The Lunch special is sweet and cheap! I had the endless Soup and Salad!

Chili's is an old tried but true. Enjoyed the meal and the service was okay. The bartender waited on us so we waited a little bit here and there. They have a monthly $5 margarita that good but a little sweet. I would recommend Chili's as a place you can rely upon to have a great dining experience 😃

Wait staff was quick & awesome. Wife & I were first timers. Food was great to our tastes ! TY Do not have a Chili's within 45 miles so visits will not be frequent ! The visits will be enjoyed ! Thank you !

First time being at this chili's restaurant. We understand that the staff was working very hard to make sure everybody will serve. We was waiting about 20 minutes to 30 minutes for us to order our drinks and food. When we got out food, the food was very delicious.We will be going back here again when the place is not too busy.

Didn't wait long before getting seated. Had our drinks served fast and service from all the staff was great. Friendly staff and very helpful on suggesting drinks. Wait or made my Son's bday special by bringing him ice cream for dessert. Thank you to the staff for making us feel welcomed!

Bailey was AMAZING on top of everything through our entire meal. I haven't had a good mixed drink in a really long time. The bar tender made an Amazingly Well Balanced drink. Hostess could have been better. Other than that... EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!!!

Literally had the best time here. I had a waitress named Samantha and she was awesome . Had a great attitude. Knew the full menu and our food came quick.! I order a mango chili chicken meal and it was amazing. Cooked perfect and the loaded mash potatoes were to die for. The presidente margarita was soo good! And when you get the 2 for $25 the presidente is only $5 . I would absolutely go again!!

Just had a great experience at this Chilis - and all thanks to our server Jordan!! We sat in the bar and Jordan was super attentive, kind and efficient. She definitely made our visit great!! Plus the food was hot, fresh and delicious.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to after such a great experience. Ryan and Devin at Chili’s made our visit genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. It’s not often you come across service that feels this professional and well coordinated. Ryan was outstanding — attentive, friendly, and clearly someone who takes pride in doing his job well. He stayed on top of everything without us ever having to ask and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Devin was also excellent, checking in on us, helping things run smoothly, and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere. You can tell they work well as a team and care about the customer experience. It’s refreshing to see that level of effort and professionalism. Ryan, in particular, went above and beyond and absolutely deserves recognition — and in my opinion, a raise would be more than earned. Chili’s is lucky to have both Ryan and Devin representing them.

Food was great and our server and other staff were amazing. It was packed and our cups never went empty they were very attentive and pleasant. Would return to this location again for sure

Came in after work with my partner and were seated almost immediately. When the plates arrived to the table I was eager to cut into my steak, which was cooked to an amazingly juicy medium rare! My partner was also very happy with the Smokehouse Combo 2! The ribs and sausage were delicious and cooked perfectly! I would also like to say that our server Katherine was absolutely the kindest! She had an amazing energy and her recommendation to pair the rib eye with the cilantro pesto was honestly genius!! It made my rib eye 100 times better 🤤 Will definitely be returning to this Chili’s 🙌🏽

I just ordered the double old timer with cheese and fries and a 4 ounce ranch along with that. What a delicious delicious burger I’ve ever had for a long time. It was absolutely delectable and I recommend Chili’s this location specifically to anybody wanting a good burger or food in general go here 10 out of 10.

Wish I could give the server Alana 10 stars. She was so sweet and attentive. Food was delicious. We got the 10.99 lunch deals, drinks, soup or salad and the most delicious hamburger. I got mine no bun with asparagus instead of fries. Such a great deal. Such a friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back.

I loved this place. I will definitely come back more often. I loved my order!! the rib was wonderfully delicious. I only have a photo of my husband's order.. I didn't take a photo of my order, but it had ribs, corn, chicken, fries, bread, and quesadilas.

First, understand this is more like a sports bar type of feel, and the customer during games has tons of energy. It's awesome if you're a sports fan, not if you have little kids or older adults that jump every time our team scores a homerun, touchdown, whatever. The server, each time, has been so polite and checked on you every now and then. The feel and atmosphere, depending on when you arrive, can be very family, first date type of feel or very high energy when a game is on. Either way, the salmon is cooked nicely, and it also goes great on the Santa fe Salad. On cleanliness I would score it a 3; there hasn't been a type when I've sat down and there was food and napkins under the table, and its always been 50/50 with leftover food on the table. Overall you have a great time and enjoy some great food.

This is my first time ever going to Chili's, and I must say I was quite impressed. The food was cooked to perfect. I had no complaints. The server was on point with our order, was patient, and even delivered our food fast and respectfully. For what we had it wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be. I would definitely go again. Their Carne Asada wasn't bad. I expected it to be quite flavorless, was surprised. Now don't expect backyard, family at the park Carne Asada, but it was good. Their black beans was not for me, the Pico de Gallo in them was a surprise. Not for me, didn't mind them at the same time. Do look into their happy hour timeframes. Definitely worth it!

