Delicious and strong specialty drinks, great extended beer list. Food is delicious, and portions were generous. A really great relaxing pub to have a date, or night out with friends. I definitely recommend this place!
Spent a lot of my time in white plains in here , great bar , pleasant staff and service , didn't try the food but everyone was always eating so I'm sure it was great
First time I came here was for their milkshakes! They’re amazing. Then the next times I came when I was 21 haha. I love this place! The food is great and the staff are very friendly. They’re always asking if you need anything. Very very attentive. The craft beers are my fave. Best place in WP
I'm a regular there on Thursday nights right after work. Fast service/ great food/ great staff
Must try the tequila citrus wings 😍...best wings ever. And the prices are great as well...one of my favorite hangout spots...will drive all the way from the south bronx at 10pm just to get 20 tequila wings before the kitchen closes. Always worth the food and the drive. Never rowdy, the staff is always friendly, and great for a date, hanging out with friends, or jus a great place to catch a game after work or so...HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! keep it up guys...
Easily the best traditional bar in Westchester. A wide selection of craft beers on tap and bottled available for your enjoyment to compliment the famous wings in town - Tequila Citrus. Don't rush, enjoy and thank me later.
This place has ruined burgers for me. As in this is the best burger you’ll have in your life. I always get the McBoy which is like if a Big Mac was top quality, but I’ve tried the Big Bleu too and that’s also effing amazing. Whoever the chef is deserves to be a millionaire. Seriously the ingredients are always super fresh and the food is incredible. You can just tell they have hella integrity and pride in what they do back in the kitchen. More white Plains restaurants should take note!
Came here with a few coworkers after work for a few drinks. Atmosphere is dope! And nice chill vibe. And Charlie, the bar tender.....ohhhhh Charlie is to die for!!! The drinks were so good.... me and my coworkers couldn't look each other in the eyes the next day.😂😂😂😂 Thanks Charlie!!!
Ordered via online at 11pm the food came fast and it was pretty good. Sometimes when you receive your food you will get something Thats just not up to par, i honestly didn't think my shrimp wrap would be so perfectly seasoned and well cooked. Thank you!! Will be ordering again soon
I've been coming here since the turn of the century specifically for their wings. The food in this place is cooked correctly the flavor is robust and i highly recommend it all, but oh man, the wings. Great nightlife atmosphere, with friendly people and a hip crowd on the weekend. Gets a bit crowded but the place is phenomenal and the girls are gorgeous. And those wings. So delicious. Did I mention the wings? They come in different flavors but the original sauce is the best. There's plenty of seating for you and a few friends or you can order out. They have a great take out menu, with all the food you'd find on the menu.
I've been going here since I was 21, and I have two adult kids!!! So yes, they rock!!!! Solid service, awesome wings, and great beer/drinks!
Food is great. Their wings are juicy just how I like them. The sauces are delicious. They even sell their very own hot sauces. They have bottles on the table to try at your leisure. Their mule drink is really rich and oh my god amazing. Never tasted anything quite like it. Staff is great and attentive. The place is clean and cozy.
Not sure why there’s bad reviews for this place lol. Food is amazing, drinks are great and the service is too. I’m convinced I had the best buffalo chicken wrap here. Highly recommend!!
Great food and great beer selection. The marinated skirt steak sandwich is amazing also the lazy boy sandwich which is its grilled chicken fresh mozzarella roasted peppers and bacon. Incredible Wings including a variety of sauces to choose from. Go for the tequila Citrus and the honey barbecue. I also saw pictures of their amazing milkshakes. Definitely will have to try one next time I'm in here.
Very good food. I had the ribs and have to say it's my new favorite non steakhouse ribs. It is seriously fall off the bone, I picked up a bone and it slid right out, grabbed a 2nd one, slid right out. After sliding 4 bones out it was time to grab a fork and just chow down on pure rib meat! Great taste too.
