Opiniones de Dunkin' Whitter
This particular Dunkins was incredible 😍. The service was great, it was very clean. And according to my wife, the Pumpkin Spice coffee was better than Starbucks!! And when I accidentally spilled my wife's drink; they happily replaced it, for FREE!!
Used deal provided on their app. $3 Lemonade Refresher was very good. I just wish they would fill the drink to the top when you ask for "no ice." They said they would have to charge me more. They gave me a cup of ice the same way. At least I got them to add more ice at "no charge."
A little cramped, but otherwise great! I didn't go through the drive through, i walked inside. I definitely recommend their seasonal treats 🎃 the pumpkin donut is fabulous! My one complaint: maybe I'm in my old man era, but the contactless kiosks were difficult to navigate. As of August 30th 2023, i was the only person masking 😷

Great experience. Good to see my friend working here. I haven't seen her in a long time. Selena is awesome and a great asset to the Dunkin team. Love getting the Macchiaoto and Donuts. Today was a little different so I'm updating my rating I'm not sure why but they gave me half a cup of coffee instead of a full one which is a little upsetting but it's okay Happy Thanksgiving
Come here for their coffee. Always a good choice made just right.
Today, the pumpkin spice flavors kicked off for tasting however, when I ordered a few pumpkin donuts, pumpkin muffins etc, they were already sold out by 11am? I was really looking forward to them too. Everything else was good with great c/s. I'll still be back 🍩
I've been to this location a few times now and it's usually a great visit every time. Unfortunately this last visit (11/20/21) I order my regular drink and it tasted like straight oatmilk 😭 like there was absolutely no espresso taste :( I was so sad hahaha hence the 4 stars, but hey it happens I understand especially with restaurants/coffee shops being short staffed. The staff was super nice throughout my visit though Hopefully the next visits are better.
Donuts and drinks were a fun treat, but they all involved an eye-watering amount of sugar... Even my kids couldn't finish their drinks because they were so sweet.

I would say that there are friendly but when I came inside to order they took about 25min to get my drinks…. Not all happy with it but I know they are doing the best to get their orders out. They also did not have our order in on their side.
The guy at the register was nice, but the lady in the back had a terrible attitude and she made my drink wrong. She even gave us an attitude when we asked for our drink and a survey form. I've gone to many Dunkin's, but this location was not nice. I was very disappointed with the attitude and the service. I am a reviewer 100% and I always post my opinion. She should treat everyone with respect. We all pick and choose where we spend our money.
I saw a couple of people working behind the counter. Only one person ahead of me. It was for pick up. But long after the person left it took a while for them to attend to me. I bought 2doz doughnuts. And the person assisting was not accommodating at all. I might not come back because of the poor service.
This was my first California Dunkin and it was pretty mediocre. Store smelled bad, donut didn't taste good. It was over 2 dollars for a pretty sad donut. Just pretty unfortunate across the board. At least now I know and you do too

I went through the drive through and ordered two drinks. They did the thing where they ask you to pull up forward and park, and they'll take you your order. The problem is that the drive through leads you straight onto Whittier Blvd, so they're asking you to park in the actual drive through, which is weird. Then, the car behind me started driving up, and I didn't want to block them in so I drove around the block and parked in the regular parking area. The employee came out with my drinks, all annoyed and told me "Next time, just park in the drive thru and wait there. The car behind you was also waiting for food" like okay HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW?! No need to be rude about it. How about serving one drive thru customer at a time, like normal?
Staff ignored us until we went to the counter to ask for help. There were 2 people waiting ahead of us that said they had been there at least 10 mins. The bagel.we ordered was good but not worth the 20 mins we waited.
I haven’t tried the food so I cannot rate it. Went in for a drink and a cup of ice for this heat. Terrible customer service July 18 at 3:50. If you don’t want to work there then why am I putting up with it. I’m there asking suggestions and the cashier has weird comments. Will not be coming back.
slow service. Way too slow service. People kept walking out because of the service. They really highly prioritize the drive through, not really in store ordering or pick up. I overheard a worker tell a lady that was coming for pickup that it will take 25 minutes. I mean it’s Dunkin they’re always busy but this time, it was just customers inside the store were getting ignored, no greeting no nothing. Waited in line for 15 minutes.
Coffee was good! Donuts are okay. DO NOT EAT THE BREAKFAST FOOD. It tasted like chemicals. We tried it twice and never again! Never tasted food like that. Had a flavor like paint, plastic, and tap water. Save yourself and skip the food.
Coffee was the only thing that was good. The munchkin donuts tasted like dust. And always awful customer service. They always seem like they hate their job. Not a good look!
I’m only giving 2 stars and that’s because the coffee was the only thing decent , bagel bites were cold ,not toasted at all, maple bacon snacks were not fully cooked and they forgot our hash browns in our order!!!

