Haven’t gone to this McDonald’s in a while but today they got my order wrong at the drive through. HOWEVER the manager Johanna did a great job and fixed it on the spot! She was professional and very courteous. Great customer service!

Ordered a simple double cheeseburger with fries and a drink. My drink tasted awful. Like it was expired or something did not taste sweet at all. Burger was dry, burnt and buns were way to hard.

When you are hungry, McDonald is the one of the solution. We were on the journey towards Caves in San Antonio and it was amazing experience of nature. Found out McDonald and ate mouthful of bargers

How can every McDonald's be this incompetent in every state? Food is made well and tastes scrumptious but every single time they leave an item out of the bag. Does any McDonald's strive for excellence and care?

this location is typically pretty standard for a McDonald’s however tonight’s experience left me feeling some kind of way. I ordered on the app for the drive thru and when I arrived they were taking orders in both lanes. I was left waiting at the speaker for at least 5 minutes while multiple cars were passing in the other lane. I pulled up to the window to the let them know I had a mobile order and no one was attending to the speaker. the girl at the window was very polite but parked us for our order which is understandable because we didn’t get to check in at the speaker. I ordered a hot n spicy and a few other items and my hot n spicy had onions on it. onions don’t even come on the mcchickens or any of the chicken items for that matter. I was very disappointed that my mouth was left tasting like onion after one bite and I wasnt able to enjoy my hot n spicy that I know and love :( I love a good McDonald’s run and unfortunately this time I was let down.

About ready to give up on McDonald’s all together. How is it a drivethru when I’m always asked to go pull into a spot and wait for an unspecified amount of time. I’ll say it’s 50/50 my fault. I’m supposed to know the exact address location for two different McDonald’s both located in Schertz on I-35. Once arrived we see a line wrapped around the building. 10-15 minutes just to give out mobile order number. Another 5-10 minutes to get out drinks and be told to park. +-15 minutes to get our food McDonald’s is no longer fast, convenient or good. Our food was lukewarm warm which tells me it had to be sitting out until they finally realized they had to bring it to us. The smarter choice would have been to order from a restaurant and pick up at our designated time. Similar price and better quality.

Disappointed. Went through the drive-thru for a couple of Big Macs and Chicken McNuggets around 2:50p. There were quite a few vehicles in front of us. Everything went well until we got the Big Macs home. The so-called meat was thinner than a cracker and dry. The cheese looked like it was just placed inside the burger and in the bag. It looked like it had been sitting in the kitchen for a while. Who's doing the quality control at that location?? Two stars go to the friendly order taker, cashier and person handing out the order. I should have checked the order before leaving. Update 10/14/2023: We tried to place a order through the drive-thru on 10/13/2023 at 6:41pm and they told us they couldn't take any more orders. Guess they didn't have enough staff to fill their orders. Ended up going elsewhere.

Manager on this place is super rude. They denied our order and told us to go through the drive-through where we’re ready in sight. They need to teach the manager more manners. She is one of the rude persons in this place. She gave me my refund back and had to go through the drive-through.

Went on the morning of Feb. 17 around 10;30ish. Ordered like normal, went up and payed. When I finally got to the 2nd window, I was handed the wrong order. They said they didn’t see my order and asked how long ago I made it, told them a couple mins ago.i found the receipt and it wasn’t mine, my order had two meals with two drinks. After a couple mins they said they refunded the money and redid the order. After they gave me the “correct order” it was missing half of it, staff seemed annoyed at this point. Finally got the missing items, but when we got home… realized we were missing the drinks, and the sauce packets we specifically asked for at the second window. This McDonald’s is ok most of the time, don’t know where the mixup happened but that was just a terrible experience.

Freezing cold, no grown ups working here. Kids cracking jokes using fowl language not paying attention to why they are getting paid. Food was cold by the time we got it. Constant laughing, yelling and carrying on to the point of obnoxiousness. It was slow and we still waited long times for everything we needed. Felt like we had lunch in the local jr high without teachers. To top it off the bathrooms were filthy.

