I've been a customer at IHOP for a few months. The food here is absolutely delicious. I was impressed by one of your waitresses. Her name is Shelby. She was friendly, attractive, and goes above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable dining experience. She truly cares about her guests.

This was the best experience ever! The manager told my 4 year old son before we were sat that he would work on getting him ice cream. And boy did he follow through. At the end of our meal he walked out with a bowl of ice cream and every topping they had on the plate. My son was in ah. He made my son's day which completely made my day. Our server, Miguel was nothing but wonderful as well. It was the best experience we have ever had! Thank you to the IHOP team! Your much appreciated!

Great place to get breakfast anytime! I love the inlets! Sometimes kids eat free. Always quick service at this location! Update.... Still great food. I love coming here for daddy daughter dates.

Fastest breakfast place, good service, food was also delicious. Crispy hash browns are definitely where it's at.

Friendly prompt service, great menu selection, fair prices, good hot tasty food. Scrambled eggs with ham bits and crispy hash browns is great for six bucks.

Probably the nicest IHOP I have ever visited. Food was great, and the place was really pretty clean. Would definitely eat here again.

After church my friend Marriah and her kids joined me for brunch at ihop. There was a little bit of a wait but we got in and got seated. It was two kids meals and two smal meals. Food was good and our server was nice. We even got to see Will Mr Happy. Good brunch and dont forget about those kid menues with Crayons. I am glad the kids didnt eat the crayons. See ya next time.

Quality and taste at its best. Though P in IHOP means pancake but pancake of Spangles tastes better than IHOP, quantity is more in IHOP. We tried drinks too and they are awesome Update- Many vegetarian options now. Chocolate chocolate chip pancake was awesome.

Great service provided by Miguel food was hot and good. Only thing is that this location lacks cleaning, floors sticky visible dust/dirt under tables and benches and glass doors very smudged. Could use a good cleaning.

Our waitress, Starla, was awesome! She was so kind and so quick to help us out! Unfortunately, this locations serving sizes seem to be on the thinner side so please plan accordingly for your visit. I would not suggest getting a steak and egg breakfast here, but its IHOP (International House of PANCAKES) so, ya know, do with that what you will. All in all this location is clean, the staff are friendly and kind, and the pancakes are as they're expected to be.

Well…it is ihop. Food wise pancakes getting greasier. Similar with the rest, the choice of syrup has reduced. Last time they used to have many choices on the table. Perhaps no one use the rest except for maple syrup. Service kinda meh. Atmosphere same like the rest.

I didn't catch the name of the waiter, but he sucked. He actually got out order correct, surprising because we had to repeat it multiple times and he kept repeating back incorrectly. However, my water and coffee was empty so I pushed them to the edge of the table. He passed us 4 times without even asking if I wanted more, when we finally got our food, he once again didn't ask. I was going to see how long it would take, but my woman finally stopped him and asked for more water, once again he didn't say anything about the coffee and my water, so she said can he get coffee and water too.... However, he forgot my water at that point I didn't care anymore, I was done eating and ready to go. I'll make sure we never get him again...

After getting a bad waiter, and overpriced food I was then asked to pay my bill and leave so he could go home because it was shift change and he wanted to clock out and go.

Walked in and they told us they just got done from being swamped despite not a single soul being in the restraunt other than us. Waited 20 mins as they cleaned every table and still proceeded to not seat us. We ended up just walking out.

Whoever was on the phone at 12:27am was extremely rude. I called trying to cancel my order and I got hung up on. I understand the business is busy but that is simply not my problem and should not be taken out on customers. 0/10 if I could put that.

Me and my girlfriend went in for breakfast around 11 am. We were seated pretty quickly however it took them 15 minutes to get our drink order. Coffee and water. They brought the coffee out another 10 minutes later and toon our food order. I ordered the big steak omelet and she ordered pancakes. Another 5-10 minutes goes by and we have our food. The salsa container they brought with the omelet was only 1/8th full and the waiter asked if we needed any thing else. I asked for more salsa and the water is ordered almost 20 minutes ago. Then I bit into the omelet and it hit me. It smelled rotten. I’m not sure if it was the mushrooms or what. I had my girl smell it and she almost threw up. We then left the store. Will not be going back. Bad service and bad food.
