Tonight’s vibe: immaculate. Keegan (server) and Justin (manager) were top-tier humans operating at full capacity. I requested two waters immediately because my body was running exclusively on dust and vibes, and Keegan just materialized them without hesitation, judgment, or a single follow-up question. Icon behavior. Five stars for hydration awareness alone. Food was great across the board with one very small hiccup. It was handled quickly, kindly, and with the kind of calm competence that makes you feel like everything is under control. Excellent service, great energy, strong management presence, and I left in a significantly better mood than I arrived. Would absolutely return.

We had an amazing experience at Red Lobster thanks to our waiter, Jeremiah! He was funny, friendly, and provided some of the best service we’ve ever had. What really stood out was how wonderful he was with our kids—patient, kind, and genuinely engaging, which made the whole meal even more enjoyable for our family. He made us feel welcome from start to finish and kept everything running smoothly with a great attitude. Jeremiah is a true asset to this location, and we hope to have him again on our next visit!

Was passing through and decided to get some food . Service was very quick. I had an issue with one of my meals. I ordered the shrimp Alfredo and it wasn’t cooked enough and they had no problem switching it out to chicken. Everyone was polite.

On the 18th of August, we had the pleasure of dining at Red Lobster in Waco Texas. We were celebrating a young friend’s LVN Degree. The lass who was serving us asked during conversation if we were celebrating anything special and was told. Kim was terrific in serving us, getting our drinks, updating us on our orders, and ensuring we had all we needed during our meal. At the end of the meal, Kim brought our young friend out a dessert with a congratulations message drizzled in sauce on the larger serving plate. Our young friend was pretty impressed, as we all were. Truly a memorable night. The only problem was the air conditioning was so cold.

We had a great experience today. We met up for my daughter's birthday (which we've done a number of times before at this restaurant). Our very friendly and personable server, Billy, saw a gift bag I brought in and asked if we had a birthday. I said yes but didn't discuss it further. We enjoyed our meals, and then Billy brought her an ice cream dessert PLUS a birthday card signed by all the staff. This was very unexpected, but such a nice gesture. Billy went above and beyond in providing a pleasant surprise for my daughter. Best service we've ever received at the Waco Red Lobster. Thank you! We will definitely be back again.