Went in no greeting, order at kiosk 2 glazed donuts. Waited forever guy behind ordered like half the menu somehow got his order first. I had to go and ask for mine. Donuts were bad tasted like day old ones. Bad experience all around. Don’t recommend
I just ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich and the bread was basically not toasted at all. The bread was soft throughout. For the price I was charged I am very disappointed. The sourdough bread is supposed to be toasted.
Never again . They have roaches and customer service is horrible. The morning workers are always mad especially the Sunday crew.
Please don’t go to this location! The have a really bad roach infestation and they don’t clean their equipment properly, they have mold on the milk machines!
I recently bought the $6 breakfast meal and it was disgusting. The hash browns were toasted and tasted like plastic, I almost threw up. The sandwich had a weird after taste, almost similar to the hash browns. I'm not sure where they cook their food, but whatever they are using it is making food taste like plastic. DO NOT BUY breakfast there!
Poor customer service, was not given receipt but ordered a coffee and bagel. I asked for sugar and creamer (literally the reason why I drive 20 minutes was for a pleasant coffee with sweet creamer) I asked for creamer and sugar and was rudely handed the to go creamers and ignored when I tried speaking to them again. Really disappointed
Rude employees they don’t even try to talk to you, no welcome, nothing. Then when asking for the restroom code they say I have to order something in order to get the code. It’s not like I wasn’t gonna buy something, me and son had to really go and they can see us dancing but nope. It’s ok I get it, then they have this 7 digit code that I’m suppose to magically remember to enter, beyond disbelief, that’s ok Dunkin’ Donuts I’ll go to my local donut shop and have a friendlier service than this!! Byeeeee
I walked in and was totally ignored. After 15 minutes of standing at the counter a female employee finally came up to me said, I will be right with you. By the way the drive thru was empty. She then walked away. I waited another 10 minutes and there was a line of customer's behind me. All of a sudden a car pulls up to the drive through followed by another car, and she takes there order and totally forgets the walk in customer. It's the worst service ever. and I am from New York! Stay away from this place. It's not worth your time and money.
Placed an order here via mobile app just to get to the store and be told they don't have any donuts left. When I asked why the app allow me to order, I was informed "app does not reflect store inventory" I asked "why app shows some available and some not" they said "they have no control over the app" I asked why you didn't have the courtesy to call and say you are out of the items I ordered, they stated "app does not get customer phone" All other restaurants get this info and call customers as a courtesy, why can't you? Same answer, blame the app, asked for a refund, they told me has to be done in the app, but no option there for refund. Contact customer service, they said they would refund me but never did after 3 weeks. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Local donuts shops have better service than this place.
Ordered the snack bacon crispy. when they gave it to me it was cold and very uncooked, I asked for it to be put back in the microwave and the girl was very rude and said they are not allowed to give out hot food and if i dont want the bacon I can have my money back, the service at this store is terrible
this is not my normal Duncan location, but I stopped through because I was on a delivery and had a birthday reward shrink drink. The drink that I received was absolutely disgusting and I’ve had the frozen coffee before so I knew what to expect. This drink literally taste like it has straight alcohol in it. not good and sweet the way the drinks normally are. 😡 kinda a bad start to someones birthday
Always always ALWAAAAAYS a problem with my order. These people need to be retrained. As someone that lived in Boston and traveled the whole east coast, they don’t make their food properly. I’m not saying I know better, I don’t work there. But if I’m paying for something, why do they never make it right the first time? I don’t care about your excuses, do what you’re paid to do. If you don’t like to, find somewhere else to work. Literally the only dunkin I always have a problem at, east coast and west coast.
Hello Dunkin location in Whittier .I drove thru ordered a coffee and a guy who looked like a girl with long hair and tattoos on his arm. Was very rude when I asked about if the store had Dunkin sip cups to purchase one . He or she ignored me, then I politely asked do you know by when you guys will have them he or she ignored me again and then he or she responded with a attitude. I don't know I'm not the one who orders them then he just walked away. This person had absolutely no empathy, no customer service and was just rude looked like he or she was mad and didn't want to work . 🤷🤷
Placed an online order for an iced latte and a matcha iced latte. Two matcha lattes were delivered instead. If they ran out of something, they made no effort to reach out to me about it. Very disappointing.
I've been having trouble with their delivery lately they never have the donuts that I want and they always make a mistake on my order. So I drove all the way down there which was Miles away. I made it 15 minutes early and was told that ,'they don't have donuts only drinks' at this time . And that I should have came 15 minutes earlier. So even during operating hours they don't serve donuts. That's no way to do business and I will never go back there again
Ordered a maple bacon brown sugar croissant, waited 30mins just to get a burnt croissant. And you can't even talk to any staff in here, they will ignore the hell out of you. You need to put some pressure on your voice so they will react. Amazing!
That's why mom and pop donut shops never gonna die. I was in the area and I stopped for a coffee. Turns out the have kiosk and I have to order it myself. Now I have to spend time training myself on how to use this kiosk and order a simple cup of coffee. I have seen they sell flavor creamers at the grocery but they don't even offer them in their own shops. As I was pulling out I seen there was a donut shop in the Plaza next to them I would of gathered gone there for a simple cup of coffee
Bathroom was filthy, coffee was poorly made, customer service was horrible, I did not ask for help because attitude was given when along for restroom code overall just a bad experience and on a Sunday afternoon.
Just really frustrated with my experience here. I was standing in the store for maybe 5-8 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and said they’ll be with me. Once I was helped I let them know I accidentally made 2 online orders and if I can cancel one, the guy said no which is fine but he began to explain why they can’t kind of frantically which is also fine but I wasn’t making a fuss I just needed a yes/no answer. The guy says my order is ready but only 1 drink out of 3 are made and he’s kind of just staring at me like if I had a question so I ask if the other 2 are ready and he said no and showed me the stickers that go on the drink and frantically explained why it isn’t ready, so finally I just said it’s fine give them to someone in the drive thru or keep them for the employees, the guy was insistent on me coming back another time for these drinks but I insisted I won’t be coming back and really it’s fine to give them to someone else since they are paid for already, I had to tell another employee the same thing because the other guy was either not listening to my words or is already stressed from the busy drive thru line. I came into the situation pretty calmly and the employee is stressing out and answering me like if I came at him like a Karen, I am not one to give any attitude and am actually very patient so I’m confused by the frantic personality I was receiving. Anyways, by the time I leave I am already late for my boyfriends lunch and there weren’t any other issues for me until I realized that my drink has whipped cream on it and I am lactose intolerant and asked for almond milk and no whipped cream. How can I trust that my entire drink doesn’t have regular milk in it? I literally couldn’t drink it since it was getting watered down in dairy by the time I picked it up so it doesn’t make sense that the other 2 drinks weren’t ready to begin with, so in the end I ended up late for someone’s lunch and I had no drink. I just hope that they made the 2 drinks for someone else otherwise I feel like my money went to waste since I’m never coming back

