Classic place for food and blizzards. Definitely the place to be if you don't have a place to be and don't mind what I would consider an unreasonable wait time. Seems like the staff is trying tho, maybe the equipment just isn't up to par when it comes to quickness / efficiency.

This is the second time this has happened where I pay way too much to not get everything I've paid for. I work in fast food so I understand mistakes happen but how hard is it to put all the items in the stupid box. Not to mention the fact that the fries are just thrown in there? Definitely not coming back because how is this acceptable.

I went through the drive through; as for 2 7 dollars meal, buns cook on the grill and extra pickles. I ask for pecan on my sundaes. When later while driving out of the drive through, I saw I had every little pecan on my sundaes. They charge me 1.19 each for sprinkle pecan little. Now just that my food was cool; in look like premade burgers. The fries was cold. The food was just not up to part. I call the manager Megan and she said unfortunately they only give a ounce of pecan on the side and there’s nothing she could do.

I will never order from there again. How do you forget to put the chicken strips in a box? My familes order was big and i was very patient. I live all the way in fairport and the one thing i did not think i had to look for was the chicken strips in the box!

A cockroach ran across the counter by the pop machine. I ended up asking for bottled water instead.

I haven't even made it up to the window right now and am writing this review. This is not a review about the food. This is about the service. No happy order-taker. No thank you. Wait and wait and wait to even have them ready to take the order. To the manager, it's time for some re-training of your staff! Drive thru is horrible. On a positive note, while I sat at the window - not even greeted, I could see inside and it actually looked quite clean! Tristan, u are allowed to look happy and smile.

The cost of two milkshakes was ridiculously expensive. I ordered a small sweet tea cost me almost $4 and it was nasty tasting I requested a refund. The staff has an attitude problem that needs to be adjusted very rude and very disrespectful. The price that I paid for two milkshakes was way too much for the crappy service that we have received. This was the first and last time I will be ever at this location ever again never

Most importantly and huge health violation is employee's handling food without gloves on. Touching their uniform/wiping hands on uniform and adjusting their hat before grabbing the food for orders to bring out is unacceptable.

I see all the reviews are about the wait time for this place and I do agree..wait time is wayyy too long for the food you get. I paid over 10.00 for chicken strips and they were the size of chicken nuggets. But what bothered me most is the fact that EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE working making the food and ice cream had so much hair exposed. The “hats” aren’t controlling any hair so what’s the point? I’m not one to write reviews but this is disgusting. If you work in the food industry you should at least be wearing hair nets! Do better.

Had a very long wait to order at the drive thru. Then another wait for food to be brought out. Fine, it happens sometimes. However they did not bring out the drinks or the ice cream. The guy that brought out our order either didn't hear me ask about the drinks, or didn't care because he just turned and walked away. I had to pull around and go inside to get the other half of my order. This is where they earned the one star. The girl at the counter was incredibly rude about having to get me the rest of what I'd paid for.

Im saving everyone time. Please do not come to this Dairy Queen. On multiple occasions within the past few years, we have placed online orders. They are NOT QUICK at getting to them. Both times we had to wait over 45 minutes to receive our blizzards, when they said they would have them ready within 15 minutes. They also won’t ask what your name is until you’ve been standing at the counter for 20 minutes. It is quite ridiculous, and is honestly insane that a place like Disney can provide service faster with all its people. If you want ice cream quick, go to a store. It may be more expensive but you won’t wait an hour.

Never have I ever been to such a sorry excuse of an ice cream restaurant. This Dairy Queen was completely terrible and disappointing. First off, 3 medium blizzards cost over $25. Exorbitant prices for mediocre ice cream. The drive thru was empty and yet it took close to 10 minutes for my order. And to make matters worse, two of the blizzards were made wrong. Needless to say my experience was unacceptable, and it will be a long time before I even consider Dairy Queen as an option for ice cream again.

Got out of work late this evening and ordered dq to be delivered and I guess since I ordered 30 mins before closing they gave me a cold burger with the cheese not melted a single bit. And the chicken sandwich had a piece of chicken the size of a chicken nugget on it . I’m pretty sure they did this all on purpose because it was close to closing time.
