Great food. Quick service. Unique seating. I haven't been to Chipotle for quite a while, and it was great to come back. Burritos are huge. Plenty of options for contents, and the chicken was very well cooked and seasoned.

I just came to Weatherford Texas store number 2250. It was great customer service was a big winter storm but the people were nice. The store was clean and I feel like I walked into chick fil a. Thank you Jamiley, Alex, and Aiden I can’t wait to come back.
I come here regularly for their marinated steak bowl with cilantro rice and vegetables. The food is consistently fresh and good. No msg and organic ingredients for a reasonable and consistently good food for under $9? Can’t beat that!

Carson at the Weatherford Chipotle has the best customer service! He went above and beyond to help out. He offered to bring my food to the table and brought a high chair to the table for us. It’s rare to find service like that at a fast food restaurant. Thank you Carson!
I'm very impressed with how well this store is ran . Not sure of the managers name but u can tell he really cares about his job and customer satisfaction. I’ve been to many chipotles in different cities. This one has always been awesome and consistent with having fresh and delicious food - never burnt, always warm, and the serving sizes are perfect. So glad this is one we can frequent.
Great food and nice staff as usual. Unfortunately a woman was standing in line behind me and not observing social distancing without a mask on to boot, and she was asked to step over to the pick up area so that they could take her order rather than her standing in line with no mask on. The woman got offended and left and another customer who was leaving with his food started making a big deal and saying “you asked her to leave because she was not wearing a mask?”...She was not asked to leave she was asked to step out of the line because she wasn’t social distancing and she didn’t have a mask on. Thank you for looking out for me, who’s wearing a mask and trying to social distance. In addition, the woman appeared to be wearing scrubs… She should know about social distancing and masks and she should not of been offended to have been asked to step to the side to be serve rather than standing in line breathing on my hair!!!
Aidan and Harrison are by far the best and most competent food service workers I have ever had the pleasure of being served from. They broke out in song and dance midway through the order and it felt like I was in a movie! High school musical chipotle edition! Would rather be here than at my house to be honest. My wife is far more unpleasant than the fine young gentlemen who work here who’s names are Aidan and Harrison.
Best Chipotle, the white rice here is better than any Chipotle in a 2hr radius. service is great. super fast. AGAIN THE FOOD IS SO MUCH BETTER. also it's nice that there is a target right behind them. I like to go eat and then shop. love this place, here about three times a week.
This seems to be a very busy Chipotle. They were out of Sofritas and were just passing through. They made fresh and gave us drinks while we waited. The workers were cleaning bathrooms and it smelled wonderful. The workers were very kind & courteous.
I’m biased because I love chipotle but this one is great. They are never out of ingredients, they don’t wait until the steak/chicken is crunchy at the bottom before replacing it, and their staff is friendly. They helped me make a little rice/cheese/bean cup for our 1 year old boy.

Stopped here on a long road trip. If we're going to eat fast food this was the best alternative. It is consistent with the Chipotle in my local area. If nutritional quality it's not really your concern..it still tastes very good. If I wasn't trying to avoid sugar I'd be all over the fresca's. Refreshing beverages. The lime cilantro rice consistently flavorful.
They accommodated and made me feel very comfortable about allergens/cross contamination! My 5mo twins were diagnosed with severe soy and dairy allergies and if I eat a trace of either they end up with whole body eczema and bloody diarrhea, so my diet is very restricted and I either choose not to eat out or doing so causes a lot or anxiety and worry over not knowing enough about what’s in the food. When I mentioned to them that I had these allergies to avoid they immediately responded and washed their hands, replaced the serving utensils in the food I was selecting with clean ones and this made me feel so comfortable. I felt like I could enjoy my food out for once without worrying about cross contamination!!
This is probably one of the best chipotle locations I’ve ever visited. Customer service is exceptional, second to none. Food is always fresh and hot, staff is happy to see you and the store is clean. I’ve gone to every chipotle in dfw, this is the gem of them all.
