurant has good food, decent service, but I feel it could be cleaner. Food took way to long. Looked like the server had just forgot and left the food under the heatlamps. You could definitely tell in the noodles. (Even though the restaurant was pretty empty). So right off the bat. Hostess' forgot my wife and I were even there. Then the server tried his best, but the food was just not good. Calamari was rubbery. We had to ask for breadsticks! We had to ask for straws! We had to ask for cheese on our salad! And the icing on the cake. As we are leaving, we hear the hostess' talking about tampons and maxipads. So yeah. If I could give negative stars, I would.
Dined in today with a party of 6. After being seated the resturant was filthy. We were seated next to a railing that had debri across the top. After seeing this I looked on the floor and it was dirty. Crumbs that were on the legde were not there from today but appeared to be serveral days biuild up. if you don't get yours lace cleaned up you will be on the television along with the Cinema for rodent issues. Clean your resturant.
Tried to order a to go order. Put on hold for over 10 minutes, hung up and called back. Girl was rude and said no one was on the line even though I spent 10 minutes listening to their Christmas Music. Tried to place order and she huffed that it would be 45 minutes before it would be ready. Very clueless and not very professional for someone handling phone orders. I told her I would call some place else because they obviously did not need our business.
Rude Hostess, Ruined the Whole Visit I usually don’t expect fine dining at Olive Garden, but I at least expect basic courtesy. The hostess we had during our visit acted like we were bothering her just by walking in. No greeting, no smile, just an annoyed look When we asked about a table for 5 , Melanie snapped back with the most dismissive tone that she wouldn’t seat an incomplete parties as we sat by the hostess bench we watch her seat 4 other incomplete parties. The store missed sales on apps and alcohol. The whole interaction set such a sour tone that we almost left right then. The food was the usual Olive Garden fare, but honestly it didn’t matter. Once your first impression is someone being rude it was still an unpleasant experience Definitely won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
I went this afternoon with a friend to have a late lunch, we usually go to this Olive Garden and haven’t had a negative experience yet, but today we were sat down around 4:30pm. I only ordered an appetizer for myself, and my friend ordered the unlimited soup and salad. Our waitress brought us our food, and all seemed well before she whipped back around to tell us that my friend couldn’t share a little of her salad or we’d be charged double. I don’t know if this is a new policy but we were confused as we had been given extra salad plates every past visit to share. Our waitress just seemed a little aggressive as we genuinely didn’t know about the policy. She then seemed to back track and then told us she’d let it slide, but our appetites were ruined at this point My friend generally doesn’t like the salad so it just sat on the table uneaten and waisted the rest of the visit. What I don’t understand is that if I did order the salad they would have only brought out one bowl for the table anyways, and not two separately…. It was just a really tense visit after that first encounter so we did our best to just eat the soup and appetizer and leave. The salad kept “untouched” for the policy. I guess next time we’ll go spend our money somewhere else….
