Today while at Raising Cane's, I was blown away by the wonderful customer service and excellent staff at the drive-thru today is June 16th at approximately 11:30. The staff was very pleasant and helpful which I find to be refreshing and I appreciate it. That set the tone for my entire day and I would like to thank Raising Cane's staff for making my morning and lunch great! Thanks keep up the good work!

Chicken tenders are so moist, not hard like competitors. I always get on extra sauce for every 6 tenders.

I am a local truck driver that picks up trash containers. I Loved my experience at this Cane's as the staff was super friendly by letting me get a caniac combo at the drive thru without a car. The dining area was closed due to the current situation and since I was in a big rig truck I couldn't just go through the drive thru although they were nice enough to serve me a hot meal. I was extremely appreciative. Thank you 😊

Just wanted to share that every Tuesday I meet my friend for lunch and we are always greeted with such a welcoming smile.When Trevor is working he comes out and greets us with a hug and a smile. I go here repeatedly and always enjoy the food. There's usually interesting music playing inside and the people are really nice. Last time I bought a 32 oz cup of canes sauce and it's in my fridge right now. Use it on just about everything. It even makes good salad dressing

It was my first time to have eaten here and l wasn't disappointed. The chicken fingers were delicious and the cold slaw was fresh and cool. I ate in the dining room and it was very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. I will return again. Also, the price was very fair.

This was my first time eating at Canes and I will definitely be back! I went through the drive through and had my food in 2min. The chicken strips were delectable. They were fresh, moist, and had a crunchy outer layer. The crinkle cut fries were crunchy but soft in the center, and were adequately seasoned. The piece of Texas toast that comes with the meal was properly toasted and buttered proportionately. The canes sauce instantly became one of my favorite specially offered chain sauces. I washed it down with a sweet tea which was also very satisfying compared to some other brands.

I hardly ever write reviews unless it’s about a place I really recommend or that I don’t recommend for people’s sake. I would like to say, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I go to canes quiet a bit and everytime I go I see a new person and their always so friendly. Always. I’ve never gotten bad service here before. They’re also quick to giving you your food. I like to bring my dogs with me sometimes and they always give them both a treat! I absolutely love them here. Recommend 100%.

I have been sick since after Thanksgiving& today was 1st outing from home! The service, as usual, was on point! That sweet girl at the window in drive thru- was sweet as can be & had a smile that lit up this dark & dreary day! (She was petite with long hair & braces).BUT, the food, as usual, HOT, FRESH & Well worth the $13.81 I paid- cuz unlike most fast food in Weatherford Texas, they do not skimp on food quality or portions & as usual, it's delicious! For me, an old Nana on SS, I can afford to eat out at CANE'S in WEATHERFORD, because on the BOX MEAL, I can get 2 if not 3 meals out of it! (Depends on how much I share with my 2 rescue Cat's- Bleu & Noura!)! Thanks to the manager & staff at CANE'S in WEATHERFORD TX cuz y'all never disappoint me & I've never had a problem with orders or drive thru!!! *** all you old people like me, TRUST ME & TRY CANE'S. cuz you can NOT beat the value & quality of your meal!!!..... & the sweet employees will make you smile!)

Really!? Nothing can describe the food any better than delicious. It's quick food and a smile on the face of the servers causes, an infectious smile upon your own. A very clean establishment with an eclectic atmosphere creates a great dining experience for the whole family!!

Great food! The chicken was cooked perfectly, very juicy and crispy. I love that the breading wasn't thick like at a lot of places. The fries, coleslaw and special sauce were all great as well. Our new favorite chicken place!

The food is good, but the service is what makes this place great! They truly know what service is all about. My husband and I walked in with our 17 month old granddaughter and my two elderly parents. We clearly had our hands full. Instead of calling our name when the food was ready, they walked it out to us and made sure we had everything we needed. Truly great service. Thanks y'all!