While looking for a bar to have a good time with friends in White Plains, I came across this place. the gentlemen at the door was very nice and informative. He quickly accommodated a table for us. We had such a great time. Drinks were great and food delicious. The bartender was awesome!!
You have to taste their avocado appetizer! I think about this dish all of the time. I went with a friend on a beautiful afternoon and sat outside. So what if it's outdoor seating on a main street. It was nice, good company and good bites! CDC guidelines followed.
Great, chill bar. Staff is attentive and friendly. Always have many options of beer on tap, and their food is really good. Still have to try other options but the clam chowder, wings, and the citrus tequila shrimp wrap are so on point and delicious.
I've been coming to this place for years now..Definitely the spot for some good wings, burgers, craft beers and other things. I gotta come here atleast once a week for the wings. The staff is always cool and super friends. Keep up the great service..
Best bar in White Plains hands down, Alyssa's are the absolute best bartender in the world. So disappointed that I moved away, can't wait to see you all again soon next time I'm back up there!
Hands down best wings in the entire NY metro area. I am really a wing guy. I have at least 25-30 places to compare them to in the NY metro area and at least 10-15 places to compare them to in Westchester. Beyond that I have probably over 100 places to compare these wings to overall and these are definitely top 3 for me and arguably the best wings I have ever had. My favorites are the traditional buffalo wings, and the tequila citrus. I have also had the BBQ and they are also very good. Besides the wings, the have excellent Pub food all around. I have enjoyed the lobster grilled cheese, the buffalo chicken wrap, the fries are great, and everything I have had here has been great. Then you get to the beer. Lazy Boy has the best beer selection in the area. They have hundreds of options, many of them local and they are always changing. You could never get through their whole list, but it would be fun to try. This is my favorite place bars on the wings/food and beer selection. The atmosphere seems similar to most places on Mamaroneck Ave. it is a great place to watch a game based on the wings (which the buffalo style are half off during games) and beer. Also, if you’re watching a Giants game they have the sound on!
To me, this is a restaurant that also has a bar. I've never ordered a dish from here that I did not enjoy. In my opinion this place has the best wings in white plains. The customer service is great. The beer and drinks are good as well
One of the top kitchens & menus within downtown white plains, with plenty of weekly specials and enjoyable dishes.
Had THE BEST truffle mac and cheese and service I've had in a while. Sammi was my waitress and was super kind and made my whole night. The bartender made me an espresso martini with a foamy top that was nothing short of LEGENDARY! thank you
A very casual non crowded place with a comfortable relaxed atmosphere. Not to say the place doesn't get busy but it's different than your usual White Plains hot spot places. You can still go out on a Friday or Saturday night but not wrapped in all the crazy scenes. The bar tender is friendly and accommodating. A place worth checking out.
Nice place, great burger. Service was good but nothing special.
Their signature wings (Tequila Lime) and potato skins were amazing!!!
Electric dining/bar experience with great food, very polite staff especially our waitress Audry the place was a bit crowded but she navigated through each table quickly and never left us hungry or feeling alone, Godbless workers like her!
First time here and my friends and I will definitely be back. A few people suggested we try this spot and it did not disappoint. The beer was awesome and I tried two of them. We all ordered wings, fried pickles, sliders, avocado something and sweet potato fries. We all agreed, everything was delicious and it didn’t take long to come after placing our orders. The atmosphere was great with music. It’s a small spot and fills up quick. Definitely check it out, if you haven’t.
Loved everything about this place! Definitely recommend the tequila citrus wings and gouda cheese bites. They have a bartender named Lola and she is very attentive and makes excellent drinks! Also, when we get a table Dana (a server) always takes care of us very well. I’m happy to say I’m a regular here!
I've been twice and this place has already become my favorite wing spot. Trust me, I know good wings. I wanted half garlic parmesan and half buffalo. They ended up mixing the 2 and it was the best mistake ever. Had the opportunity to enjoy a few drinks and dessert. Very good. The vibe was nice on a Friday night. Great experience. The only con was that I didn't enjoy the short ribs meal on the special menu. Overall, I'm looking forward to trying other items on the menu and I will definitely be ordering the wings every time I go!
