Stood there for a while before someone eventually helped me. On top of spending as much as I did. They still forgot some of my order

It's getting better. Church's in wharton used to be the best chicken ever back in the 90s with the manager Mike. When Mike left, so did the good food and good service. I have it another try last week and it wasn't too bad. The place needs some renovations and the service is a little slow, but the food was fresh.

The fries where not hot like. most places, nor was any of the sides.Chicken was not hot as if it was sitting waiting on the next customer. Overall the food was okay they just need to pay attention to the hottnes of food and i dont mean keeping chicken above warmers.

The staff seem super okay and they’re trying their very best ! I believe with time and dedication this place can get back up to where it was back then !

Mmmmmmm. What can I say about Church's ! The food is good but they need more English employees. (I'm Spaniard so I can say that.) Other than that, the lobby needs to be cleaned more often and the restrooms.

The workers straight up don’t even speak English so my order was wrong and I wasn’t going to waste my time fixing it. The chicken sandwich was alright but not as good as Popeyes.

I ordered a 3 piece with spicy rice. Drove home, sit at the table to eat and discovered side item missing. I called the store but no one answered the phone. Inexcusable!

Chicken over cooked. I bought food that cost $10 but cashier charged my card $109. They acknowledged the mistake and credited my account back. It took about 3 days though.

We arrived in the morning when they were just opening expecting fresh food. Unfortunately we got a cup of greasy dirty rice that was more like a soup and a tasteless chalky Buffalo sauce on the boneless wings we ordered that didnt even stick to the wings. The oversized container for 4 of the tiniest boneless wings ever didn't make sense to me. The chicken sandwhich was bland and unsatisfactory. The crispy chicken wrap was okay but could have been bigger. The only thing that was almost decent were the chicken tenders. Church's had been away from our town for years and is just now returning. I doubt I will be going back though.

The experience was absolutely awful, there was flies, the staff was not enjoyable, the order was completely wrong pretty much every single thing was incorrect, even the mac and cheese was burnt on the bottom two thirds of the tiny cup they gave, also they just tossed some of our food into the bag and not even bothered to put them into the boxes.

Went in tables was dirty. Waited for awhile to take my order. Food was not fresh. One of the employees was wearing a plastic apron. He went to the bathroom with it on. Came out went back to work with the same one on. Never changed it.

We got 4 dried up wings the size of my pinkie finger. Will never, NEVER go back to that location. I could have done better at Whartin Hartz Chicken.

I called to make an order they let the phone keep ringing and ringing. I called back 6 times until they answered. A guy got on the phone I told him I wanted to see if they were open to make an order for Strike pipe line and he hung up on me! It's 50 of us out here working and its ashamed that this churches didn't want to serve us.

My boyfriend is a truck driver and one thing about a driver is that they just want a hot meal. He went to church's and waited a very long time. People in line waiting for some tea, then they don't make any more once they run out,why cause they too last lazy to make more. Someone needs to report this store to general manager and if they won't do anything I will personally go over anyone's head to fix this problem. Church's chicken in Wharton Texas has got to be the most disgusting place to eat. I wouldn't give the good to my dog. If you have people working in there and they don't barely speak English and dont know how to make food there then they need to go back to Mexico and learn to speak right before coming to America. This is America . McDonald's w ouod never tell a customer we ran out we would tell them I will make you fresh tea. I see you that this nasty place won't last long when I finish telling them everything I have seen and heard from this rat hole place

They were "out of" okra. The biscuits were cold and hard, the 9 tenders I ordered was 8 tenders and one discolored one or a piece of fish. Not sure and just threw it away. Gross. I'm discusted at the way this place has went down. Not going here again!