Amazing chicken and amazing service. The food is always great. You can order through their super efficient drive thru or order inside, but you will always have food in hand in a super fast timeframe. Staff is always ready to meet your needs. The restaurant is always clean, the condiments are well stocked and seating is rarely an issue.

Go out and see Edger today and enjoy some of the best food in town. He was so friendly, it’s always a breath of fresh air when you meet kind people in the fast food industry.

Canes is always the best choice, they have amazing chicken! Wonderful sauce 👌 fresh lemonade and it always feel like we get out with our food just as quick as we go there.

If you haven't had Canes then just know very good Chicken tenders/fingers. Consistent taste and quality. Think sit down chicken tender platter with fries and Cole slaw. Price is moderate but definitely not cheap. Regular stop for a quick bite through drive thru. Caine's sauce and honey mustard are both great fresh made sauces for dipping. Consistent and good and hot. We Can't complain.

This was the second time I tried raising Cane's and the last 10 years and this location made a great impression on me! First time I ate here was in Waco Texas. I wasn't impressed and never win again but now I'm hooked on cains sauce with their French fries 💜🤤 I'll be eating here for the rest of my life now

Always served hot and fresh! The lightly battered tenders and Cane’s sauce are fantastic together. They allow you to exchange your slaw for extra fries. One complaint... they only toast/grill one side of the Texas toast.

We went through the drive through, always fast friendly service. I love this Chicken with its sauce, Cole Slaw, fries and Garlic Toast. Cane's Chicken is my favorite Chicken establishment.

The drive thru line was wrapped around the building so I expected a bit of a wait but I was so wrong. I couldn't believe how fast it went! The people at the window were super friendly, so that always makes it a nice visit! The food was so good as per usual! I love eating here!

As far as chicken tenders go, you can't beat Raising Cane's. Their sauce is crazy good. We went pretty late, just before closing, and everyone was still really nice. They gave us service with a smile. Their sweet tea is also great. I definitely recommend this place for a quick bite to eat. I don't think you'll find better fast food chicken.

On Sunday's when my wife and wanting chicken we always go to Cane's! She love this place and the food is great along with the great jingle at the drive thru window! Keep up the amazing work team honestly it's the small things that make a difference!

Food and service were great as usual! The music was way too loud, my granddaughter and I had to yell to hear each other. And for some reason we had to ask for napkins, there was no self service napkin dispensers anywhere.

If you don't have much money do not eat there. The cheapest meal is the kids combo. Its a kids meal and you will leave still hungry if you dont eat slowly and make it last. There tenders are amazing, and is a must have. You need to go in there on your payday when you have money.

Big gathering the tailgate packages ate the way to go. Tender, crispy, and crunchy in all the right ways, and they are actual chicken tenders. Amazing sauce, I recommend doubling up the sauce if you're a sauce lover. The garlic bread has a nice semi crunch on the outside and soft on the inside, cooked to perfection every time.

Canes is generally consistent across the country - the food was particularly good here. It looked like someone had vandalized their outside trashcan - I informed the manager and they immediately went and cleaned it up. I had driven off without my customary gallon of unsweetened tea ( yes, I know how unSouthern that is - I can't help it, I'm tired of being fat - speaking of which- ask them about their "Naked tenders" ( not a joke ) ... anyway, forgot my tea - they actually REMEMBERED me 2 days later and remade it for me. Kudos.

First time having Raising Canes and have to say it’s pretty damn good! Canes sauce is legit. Similar to Braums sauce but a little better.

Great chicken fingers, Cole slaw, crinkle cut fries, special dipping sauce, toast and lemonade. That's pretty much the whole menu although they do it well. No free refills on the lemonade. Sign up for the Cane's card get a free box combo and then after 10 meals get a fee meal.

Nicely landscaped, clean interior, friendly staff. Not sure the draw to Cane's. The food was fine but nothing to write home about. I purchased the sandwich, which may have been my mistake, I'll try the chicken fingers next time.