What a great deal from a well know restaurant chain. I got the 3 for $10 and I’m amazed on the portion and flavor. Cajun chicken pasta is not spicy so go for it! Friendly staff and in case you can do happy hour, amazing deals on drinks and appetizers. Great job.

The staff are very friendly here and the food is always fresh and delicious. The waitress even gave us fresh chips and salsa when we asked for a to-go container for the ones we were eating.

Came here for happy hour on a Thursday night. Service was great, food was ok but happy hour prices made up for it! Wasn't too crowded, sat in the bar area. Parking is shared with other businesses in the plaza but easy to find parking. Lots of TVs for sports, etc. No sound though for the games but maybe for a big game (playoffs, Superbowl, etc)

Seating outside. Very good service. Food a bit subpar. My Texas toast was very good, along with the appetizers. My family's coke drinks were very watered down but a little better on second round. Having the alcoholic drinks was best part along with the service.

Server was great. I'll give them 4 stars cause service is typically good. Seems kitchen was having an off day. We had to ask for our food 3x.

Good food. Great staff. The booth I sat on however the seat felt liked it needed to be changed or re cushioned. Food was a little too salty for my taste; Chicken enchilada soup and the sauteed mushrooms on my burger. Overall still a good dining experience

It's been years since I have had Chili's. I remember that I liked a couple of their burgers, but that's about all I can recall from the menu. Fast forward quite a few years, and as I'm driving around with the family you'll hear me utter the familiar words of anyone who has ever eaten in a Chili's restaurant..."I guess we can go to Chili's, I can't think of anything else". I walked in mumbling something under my breath about eating at a Chili's. But I was pleasantly surprised. They have great specials, the food was good, and so was the service. I was pleasantly surprised, and I will definitely be going back there again.

It was so nice to get out and eat out. The 3 for 10 bucks is a deal. Everything we ordered was delicious. Our server was very attentive. Overall my family and I had a terrific experience and will definitely be back again and again and again!

Chili's is always a reliable choice for a casual dining experience. I recently tried their Baby Back Ribs, and they were fall-off-the-bone tender with just the right amount of smoky flavor. The service was prompt, and the atmosphere was lively. Can't wait to go back!

Nice and homely looking restaurant with friendly staff, plenty of parking and very cheap for the quality of the food provided. We went for burgers, fries, salads and ice teas and all were hot, delicious, well presented and cooked in a timely fashion. Would definitely visit again if I wasn’t flying back to the UK tomorrow 😞

Wow this location is surrounded by beautiful views of the mountains. Also, this Chili's has a very professional management team and the staff was extremely courteous.

This chili has done a pretty good job of maintaining food quality. And the soda is always fizzy. Our waiters have been pretty friendly these last few visits. In terms of atmosphere, I can’t say that I loved all of my fellow patrons, but on balance they’ve been pretty good. Otherwise it’s a good ambience… Fitting for Chilis. Also, they usually have baseball entertainment on one of their mini widescreen TVs hanging in the dining area. I like that because it’s baseball season and I try to stay informed.

Family ate here and the service was good! However something here made me sick. I can't prove this restaurant is at fault as I'm the only one of the 4 of us that fell ill. I do know that this is the first time I have had this happen at a chilies.

Good prices by today's standards. Painfully loud at times when major sports events shown on tv. Or families with screaming or shrieking infants combined with irresponsible parents are combined.

I ordered a triple dipper, which had one of the sliders undercooked, and the chicken crispers were really tough, and one had a weird grey color to the meat. I didn't eat them, I literally fed it to my dogs. Also, a salad we ordered had really old slimy brown lettuce, it was inedible as well. I checked the box for including utensils but it came with none. I paid $37.63 for a mostly inedible meal. What a waste of money

Got one of the $8 lunch specials. I only got 9 fries. Wasn't sure if they cut back on it or if they served our table from one batch. 3 kids and 2 adults meals, one kid had 12 fries. Service was great, food was alright.

The place is nice. Don't order the rib eye. Is not a rib eye. Is a center cut that you make stew out of it. If you add shrimp is a joke. Six pop corn shrimps for 6 $. Side dishes veey good. I ordered the steak medium and came well done. Service is kind of slow, employees don't look happy.

Great prices! Decent food. The drinks are a deal during their happy hour. This is definitely a place for a bargain splurge with friends to drink chat and eat. The molten lava cake is a must... everyone needs to try that.

I like this place, but the tables, benches, and floors need a good cleaning daily. The floors have food remnants and so do the benches on the booth benches with tears in the cloths. The tables smell from previous food, oftentimes appear greasy and need to be cleaned with something other than the same wet cloth used over and over. Finally, the utensils have to be replaced often because they have food particles on them or have grease that has solidified on the forks and knives.