I feel limited in my ability to comment on this place because I've only been there for lunch a handful of times. I haven't tried the beers, the cocktails, seen what the crowd is like at night or tried much of the menu. But the Lazy Boy sandwich and the wings are absolutely delicious. I haven't had a bad meal here yet, but then I always order the same food 😅 Make of that what you will
I always get Tequila Citrus Wings and Fries and they are always top notch! They also have a great New Egland Clam Chowder 💯‼️
5 stars for the food and service. They have excellent wings and our server was very pleasant.
I showed up Saturday evening after several failed attempts to find a place to eat. We went to a concert at the Westchester county Center. They were the only place that took us in to eat. It was worth it. We left there ar 1am. Food was great, i had a burger.
Alyssa is hands down one of the best bartenders and Santos is right there with her. Together, they truly make this place shine with their top notch service. And let’s not forget, the citrus wings are always the main attraction !
Relatively good food that’s reasonably priced but took a bit long to serve or we could have been hungry. I thank Ms. Claire for the hot water that I requested. The Saloon in on a major thoroughfare and has a good atmosphere with high ceilings so it’s spacious. I liked my right portioned soft chicken tacos with guacamole & salsa. I wish the plantain was riper with two more slices and less rice. My husband was satisfied with his sandwich and French fries.
TASTE: The Buffalo Wings were super savory and spicy. It came with some celery sticks as well. The French fries were seasoned nicely with what looked like parsley. SERVICE: The service was timely. I only waited 10-15 minutes. I believe you can order online. AVAILABILITY: There is seating available and it was pretty clear when I arrived. I was allowed to wait in a seat despite only ordering my food to go. ORDERED/PRICE: TO-GO ● French Fries ($5.00) ● 10 Buffalo Wings ($13.00) ● Bonus: Came w/celery sticks
One of the best places for wings in Westchester. The wings are smaller and not as wet/saucy as some places, but they pack a great flavor profile. I prefer the buffalo wings but the tequila citrus are very popular and often liked by members of my party. Just tried the bbq last week and they were pretty tasty as well. They do a good job with burgers and specials. One of the best beer selections around.
Very nice place with an excellent selection of craft beers. Right on the Main Street so it's quiet convenient to just walk right in, service was very nice, plenty of t v's to watch the games, and overall a nice atmosphere. Food was good and straightforward, had the fried pickles and they were great.
I grew up in the area and this is one of the last bars left from the late 90s - early 2000s era. They have done some minor upgrades but basically it looks the same. The service is ok. The reason I visit this every once in a while is part nostalgia and part the wings and loaded potato skins. The area is loaded with bars and restaurants now so its worth keeping it on the list if doing Mamaroneck avenue bar crawl.
A VERY strong beer menu with anything you could really want as far as style preferences. They do have a full liquor bar as well, so all your friends can get a good drink, even if they aren't into beer at all. All that is coupled with a perfectly serviceable tex-mex inspired pub grub menu. Not terrible fancy or upscale in any way, but great when you're out for drinks. I got the Pulled Chicken Tacos which had a delightful bit of heat and flavor. The space is pretty small, so I can imagine on a busy night having some issues getting a table, but we went on a thursday evening and had no issues whatsoever.
Hi Been going here for a while but in my experience it is a hit or miss. We were there on Friday, August 16 and was not happy with the service. We waited 20 minutes before anyone came to our table. When I ordered a second drink it took almost 30 minutes for me to get my drink.
Do yourself a favor and order the tequila lime citrus wings. There's a reason they post that flavor above buffalo on the menu, it's that good! This black Angus Cheeseburger Pizza was great! I was too full to try their great burgers so compromised with this, and was happy! It was just as delicious reheated in the air fryer the next day.
Stopped here on a thursday to celebrate the start of spring break and was pleasantly surprised to find out it was trivia night! Very well organized and great atmosphere. The wings were AMAZING. We tried nearly all of them and they all were pretty much fantastic. Really big fan of the Bourbon Buffalo and Sesame BBQ.