Decent fare, prices and service. Make it to order at the counter....bowls, burritos or tacos. Reasonably clean dining area and clean restroom facilities. Busy during lunch rush. Order ahead for takeout and they put it on a stand for pickup. Carnitas burrito was decent, good sized. Corona and domestic beer available.
Really nommy .. the efficiency of the place was a little off thou. Seems like only one person wanted to do the line. And everyone else was busy looking busy so they didn't have to. Food is great. Wish they could be quicker thou. Too bad the employees don't work as a team.
Been to a lot of Chipotles Pre and Post pandemic around the central Texas region. Went to a chipotle today after not eating there for 6 months. I went to the one in Weatherford off I20. The food tasted great and the staff friendly. The burrito was packed to capacity but felt lighter than any chipotle I went to. He took 2 scoops of brown rice 1 of black beans steak queso mozzerella fajita veggies sour cream and pico. As I walked home the package seemed lighter. I felt like I could eat another after. I can only draw a conclusion that either I have gotten slightly stronger and fatter or their tortillas and their food scoops have gotten smaller.
Great quality food and staff. I'd order in store though... A bowl to go with: extra white rice and extra pinto beans (or whichever look best at the time), chicken, a little bit of the red hot sauce and sour cream with a mixture of the two in a small container for the chips, mixed veggies if they look fresh, corn, extra cheese, and lettuce. It's a solid 5/5 every time I go in and order. The one time I ordered online for my lunch break, they severely disappointed me. I asked for the above and received a half spoon of rice and beans and quite literally 4 pieces of chicken all of which were sitting in the liquid from the beans at the bottom of my bowl. I waited in line and showed them which they happily fixed up and shoveled like 3 spoonfulls of chicken in there which made me laugh. They definitely fixed it, but their take out specialist was setting their customers up for disappointment. Keep in mind this was like 6-8 months ago, but ever since then I order inside. Overall it's 8/10, a go-to for an after work meal. Also get that half sour cream and half red hot sauce in the same container and shake it so you can dip your chip in it then use your chip like a spoon to eat with. It changes the game.
Not very fresh and servers moving to fast to get order correct
Employees were great, the burrito was packed but not bursting. Only complaint is I bought a large drink and didn't take a sip until I had already gotten home and started on my meal. There was very little syrup and it tasted like water. I didn't get ice. Pretty upsetting.
I love chipotle so any chance I'm near one I stop. Wish one would come to Mineral Wells. Only problem today was they were out of ice in the drink machine so several people, including myself, were waiting for someone to fill it. A guy that was already off and trying to go home went back and got ice and filled it up.
I visited Chipotle Store 2250 on the evening of Sunday January 11 2025. They were out of pinto beans the vegetables were black and looked inedible. The store was not clean and the drink area was overcome with excessive ice. While I was eating I observed one of the employees where they slide the food to the register sit her butt on that counter more than once and other customers food slide across that area after she got up. I can only imagine the germs in the back of her pants that transfered to the counter. The same individual was also spending her time playing with a pop it fidget toy. I question the heath of this store now and have to reconsider going. Management and leadership need to clean up their store.
I haven't had chipotle in about 8 years. I figured it was time to give them another chance. I am not a fan of cilantro and they seem to use it on everything. Thankfully they seem to have eased up on the cilantro in the rice. It was not as bad as I experienced in the past. I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken and brisket. I added queso and a drink. My meal cost me over $27. The drink area was dirty and one of the lemonade drinks was unavailable. The tables needed to be wiped down inside and outside. The food tasted very good, but not worthy of almost a 30 lunch. I think it will be a while before I return to this restaurant chain.
Chipotle is a large brand name and it shows. It has an extremely corporate feel to it. Not that that's necessarily a bad thing... standardized procedures and policies make for a fairly uniform customer experience. Chipotle has taken its position as a leader in Mexican fast food and it appears to be comfortable with its position. Don't expect anything spectacular, it just is what it is, a decent lunch at a decent price.
Normally great food and great service, but last two times I’ve been (last couple weeks), the brown rice has had uncooked pieces hard enough to hurt my teeth. Gotta fix this!