I DoorDash because I go to school full-time anyways today I was having a hard day and “Normandy like France” was very helpful. Very nice sweet and funny. You literally put a smile on my face. Thank you.

Atmosphere and service aren't a huge part played by this place in particular, though the food is good! Had this place multiple times and I can't say I have complaints about the food. I don't care much to eat here but picking up and grabbing some food to go is always a good experience...

Love the sauce! That's why we come but the fries could be crisper and what counts as a chicken strip should meet a minimum requirement in size. It is on the expensive side for me and when you pay that much for a certain amount of strips I just feel like they could be more uniform in size and not under 2 inches long. That aside the taste is great and the sauce just makes the meal.

We paid for a box meal and was given a smaller size meal. Yet the manager was nice and correct the issue. The outside area was dirty that's why I'm giving 4 stars. Every thing else was great.

Fast food chicken done right! Quick service too!

I don’t come here very often because I don’t really like the batter on the chicken tenders. I also don’t like the dipping sauce to me it has too much of a mayonnaise flavor/texture. The chicken itself is very tender and moist it is also real chicken not that processed stuff. I brought my grandkids in for the first time and they loved it. They are 6 and 7. I did have a problem with the so called toy in the kids meal. It was a leftover holiday toy and the package stated 18+ months on it. It was a printed sheet of paper that I had to fold and then try to show them how to put their fingers in it and work it. It basically was one of the pick a color then number then number things that you move your fingers with each letter etc…. They could not work them much less read all the stuff printed on them. So the toy was a flop. They loved the tenders though and the fries.

Good food. No butter on my toast. Coleslaw was fresh. Chicken could have been battered better. Their sauce is great. Overall very good.

Food was great for the most part. One of our meals had chicken with 1/4 mostly just breading, and not a normal serving of fries. For the money you pay for each meal you'd expect better. The other meals where good tho. Staff was the highlight. Everyone was nice and helpful.

Raising Cane’s never disappoints. The chicken fingers were super fresh, juicy, and perfectly crispy — you can tell they cook everything to order. The Cane’s sauce is still undefeated, I could honestly drink it. My fries were hot, Texas toast buttery, and service was fast even though it was busy. Place was clean and the staff was friendly and actually seemed like they liked being there. Definitely one of the only fast food spots that’s consistent EVERY single time. 10/10 recommend if you care more about quality than a huge menu.

Assuming you like canes it’s a good location I got two 3 fingers combos and received what I ordered with extra sauce. No napkins, though, which was kind of tragic.

Food was excellent, service was good. Food sat for a minute until they called it. It was still fresh and coleslaw was very good. Used the restroom and was impressed. They were out of hand soap. I did let someone know so they can get it feeled. Very busy place and being in walmart parking there is plenty of parking 😅😅 thank you for the dinner

Their chicken nuggets are delicious! That being said, they’re literally twice the size of chicken nuggets, should they even be called strips? Either way, the food is damn good. I just wish the strips were big enough to be called strips.

I guess the cost of living is causing everything to be less for the same money. Or more for that matter. This is not like Cane's to send this meal out like this. These chicken strips aren't even longer than my index finger. And they are all like this. Dinner tonight fail😒

Not my first choice of eating options. My daughter's chose it. I just wish there was something they offered besides chicken tenders. I have eaten at Cane's in several cities and it always is the same. Very bland tasting and slightly rubbery in texture. Sorry, just not a fan.

Good food but don't forget to check your order before leaving the drive-thru. Wife ordered the box combo with an extra side of fries. Came home with no fries and no coleslaw. Website has no email contact and don't really feel like reaching out via phone tomorrow am. Will most likely be back but not happy wasting $4 worth of sides.

My food is always hot and so good I enjoy it, but service wise I never have a problem until today, she just said”what else, what else, okay, “ and wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence. I’m a manager at my fast food and I tell my employees everyday to make a change on this. I love Canes, please go through this with employees.