The food is okay but they really need to upgrade this location. This location also seems to be dirty.

Trash in front of the restaurant, noo trash can. Trash on the floor in waiting area and when mentioned to employee was handed menus and invited to seat ourselves. Would not recommend this location that used to be our favorite.

The service was great but the wings were so tough it was like eating bark that someone poured a bunch of bbq sauce on. Ugh! So disappointed and the ranch dressing wad watered down. What gives?!

Haven’t been to a Chili’s 🌶 for a long time. Now I remember why. Food here is not bad, but it’s not great either. Plus, I hate when restaurants charge you for the chips and salsa which I thought were mediocre as well. The staff and the service was great!

Did an online order a few weeks ago, the order on the reciept was correct, however the food we received was not. We called to rectify this, the manager said he was unable to do anything over the phone but will send out some vouchers....we recieved nothing. Today we to eat in the restaurant, the service was even worse. Had to ask for a drink refill 3 times. Food came out without any silverware or plates. Had to ask 4 different staff members to get them for us. By the time they did, the food was cold. The waiter seemed uninterested and made us repeat everything, very distracted. Huge shame!

Have eaten there many times yet I’ve never had a good meal. Way too salty, oversized portions. Quantity versus quality.

Unfortunately, this place was much worse than I remembered. Food is cheap and average (but that was always the case), the service was incredibly slow at a non-busy time, wait-staff seemed stressed out and sometimes rude, and I'd see tables not get cleaned for like, 20+ minutes. The chicken crispers are WAY smaller than they used to be. The saving grace is you can get a tasty, albeit watered down margarita for $5 and also the cookie ice cream dessert is FANTASTIC.

It was good but I got food poisoning from my dish unfortunately. I got the fajitas with chicken and steak.

Food was not soo great. Drinks gave me a stomachache and although servers were friendly and cool, the food was not so great.

Plenty of parking nearby and designated spots on the side for curbside pickup which is fairly smooth. The service here is very spotty and can be a hit or miss and is never consistently delicious. Not the friendliest with substitutions for those with allergies/dietary restrictions but today was disturbing. Ordered a ribeye medium with broccoli and a side of avocado which is extra and can’t be a substitution even though the other sides weren’t in line with the dietary restrictions. No big deal, that is until the avocado slices that k requested come out all brown with spots and they didn’t even try to hide it. I brought it to their attention and they returned it with the same avocado slices but with the sauce from the sirloin to cover it up. Needless to say, whomever was cooking today could be doing this to others. In the multiple times we’ve come here, no issues with refills of drinks but plenty of issues with meals. There are plenty of other restaurants in the same shopping center worthy of your business :)

Came in at 3:30 pm.... they ignored us for 20 minutes before we could get a table. We ordered right away since we knew what we wanted. It took another 20 minutes to get our iced tea. Not impressed with the service at all.

Waiter ignored our table. Took my husband 15 min to get his attention to tell him his steak was cooked wrong. Took my glass for a refill I was done with my meal a good 10 min before we got his attention to remind him he was getting a refill and another 10 to get drink. He was past our table numerous times, just blatantly ignored us. Will NEVER eat here again.

I frequent this place once or twice a week buying $55-70 dollars worth of food for my family; I have the same order for the most part sometimes I add dessert. I always pay extra for the sauces and whatever else and tip these guys. However, today after putting in my order and waiting... I paid and I got one tiny sauce with my food, so I said can you give me another one, he said sure and went in to order it in the kitchen then came back and charged it on the register for an order of $1.80. They should respect themselves more than this and actually just give it. I mean it doesn't even cost then 2 cents for a bit of ranch or whatever... If my order was 5-10$ I would understand but after paying $63 dollars I think they should have a bit more common sense than to charge for something this silly. On top of this my molten lava cake was at the bottom of the food and all the fajita sauces and oils was inside of it. Went to the trash immediately. I will no longer frequent this restaurant. That' me saving at least 400$ a month. Worst service ever. Though some of their staff is nice, Carl and whoever else was working today knew nothing of customer service. I believe Carl is the manager- and if he is, he's the worst one I've met.

A MOST CONFUSING EXPERIENCE!!?? Looked up Happy hr for west hills sounded good so I went..I live in west hills. Have eaten here for last 20 + years NEVER had bad experience till now. No one knew what was offered OR pricing..??! Had to look on line?? ! Massive bait and switch !! STAFF under bus..right till check out. Like another country.. horrible experience. Put on defense!!! My wife and I will never be returning to this Chili's location. Andrew the "Manager" has a horrible disposition and the service is just as bad. We visited this location today 12/21/16 for dinner. We were excited to try the new smokehouse items they have available. It took 15 minutes to actually get our order in because our server just didn't return to take our order and to add insult to injury people that were sat well after we were, not only got their food, they seemed to get much better service than we were receiving. When we finally got our food, it was though it had been sitting for quite sometime and was at best luke warm. It took another 10 minutes for the server to return so that we could have some fresh food brought out. She took our fries and never returned. I had to get up and request a manager to come speak with us. Insert Andrew the rude manager! He approached the table with an attitude and spoke to us with such a condescending tone, and asked if wanted to box our food up that was cold and not very good. Why would we want to take anything home? Andrew was extremely rude and borderline disrespectful telling us we could just get up and go now and blaming the horrible service on the holidays (the restaurant wasn't very busy at all). This is not how you handle a customer complaint and problem. They need to retrain these servers and mangers immediately!