Not bad food. The service takes some time since they have to put all of the safety items on. The meet is usually cold however. I am not sure if it supposed to be that way or not but I am just not a fan of that so much. The store seems clean. The staff could be a little more personable.
Food and flavor is always on point, which is par for chipotle in my opinion. Store is usually very clean. Employees are younger and don’t have a big rush to customers standing in line when you are the only person in the restaurant/food joint. Which is annoying when they’re just standing around talking not doing their job. Not a deal breaker, just something that happens.
It was hard to get to restaurant using Google maps. The app led me to the back of the Chipotle so it was not easy to find. I had chicken tacos and the chicken was too salty so the seasoning was off. The place was fairly empty yet done of the tables needed to word down.
I usually have amazing food and customer service from this location. However, tonight I went in and it barely had any customers so the employees were busy talking to this girl that met them in there. I get my food and my bowl was barely half way full and it was missing some things I asked for because they were too worried about rushing me through so they can talk to their friend. Disappointed. My bowls are usually filled to the top and I leave stuffed. Not this time.
Food was delicious, but the staff here was very off. 18 y/o (shift manager?) was just shouting loud comments at the staff in the building about their clock ins and what not and honestly was a little obnoxious. The guy taking the order either new, quiet, reserved, shy, high, but slopped some food on the burrito and then half assed folded it. Clean and nice otherwise
Good food bad service. They literally gave a to-go shelf but they didn't put in there. I came in and sat down to wait for my food by the to-go shelf. After sitting 11 minutes I was told the orders to go on the to-go shelf anymore. So my food was getting cold for over 10min and no offer to remake. Need a to-go person only or maybe a manger to make sure peoples food don't get cold.
Today my family and I ordered our food online. When my daughter opened the foil off of her Chipotle bowl she noticed one of her toppings was missing, and there was a hair. Needless to say my daughter did not eat her bowl ..... money thrown away. :(
This Chipotle like the one in Granbury is unclean, facilities i.e. restrooms, tables, trash cans are full, tables not cleaned nor restrooms. Very disappointed!
The food was hot and plenty but the place was dirty and not well stocked. We had to ask more than once for some things. It was very pricey. I probably won't be back.
Listen, I am the biggest Chipotle fan and have been so for years. This location was a let down.. the food was good but the restaurant was filthy! I visited at 4pm on a Saturday.. they were not busy so I’m unsure of why it looked this way. They didn’t think to tell us until after we paid and purchased fountain drinks that the ice machine was broke and there wasn’t any ice. Definitely need some training implemented here.
I love chipotle. This location usually does pretty well in customer satisfaction for me. I ate there Friday before last and it was one of the best steak bowls I've ever had at a chipotle (the steak was well cut- zero fatty pieces). But today, we ate there at lunch right before noon...and my steak bowl had many pieces of steak with fatty, unchewable pieces( Like probably over half of my steak bites in my burrito bowl). I spit out most bites because the fat was the majority of those bites. Disgusting and really disappointing, considering the premium steak option is. Please trim off the fat consistently. Its gross and really impacts the overall satisfaction of the entire meal and choice of restaurant to eat at in the future.
I love Chipotle, but this location was disappointing. They forgot my chips, and I didn't see a single employee wipe any tables in the 45 min I was there. There was also no diaper change station in the restroom, so I had to pack up and leave mid-meal to change a diaper out of my trunk in the parking lot.
Was really hopeful after I called to update my order after placing it online- the girl that answered was polite and helpful. My order came home right but after picking out HALF of the lettuce from my salad because it was soiled and BROWN I gave up trying to eat it. Disgusted.
The food was good. But staff, really. The cashier has a major attitude issue. Tossing stuff at us, no tray, rolling her eyes, acting as if we were imposing on her. Had to keep asking for quest and chips after we paid for them. Beyond that, filthy, we had to service our own table, none of the tables were clean, floor filthy. They only had one set of ppl at one table when we came in.
This is the smallest amount of food I’ve ever received from a Chipotle. I am a fan of the franchise but not this one. 1 clean table to sit at in the whole place and it was the thinnest layer of everything.