I’m from Nebraska so I eat Canes a couple times a month, they must do it differently here in Texas because the chicken was not tender and moist like I’m use to how disappointing, we were there at 12:15 on a Wednesday they must have cooked a bunch getting ready for the lunch rush because the food was ready before we even sat down I would say it had been sitting for awhile food was lukewarm so service was fast and it was very clean but disappointed in the food this is my first bad experience at a Canes.

Went into the Weatherford location because it was school fund raiser night. They wouldn't give the school the credit because the cashier ended the sale without giving the credit. The manager wouldn't work with us to get the school the credit for our order. With the business knowing full well the majority of people were there for the school. Very disappointing.

I have been here once and got sick, then didn't go back for awhile and it made me sick again. It doesn't taste like it did when it opened, and for the price it really should.

Chicken okay, cole slaw was bad because cabbage wasn't washed or cored. It taste like dirt and bitter. Ice tea was very good. French fries cold, buttered bread okay. After we ordered I had to get napkins and water and wipe off the dirty table. The place was dirty and loud. Before I left I went to the restroom and there was no paper towels and no toilet paper. I will not go to another Raising Canes again. Two major hamburger chains in the area had chicken nuggets that would have been cheaper and just as good, oh and a better sauce!

I love the food but we had a pretty bad experience here a couple of weeks ago. So, currently only the drive through is open...dine-in area is closed and doors are locked. No big deal. We ordered our food in the drive through. As we were driving off my wife noticed we were missing an item we had paid for. We went back and she walked up to the door, put her receipt up to the door so they could see and knocked to get their attention that something was amiss. Instead of coming to the door...to even just leave the door closed and talk through the door...they looked up at her and then continued working, ignoring her. She knocked again, thinking maybe they looked up but didn't actually see her. Again, they looked directly at her and continued ignoring her. I had to call them and complain about what had happened in order to get my missing food. Then, and only then, they were "sorry" about the missing food, but they didn't seem to be sorry about ignoring my wife at the door, twice. I like Raising Cane's but this was a bit ridiculous. We won't be going back to this location again.

Make sure to speak loud and clear English to the girl in the drive thru otherwise she will get your orders wrong. Went here twice, and girl got my orders both wrong. You might be better off picking a different restaurant to go to. This is the worst Canes I've ever been to.

Over the past year, I've noticed a decline in the quality of Raising Cane's chicken, no matter which location I visit or what state I am in. I used to prefer Cane’s over other any other fast food options, but their quality of chicken seems very low quality now. I am weird about chicken to begin with and any restaurant that uses low quality chicken is a definite NO. I wonder why they changed?

First time ever having an issue at Cane's. Strip cooked in old burnt oil, but biggest issue, Cane's sauce tasted like bleach. I thought it was me, so kept trying, ate a bite of strip without sauce tasted normal. Never have had that before. Texas toast was great!

I ordered the Box combo with no toast extra ff. I got 2 pieces of bread and no fries. Then when i got my second order i guess they hurried it and my chicken tastes weird and the sauce is just off. What happened to my favorite canes. It disappeared. Might not be back

Yeah sure the chicken is good, but it's still just a chicken tender. Fries - always just a tad undercooked, and then they get soggy in the to go box and they are way over salted. My orders have been wrong more times than right. Also, don't expect to order through the app and actually have an employee come out to bring you your order if you select curbside. When I got sick and tired of waiting, I went inside and saw at least 3 employees doing absolutely nothing and yet, there was my order, just sitting behind the register (not even on the too go shelf where I could have grabbed it) To top it off, I got almost back to my car and one of the employees came running out because they had forgotten an entire meal with my order. Get it together! There are much better options who are actually taking care of their guests and work to improve whatever they can! Also, for crying out loud, add ranch as a sauce option!