Worst experience for food and drinks ever. Their "16oz" drinks were more like 10oz drinks and the southwest egg rolls were 90% spinach, had no corn and barely any chicken. Don't believe me look at the photos I have posted. These don't look anything like their egg rolls used to. It looks like old spinach dip stuffed into a fried tortilla. 3 10oz drinks and 3 egg rolls cost $34 and some change? Chilis is now a gross disgusting excuse for food. Go somewhere else.

So sad. This place has gone down down down, think it may be the location cause i have been to others and get phenomenal service. The guy who serve me and my dtr ignore us then served the couple and their child next to us who came in 10 minutes after us waiting. He sat us near the kitchen/ restroom section so we moved . We had to flag him down for containers and the machine did not work so he had to take it and gave us a receipt with nothing itemized that we ordered, just the total. Anyway, it was my dtr treat but we will probably go somewhere else.

Waitress was rude Genesis was the name I believe. Manager Mitchell was also rude They tried to get away with swiping my card for a while nother bill with out my permission But the female manager handled everything very well I believe the waitress is a scammer. Got the triple dipper - threw it after one bite. Honestly one of the worst things I’ve had in my life. The beef was bad, the sauces were fat and sticky and the mozzarella sticks were disgusting. I couldn’t believe someone would serve this thing to people- it’s a safety hazard. Never go there.

Walked in with my kid and they cant even hand you a kids menu nor start by asking for what you'd like to drink. Walked out. I get better Customer Service at the nearby McDonald's why would I spend more money in a sit down restaurant to not even be seated and taken cared of properly. I left with my kid and now we are going elsewhere.

Had a terrible experience, upon arrival when checking in for the wait list. The hostess failed to put our name down, then proceeds to put three other groups that arrived after us on making our wait longer. When checking in we mentioned there was two adults, one child, and one baby. After waiting 25 minutes, we got the text saying our table was ready. We get to the table and request a high chair, to be told they don't have any available. The problem isn't them being out of high chairs, the problem is them failing to notify us before hand. When checking in, seeing us with a little baby who clearly can't sit independently, we should have been informed that there was a shortage on high chairs. Did they really expect us to hold our baby while trying to eat? The fact they never bothered mentioning it until we asked is in my view terrible customer service.

Ok so first of all i like the customer service but the food was fatal the baby back ribs were not baby back ribbing they were super dry and so small! literally the worst chilis ive been to, and the mac and cheese was very doughy like it was more dough than cheese! never coming back to this LOCATION ever again.

The experience was horrible. The food was warm and it wasn’t even hot. The chicken was hard as a rock. Our waiter didn’t even come by only 1 time and that was to take our order. The whole experience was just less than mediocre

Rigth at 7:30 pm on 02/01/2026 I ask the host young white lady to switch my table since I got a table next to the bar it was so noisy she said the table I got is what i get and in I did not like it I had to go back to make line again I told her that it was lots of unoccupied tables there how ever she didn't care because she said they were busy, Considering this service unacceptable we walk out this place and went to the Red Lobster just few steps away where they gladly took good care of me and my family shame on this host that caused the lost of a sale for this corp good for Red Lobster because they got the money that was for chili's don't recommend this place. Unless you don't care the way they serve their customers.

We visited this place on Sunday around 9 PM, and the experience was disappointing. We ordered 18 wings but got 17 drums and only 1 flat. When I asked the waiter, he said they “can’t guarantee flats” — which was surprising to hear. My vegan burger patty was also overcooked and dry. What really put me off was that the staff started cleaning the floors while we were still eating and even left a broom right next to my kids. It felt careless and unsanitary. This place definitely needs a refresher on food handling and overall dining etiquette.

We were a party of 6 for a birthday. The lady serving us told us 10min wait, they were busy but the parties ahead kept going and getting seated. About 30 min in of waiting, we were seated and still waited an additional of 25min. No one acknowledged us or told us that we were going to be served. I understand the atmosphere was busy but no one acknowledged us nor said the wait was going to take too long. It was very disappointing and of course we were hungry. We decided to leave and still no one took a min to apologize us but they thought that we were leaving without paying when we decided to leave. Oh well, maybe next time.