I paid $21 for a bowl with guacamole and a side of chips with a regular size drink. I’m fine with this price if the food is adequate. The girl that made my bowl had a sad attitude like she hates her job, the chips were stale, the rice was not seasoned, the guacamole wasn’t seasoned, and they gave me hardly any meat because they were out of almost all food and had a line of people. No food was being prepped and it sounded like no one notified the cook that the food was getting low. Again, I have zero issue with laying a premium price but I expect the food to at least taste good and not be stale.
This Chipotle literally gave me half the food any other Chipotle has ever given me. The bowl was half full. No where near enough rice. Im going to still be hungry. ugh
We’ve given this location so many chances, but today was the last. The entire place is absolutely filthy. The food prep areas are an absolute mess, not a single clean table, and the floors are disgusting. Multiple sodas were out in the machine as well. Never again!
I usually love this place but when you order through the app and pick up in store. Check and make sure the serve you the same portion as if you went into the restaurant. I got home to find a container with not even enough food to cover the bottom of the bowl.
Usually when I go to this chipotle there are never any problems. But this time I had a really bad experience with one of the workers there. Ivy handled my order and it was the worst experience i’ve had there. She messed up my order three times, her tone was rude and she kept giving me ugly looks. Horrible customer service !! I am not coming back until this worker has been dealt with.
I KEEP giving this location chances and it just isn't working out. Every time I order a salad online, I pick it up and I get 1/2 cup of greens, 1/4 cup of meat, a few tablespoons of rice and beans, and a ton of salsa. Idk why. It's been a problem before. I have contacted the store before and I have made a complaint online. They gave me a free salad or something. But, I can't keep paying $10 for a baby side salad that I have to complain about every time, because I don't like complaining. Lol. Get it together please Weatherford Chipotle, for the sake of your other patrons.
They messed up our entire order. Put white corn only on tacos instead of fajita veggies, no lettuce on a bowl, no red sauce on another, none of the sides we ordered came, just all wrong on an order for 3 people every persons was messed up.
Went yesterday and food was very salty could not eat it. I went back and all they told me was to get in line again to reorder. I didn’t have time since I was on my lunch break. So I asked for a refund. Tried to give them another chance so I went today and the food was cold. Poor customer service gross food.Would not recommend. I’ve never had this issue with any other chipotle.
There’s only 3 employees running the whole place. The fountain drink area did not have the special 3 drinks that the other locations have. Employees super nice but super overwhelmed. Dining area was a disaster as was the drink area. Get these folks some help.
Update: after complaints to management the steak has gotten better. However, now they refuse to have items available or make more 30 minutes before close with a line out the door! Management, this is summer. People eat late. Your staff being nasty to customers about them requesting more be made is a joke (people in front of us). ! This location used to be great. Now the steak is like eating straight peppers. Our kids can't eat here anymore, we can barely stomach it. To make it worse our last couple orders have been wrong. The suggestion to remedy the mistakes never came through.
Order on Uber Eats. Bag says CHICKEN BOWL AND TORTILLA.....NOPE ..some one burrito..called the stores was told to call 1800 Chipotle. Couldn't help... They told me to call Uber eats...the.line not working.....so no lunch... 2nd mistake in 6 months...
They hired a new girl who is very combative, only gave us one hard taco shell per kid meal and then argued with me and tried charging me for extra for having cheese added to a kids meal. This had never happened to us in all the chipotle locations we have visited through the years. We will not be back. Chipotle needs to educate their staff on good customer service skills. I try to be polite always, but I don’t appreciate going into a location and having a combative encounter with an employee, especially since she short changed our order and was trying to charge us extra for cheese.
Just spent $53 to feed a family of 4 tonight. The new garlic beef was dry and the chicken my wife and son had was very salty. Overall my wife son and I were not happy with our dinners. I know this is a new Chipotle but it does not compare to the other chipotles that I've been to over the years. However, my 10 yo daughter loved her quesadilla. Also, the trash can was overflowing. As a former restaurant manager, you guys really need to stay on top of this. If you do not take care of the trash can, trash on the floor or dirty tables... customers are gonna walk in and then walk right back out. I know it's a new place, but come on guys... get it together.