It's a great place to go the music is awesome and the people are friendly. The bartenders are very good at what they do the drinks are A1
It's a very nice spot to go with your friends but definitely not alone. Forget about making new friends. Food are good. It's usually empty but on weekend ight it's very good ambiance good people but no way to make approach to any girls lol
I have been going to this restruant since I was 2, and I love it. You could say that they have the best wings in town! My favorite type of wings is the tequila-lime wings. However, when I went on Saturday night, they were very understaffed. There us a short waiter who was extremely rude to us. Aside from that, this is my favorite restruant in the U.S. and I still love it🤞😏
We decided to pick up to go orders. One was Ribs he said was delish! Lime Chicken with Rice, she said was fine, I got a Burger with Onions and Avacado. The meat was overcooked and not the quality expected. The place was empty and the food took a long time to cook. Generous 4 Stars. Update: I thought I would try again by eating in. Not crowded. We both used to love their Burgers. Again, the quality of the meat used has more grizzle and was overcooked again. I believe their speciality are the several Beers they carry. Where is the Best Burger in White Plains?
Nice bar and good food. It's actually 2 bars connected but they share the same menu. We visited on a Sunday evening and we chose to sit outdoors. The indoor area didn't have much table seating available. We decided to go with the penne vodka pasta and the lazy boy sandwich. This place has a an extensive menu of ales & crafts. The food was served hot and fresh, portion size was good. I definitely see us giving this place another visit.
Ordered hot buffalo wings and pickle bites. Wings tasted precooked like they were just sitting under a heat lamp, were dry as a fart and we're not spicy hot. The pickle bites just tasted like really old batter. The 2 different beers I got we're cold and fine. Probably would not go back unless it was just for a pint. Sadly didn't finish, went across the street, ordered the same things and was much better.
They apparently had some call outs so it may actually be better but the night I went, I ordered a drink and never got it. I had to go to the bar with half my table to order another round and the bartender got two wrong. We also waited 20 minutes to pay. Food and drinks were fine but amazing.
Overall, decent food. Burgers were good. However, the wings are small, dry, and overrated. That said, the atmosphere here is good and it’s been a WP staple for a longtime.
It's not terrible but sometimes whatever weirdness from the adjacent bar Whiskey Creek comes over to this bar after 10. The Mac and cheese is really good . They might want to fix their pos system or standardize their drink pricing because I've ordered the same drinks from different bartenders at different times and been charged all different prices . Always happens to friends when they're there too.
The menu looked really cool so my girlfriend and I decided to try it out. It was crowded, great sign! Nobody seemed to be seating people so some guy just said, “if you can find a seat take it!” So we did. The waitress was nice and we ordered from the happy hour menu from the online menu. We ordered 20 wings and nachos. The nachos were decent and the Buffalo wings were good. The bourbon wings weren’t good. They weren’t cooked well and the sauce seemed off a bit. The Buffalo wings were ordered after the bourbon and they took a very long time. It was busy so I assumed they were very backed up. But, they were at least crispy. At the end when we received the bill, they did not use the happy hour prices and there was $1.53 processing fee. I asked what that was for and the waitress said she had no idea, something with Covid and there’s no manager here to explain it. This was not the credit card fee, which would have been 3% more. How does the staff not have the ability to explain the bill? The happy hour pricing was only a few dollars in the end so we weren’t waiting for the adjusted bill because service really slowed down as it got busier. Not sure if we would go again. The wings were hyped up but didn’t deliver.
By far the best food out of any bar on Mamaroneck Ave, been saying their wings are better than candlelight’s. but I wish I could give it a higher score. The little things is what stops this place from being the best. I only get takeout from here these days cause the service was so bad. Whether it was waiting 15 minutes for water, or forgetting my drink order, or messing something up on the bill, there is always something wrong when I go in. Which really is a shame cause like I sad their food blows every other bar food on the Ave out of the water. Also, if the owner sees this, charging 75 cents for bleu cheese is absolutely EGREGIOUS behavior. I honestly thought it was a joke the first time the waitress told me that.