The service was horrible. I waited forever, and I didn't receive the correct order. I ordered a hot honey chicken sandwich, and received a bun with a random sauce and no chicken on it. JUST TOMATOES! I'LL NEVER BE BACK! DO BETTER!

They are refusing to serve the Big Mac Grinch meal for some reason. When we politely asked why, the staff snapped at me "idk, do you want to talk to a manager" ... I was just asking no. So I ordered and told my husband. He decided to call to see if he could get clarification. Just seemed weird because they are still selling the standard Big Mac meals. The manager was extremely rude and snapped. We can understand it coming down from the management but the aggression when asking is uncalled for. If they were completely out of Big Macs it would be more understandable on why they weren't selling it as the Grinch meal. The last time we tried to go to the location when they did the cups, we almost didn't get the cups. I ordered on the app, and did curbside. I checked my order after I got my food before I left and didn't have the cups. So I went inside and asked for them but received attitude at that time as well saying they were in the bag and I must have taken them out. Accusing me of trying to get extra. I literally left without them and had to call at a different shift so I could go back and actually get the cups. So this is a consistent issue at the particular location. Definitely won't go back to this location after this.

Sent my wife to get lunch to be able to order the Grinch Big Mac meal (This item is not a online order only item) and she was told they COULD NOT do it so went in side and they still would not allow her to order the item. When calling in the manager on duty at 3:04ish was extremely rude in tone and attitude. Started off the call being agressive and stating there just following there bosses order's and would refuse to give me there name and would only advise to go to the online help website to get assistance for this issue. They stated they did not want to run out of big mac products cause they did not have the available products to meet the demands for people who wanted socks and big macs meals so would ONLY allow for people to order the 10 piece meal. Manager did hang up on me when Asking for there name and telling them there conduct did not need to come off the way it was. I hope who ever is leading this store reads this and works with there employees and sets better standards for this location cause regardless of the situation that level of treatment is terrible and I will be reaching out to corporate

Took 15 minutes to get through the drive thru, employee were short and barely said 2 words, and when they get home I'm missing some of my food. Absolutely inexcusable. Avoid this location unless you like being ignored and getting the wrong order. Edit for reply: The link requires the store number from the receipt which I threw away days ago. Guess you don't really care what people have to say if you make reporting it impossible without information from over a week prior. Way to act like you care when you clearly don't

Ordered food for delivery and missing a full meal. Tried to blame door dash for the meal missing and the bags are sealed. Was very rude about it on the phone when I called. Spoke to two people and one was a manager. They will not send the meal or honor a refund. Recommend hiring someone who has better customer service and who can actually pay attention and get orders right.

Had a mobile order that let me place inside pickup. Went to the door which they locked right before I opened it. I said I had a mobile order pickup and instead of giving me my food they told me I had to go into the drive thru line where there was already 10 cars. If I wanted to pick my food up from the drive thru then I would have set drive thru. Wasted 45 min in a line for food that was cold because it was sitting there on the pickup counter. And there was no drink. Worst experience and this location always has issues.

Again today , I came to this McDonald's and I ordered again through the drive-thru they took my order and they told me to park in a parking space to wait for my order. About 20 minutes later everybody was leaving except me I walked in there and I asked a female attended if she knew if my order was ready. She responded very rude in front of their management. Their management step in and attended me and I told him I have been waiting for 20 minutes just checking up on my order and he immediately started to serve my order I told him why does he let's his employees disrespect the customers he did not respond. This is not the first time I had an incident with these employees and I have made a report to McDonald's main office I do not know if the owner doesn't get involved or repriments his employees for disrespecting customers. Like I said the first time this business is open because customers go and pay for the owner salary the employee salaries please owner get involved with your team and make them respect customers. But then again I will never never my life go into this business and for all the customers that are looking for the reviews please don't go in this place it is a very disappointing well in general McDonald's sucks