I love chipotle it’s my favorite and almost always it’s amazing service but the tall girl that only works the register is constantly charging me for chips but never actually gives them to me this has happened on more than five occasions and it’s not fair for me to waste my gas to go back and tell her to do her job right and to give me what I paid for. She either needs to start paying attention or needs to get fired. And she owes me at least $10 in chips she never gave me.
I love Chipotle. But every time I come to this location they are out of something. I am here and they don't have chips, cheese, I had to wait for rice and steak. The worse part is that they had the ingredients but they were saving then for online orders. Very disappointed.
My family and I go to this Chipotle all the time because we live in Weatherford. Every time we have gone here either to eat in or to take it to go. The dinning room is always dirty. The tables are not cleaned off and there is always food on the floor. Today when I went, they were completely out of brown rice. What I don’t understand, today when I got there. There was only 2 customers in the dinning room and the employees were just behind the counter talking and not doing anything. Most of the food items were very low or completely out. For example, I wanted queso on my burrito and they were out on the food line. The girl making my burrito had to go to the to go section to get me queso. Instead of them standing around talking. Why not restock everything before the dinner ground gets there. I am so happy they are fixing to open a Chipotle in Hudson Oaks. I will definitely be going there when it opens instead of this location.
Ordered delivery after driving for 10 hours to our hotel. We discovered we they delivered the completely wrong order. Had it refunded via Caviar, and we ordered directly from Chipotle. When we received the order, it was WRONG AGAIN. Furious, we got out of our PJ’s and drove down with the 2 bags of someone else’s food. The workers said they were “out of everything” so I ended up walking out with a pile of beans, rice and salsa.
I want to start with saying service was great and the food was fine. My problem is I like to be able to pay in cash and not be penalized! This Chipotle has a "no cash back" policy! It is our choice as to whether we us cash or credit. I will now choose to spend my money elsewhere. Such a shame!
Dirty and gross the kids behind the counter could careless about Anything and it shows .they were very skimpy with the meat in my tacos they ran out of crunchy taco shells and wouldn't make more. There is literally food everywhere on the counters and it's like this every time I've gone. I'm not going back it's just Gross. My question is where are the adults? Clearly they need adults to instruct them to clean Something.

My wife and I grabbed dinner to go from Chipotle in Weatherford Monday night and both woke up with diarrhea the next morning. I think we ended up with food poisoning. The symptoms lasted all day and were not fun. I should have known better. Eating fast food in Weatherford, besides Chic-fil-a, is like playing Russian roulette.
So nasty serving the food tables were so nasty trash on floor and tables restroom i didn't even used it i have gone to many Chipotle and this was the nastiest one I would never ever go again

I order the same chipotle bowl every time. This was the first time at this location and the chicken was so burned it wasn’t edible. It was also very cold.
Every time I order food from this place, the rice is hard. It's not cooked correctly and I even up throwing it away.
Was there Monday around lunch thinking everything would be hot and fresh, wrong, my rice turned cold in about a minute, the chicken got cold after about 5 min, also tried the new seasoned beef and shrimp, it was burnt bad, only thing that stayed hot were the two egg rolls, very very disappointed
Went here for lunch yesterday. Busy but manageable. Ordered a bowl. So far so good. Got to the protein stage and they had no chicken! What they did have was scraping the bottom of the container and burnt! Got the beef but that was cold and not very tasty. 2-bowls and 2-drinks, almost &30! For lunch? Should have taken it back, got my money back and went next door to What-a-burger!

$18.90 and I get one small chunck of meat. The last two months my bowls have been so small and I buy regularly. Orders online are cold even after ordering on the way there. Today tops them all, I opened the bowl and one single chunk of meat that's it. Mind you with a tip this is the service I got. Consistently they don't want to make barbacoa and just tell customers it's out when going to get an order. Look at how much is left that's fat. Total rip off to eat at this location anymore.