Place is historic as it's been there forever. 1st owner was the best. As the years went on the place lost it's quality New owners are decent minus the manager. Dry as toast. No personality extremely unsociable unless your a young female. Hey to each their own. Got bared for nothing didn't like my alpha male politics. Great days are gone. Hit it if there's new ownership Bartender Alyssa is awesome in and out as well as Santos
After 31 years and being one of its first customers the day the doors opened not much has changed, service and bartenders are great, not much of atmosphere food is what it is. Creative on the menu but lacking a quality of described items. Food can be done a lot better but idk if it matters. Great beer selection is a plus plus.
Don't order an entree. But we had three out of four entrees ordered that went wrong spectacularly - ribs that required a knife to break apart, stale fries, etc. Worst of all, we had to request silverware for the table (all of the food on the table required it) and they didn't have some immediately available. The server came up to our table regularly, but the food took forever to come out. It may be great for beer or burgers, and their milkshakes looked good. But we wasted two hours and decided against milkshakes because of the rest of the dinner. Overall a disappointment.
The food was good when I came in the restaurant and ordered the panini and wings, however the Uber eats service was terrible!!! I ordered a shrimp wrap and it came cold and the French fries were soggy and badly cooked. I don’t want to complain but you need to improve on delivery. And why does Uber eats state a free delivery, but when I checked I was charged a $10 fee for delivery? Makes no sense. $25 for a wrap wow.. never again. I won’t be coming here until your service improves.
Edit: 12/30/2018 Nothing has changed about the wings - if you are local or in town, definitely stop by to try the tequila wings. What has changed is the service. My girlfriend and I came twice this week for wings, but the service was not up to par. We felt extremely rushed, the waiter seemed like he wanted us out quick. And although it was busy and can be stressful at times, I believe your customers are priority. The first time, he grabbed my girlfriends beer (which she was still drinking) grabbed it and poured it into my glass (which was empty), stacked the glasses together and walked away, didn't even ask if we were done with the drink. We walked away in shock. The second time, we asked the waitress for the desert menu, didn't give it to us. Then we asked the waitor and he told us that there were no deserts available only apple pie. We left and had to Come to TGIFridays for desert. If you come to this place you have to try their Tequila Citrus Wings!! It's awesome! The best wing I've ever eat!!
Look out for garbage fees on your check. They don’t warn you either. Inexperienced bartender didn’t know how to properly serve beer and paid more attention to coworkers than customers. Ahi tuna salad was good and a really good beer selection.
Let’s start with positive. Good selection of beers, and they were fresh and cold. Definitely not a place to meet someone if you want to have a conversation because the place was so loud!!! I would not order bar food from there. I order calamari and they were so old and freezer burn and there wasn’t enough to really share. It seems like the last of an old bag that the cook found in the back of the freezer.
The food was bland and overpriced. The avocado wedges were $2 per wedge (5 wedges) and it was tasteless. The service was slow, but fine. The spinach and artichoke dip tasted slightly of fish and was watery. The only stand out was the calamari, but the portion was small.
I have ordered many times from them (through grubhub) and even went to dine in once, always loved it. But today I placed an order through grubub (crispy romano chicken sandwich) and they sent me something else. They sent me a grilled chicken sandwich with peppers and onions inside (two things I hate the most on a meal).. When I called complaining about it, they said there's nothing they could do. Very frustrating.