They don't have the hours stated correctly online so I tried to call in as not to waste the 17 minutes it'll take me to drive there. It instantly goes to an automated system that asks how it can help. I pressed zero because if I say hours, it'll just repeat the online hours (which Iwas right, it did). It says that the employees are too busy to speak to most customers or some crap like that. This is exactly the reason why people under the age of 25 or 30 have such a hard time holding a conversation. Its just sad. I guess its another place I've lost respect for. So very sad, because their food is actually good.
Come in at 9:45 they're open till 11pm and the employee says they're out of steak and carne asada. aka they dont wanna work and make more. just close if you not gonna offer whats on the menu
Food was cola and old . Probably was on line for more than 5 hours I seen riches in bathroom and then I seen our table Told waitress she just laughed she said I know how disgusting I don't eat here no more!!! That's not funny at all.I will never eat there ever disgusting 😭😭😭😭😭
This Chipotle has become consistently disappointing late in the evening. I come here regularly between 9:00–9:30 PM, and they do not close until 11:00 PM, yet almost every time it feels like I’m walking in after hours. Tonight was especially bad. By 9:30 PM, multiple ingredients were already gone — no shredded cheese, several meats missing, and unsweet tea was already empty (which is a recurring issue here after about 8:00 PM). The staff said they “didn’t get a truck,” but that shouldn’t translate into half the menu being unavailable with an hour and a half left before closing. On top of that, all the chairs were already flipped up on tables, and the store was clearly being shut down and cleaned as if they were done for the night. The overall attitude from the staff made it feel like customers coming in at that time were an inconvenience — they were laughing about the missing items and seemed annoyed that anyone even walked through the door. I should not feel out of place or unwelcome coming into a restaurant that is still open for another 90 minutes. If this location can’t maintain basic ingredients or a professional attitude through posted business hours, then they need to either adjust their hours or fix their operations. Very disappointing, and unfortunately, this has become a pattern at this location.
Food was fine. But I had to tell the staff to clean the dining room. W had to clean our own table because there was not a single place to sit that was clean. Update: when they did finally come through and “clean” the dining room., he used a dry. Lots to open a few of the tables and left rice on most of them. Didn’t sweep at all.
1 star on food and service because the size of the burrito with our order was absolutely unacceptable. I called Chipotle to let them know there was an issue and was told the only way to fix the problem was to send me a BOGO offer. They left out part of my order, and the burrito was the size of a pack of gum- ridiculous for the $11 price tag. This was an order placed online and picked up in store. This was also the second time in 3 months that we had this problem at this location. Chipotle then wants to fix the problem by asking me to spend more money on a problem they caused in order to keep customers on the hook, makes me rethink my loyalty to this company.
I eat at chipotle quite often. I had a very unpleasant experience at this location this evening. I paid 50 dollars and some change for my two bowls large chips and queso and a side. Once I got back home I realized the staff had forgotten to place the large chips in the bag. I drove back to get my chips and she apologized at which time I asked her if I could get two side cups of cheese for the two bowls I just ordered. Originally when I was there the first time she told me they were out of cheese as I was watching someone behind her shred cheese. I brushed that off and didn’t worry about it. However whenever I asked her for the two sides of cheese she told me I was going to have to pay for them. At which point I explained I was just there and had ordered two meals. she then became flustered and very unprofessional and started to argue with me, telling me if I would have just waited ten mins that I would have had cheese. She did not tell me this originally or I would have done so. To add to all of this the chips were stale once I arrived back home. Very unpleasant experience and I will not be back to this location. I would rather drive the extra 5 mins to Hudson oaks where they are polite and professional.
So to start off I called chipotle and told them “hey I placed a delivery order under Skarlet can you please make sure to add extra utensils and napkins”… and well I open my bag and only one fork is there and we ordered 2 entrees. Are we suppose to share the fork? And as you can see in the pictures below I clearly ordered a salad and well no lettuce to be seen in the bowls I received… also look at the guac, I ordered a large for a reason and you couldn’t even fill it up!? Like seriously. They always have to mess up delivery orders which is why I hate to order for delivery but since I’m on the road driving the truck, we can’t stop anywhere! Which is why I had no choice other than to order for delivery but never again!