I love the food here. It’s one of my favorite places to eat. But the service tells a very different story. If you’re Black, the waitresses and bartenders are noticeably less warm, friendly, or attentive than they are with others. This isn’t based on one bad night. I’ve been here several times, and it has happened repeatedly. Most recently, I came in with my son after school to order takeout. I asked the waitress how long it would take, and she said 15 to 20 minutes. I placed my order and set an alarm for 25 minutes. When the food still wasn’t ready, I sat at a table and tried to make eye contact with her, but she avoided me. I had to walk toward the back of the restaurant to ask about the order. Instead of a friendly “let me check on that for you,” she said, “the order wasn’t placed that long ago.” I then asked to speak with a manager and was told one wasn’t there. I was brushed off and met with attitude instead of receiving decent customer service. Every time I’ve come here, the women working have been rude or dismissive, and I’ve heard the same experiences from other friends of color. It’s disappointing, especially in a community where I live, pay taxes, and bring my child. I won’t frequent this place as much because of the service, even though their food is delicious. That truly saddens me.
Lifeless. I’m referring to the food. I ordered their “Kobe” burger, medium rare. This is their premier burger, listed at the very top. The cook (clearly no chef) doesn’t know what a medium rare burger looks like, as evidenced by the fact that my burger was cut half-way through (on an intact bun). Served with a side of fries with absolutely no seasoning. I’ve had British food with more flavor than this meal. Forget about a meal made with love, I’ve had better fast-food than this. But for the service, this would be across the board 1-star. (Also: seriously? Country music? In White Plains? That’s what you play on a Monday during the lunch rush? Maybe it’s just me, but who needs that?) There are at least 5 better burgers in White Plains. You can do better.
The service left much to be desired. Our wings arrived without blue cheese, and despite requesting it, the server didn’t bring it until our food had gone cold. My burger, which I specifically ordered well done, was served medium instead. What disappointed me most was the lack of attentiveness—despite the restaurant being far from busy, the staff seemed more focused on their phones than providing good service.
Me and my friend ordered some food. I ordered a margarita pizza and they brought out a white pizza with no tomato sauce and frozen tomatoes. They also want to charge my friend $17 for a Titos martini and claimed it was a top shelf drink. They also wouldn’t give me the the managers phone number when we asked for it. Don’t waste your time and money at this awful establishment.
This was my first time at the Lazy Boy Saloon, and it will be the last. I order Shrimp Fajita and a Blue Hawaiian for a drink. The food was average, drink was ok but the service was unacceptable. Once we was seated and ordered our food, I asked for some HOT water to sterilize the utensils, after explaining why I never received it. I had to literally go inside and ask for plastic forks and knife. We was never asked how the food was, how were we doing, as the waiter was too busy interrested in the table next to us which had 3 ladies, who was as well treated and even had a "welcome" shots. After all the neglect we decided to ask for the bill and leave.
*Don't use your card here* I visited with two friends on March 9th for dinner, and we each paid our checks using our credit cards. The next day, all 3 of us had very similar fraudulent transactions. Our cards were skimmed at this restaurant, if you go, only use cash.
Absolute worst service. Waited for condiments so long my food got cold. I couldn’t eat it so when I asked to have it taken off the bill, they said no. They pay no attention to customers and get mad if you point it out. I’ll never be going there again
This review is based off of ubereats.... 1st--the food cost way too much for orders to be incorrect or the food quality to not be the best. My girlfriend and I have enjoyed the food here in the past BUT continually have issues when we order from ubereats. Our orders have been completely incorrect, cold, missing items, and more. Literally just received a buffalo chicken wrap w/ french fries instead of a whole buffalo chicken pizza. Our wings were so SALTY we could not finish them. We literally felt our tongues swelling. The seasoned fries were soggy and poorly seasoned. While this may seem petty, it is not as this is 5th time we've had some type of issue when placing an order through ubereats. After paying already inflated pricing plus delivery fees, this is simply unacceptable. As customers that have frequented this establishment many times it is unfortunate that we no longer can support the business, as we've been let down over and over. The food used to be GREAT. Is this only an issue for ubereats, or has the quality just taken a nose dive?
Disappointing Ending to a Promising Visit I initially had a good experience at the lazy boy saloon , but unfortunately, things took a negative turn towards the end. We were enjoying our meal when a woman at another table kept looking over at ours. At first, I thought there was a screen or some kind of sign that made her gaze seem directed at us, but upon further observation, it was just her. As she was leaving, she suddenly grabbed my cousin’s arm and scratched her. We immediately reported the incident to the manager, expecting prompt attention to the situation, but we were disappointed when the manager didn’t take the matter seriously. He didn’t offer any resolution or apology, and the situation was left unresolved. It’s unfortunate because the meal started off well, but this lack of proper customer care completely overshadowed the experience. I hope the management takes incidents like this more seriously in the future, as a little attention to customer concerns can go a long way in maintaining a good reputation.
I was excited to try the tequila citrus wings because of all the great reviews. The wings had hardly any flavor other than grease, and there was very little meat on the wings. The service was awful. We never got half our order and we couldn’t find any staff to ask for the rest of our order until we were already done with the rest of our dinner. The food was mediocre and the service was terrible. I’m not going back.
Went to have dinner with friends the wings where good and the 1st round of drinks was also good. Then we place an order to eat everything was going well until my friend order was messed up he had order a burger . We also order drinks but was water. So for the burger situation we requested to speake to the manager and the waiter said we had to wait. We waited so long the Manger never show his face. But was very disappointed since 2 of my other friends who are managers in the food industry never had an experience like this,it was very unprofessional. We ended up sharing our meal with him and left. There's a picture of what my friend order and a picture of what he got when he cut it in half .. plus it wasn't a busy night, i just don't understand why we got this type of service when all we wanted was to eat and enjoy a night of friends getting together.
On Friday night I placed an order over the phone for pick up. I ordered a lobster pizza and a small order of fries. I asked the woman over the phone, “what else comes on the pizza” ? She responded with bacon. I told her no bacon multiple times. When I arrived my order was coming out of the kitchen. Before I gave her my card to pay, I told her again that I do not eat pork. Another gentleman that was standing next to the counter, made a joke and said “they put extra bacon”. I paid, left a tip and walked out. When I got home, I opened the box and I could smell the bacon. I immediately called to report the issue. First, she asked me if I lived too far to come back. I responded with yes. She put me on hold for almost 5 minutes. She took my information down and instructed me to come in tomorrow for another one. On Saturday, I called in a lobster pizza with no bacon. When I arrived I told the waitress I am here to pick up a new pizza because the kitchen got my order wrong last night. She looked confused. She went to the back and got the bartender. The bartender then comes out and tells me he is unable to give me the pizza if I don’t have the pizza from the night before. I sure hope this is not protocol. I sure hope they’re not re packaging returned food. Why would you want food that has been in my fridge back in your establishment. I proceeded to drive home to retrieve the pizza. I return with the box in my hand. He opens the box and sees that the entire pie except the slice that I tossed out was still there. At this point, I was extremely annoyed. I requested to speak to a manager multiple times. At this point I did not want the pizza, instead I wanted my money back. I was told the manager would not be able to refund me until 5 PM or later. I sat down at the bar where I was refused service until someone else sat down. The bartender told me I ruined his day. He should’ve stayed out of it. I stayed for almost 30 minutes. I left with the same box of pizza from 12AM that morning. When I left the waitress told me that they usually ask to see the food. I told her she could’ve asked for a picture(See below). She then said “you can’t have your cake and eat it too” . A slice of cake with bacon isn’t for me either. Those two should never be left in the restaurant alone again.
I placed an order for pickup. Burger wasn’t cooked. Nearly raw meat. Apps weren’t cooked. One of the most disgusting, “lazy” pickup orders I’ve ever received. At least I never have to go back.
Just ordered some uber eats and my order is missing 10 wings. Probably wouldn’t care if they didn’t cost $20! Also can’t forget the $1.25 up charge for blue cheese with it lol Unreal. Called the store and the guy said request a Uber refund and they’ll give me a driver to pick up the missing food. I said that doesn’t exist, he said it did, and of course I go to the app and it doesn’t. I asked if they had a delivery driver there and he said no so I guess everyone took the bus to work.