I ordered a very simple breakfast sandwich. When I received the sandwich it was cold. But before that I tried to order a dozen donuts the lady at the counter says there's only 11 Donuts pick another one do you want another one pick one. So I did the lady at the counter was very rude had no customer service ability whatsoever. This is the second time I've been here and the second time I've had a bad experience.
I don't mind paying a little for coffee if I need it during the day. I find that I like the taste of Dunkin over Starbucks. I usually get good service, but this particular branch failed from both the worker and the manager. The young man making the coffee was slacking off and tossing things around, and the manager barely cared. These employees need to be trained better to at least make a customer feel welcomed.
I love Dunkin, but this particular branch really needs to train their employees better. They’re rude and my coffee always taste nasty. It really sucks because this is the one I usually around and I’ve thrown away so many ice coffee and lattes because they just didn’t taste good.
Frist time coming to this location and the service was terrible load Hashbrowns were hard n tasted like old fryer oil Sausage croissant was Cold
Worst Dunkin donuts ever. Ran out of munchkins and lady said they can't make more then asked if I going to order anything else and i said yes if you can change the menu display on the drive thru screen to see what donut options they have and the lady said no. This drive thru menu was showing mostly breakfast items like hasbrown, breakfast sandwiches etc... Last time I checked its still a donut shop but displaying breakfast items.... Doesn't make any sense. So I left with no donuts. The lady who was taken my oder did sound a bit rude. But anyways.... Won't be returning here.
Please avoid this store, save yourself from having to deal with bad service. I'm going to give one star to this establishment. I walk into the store, no other customers in sight but myself, 2 attendants working the counter and no acknowledgement, no eye contact they know I'm there but they don't communicate to tell me will be right there with you or anything, after 3 to 4 minutes waiting by the counter felt like an eternity, I finally walkout taking my business somewhere else. Sorry Dunkin Donuts Whittier you just lost revenue again from another unhappy customer.
The drive thru attendant's conduct was unprofessional and laced with sarcasm. This demonstrated a clear disregard for customer courtesy, which is especially disappointing given my daily patronage and substantial order of pastries. As a reliable customer, I expect basic professionalism, and this experience has ensured I will take my patronage elsewhere.
Wow!! Just shocked at the state of this store. Drive through. I placed my order. May I have a bear claw? The response: Apple fritter I repeated bear claw. Response: Apple fritter. At this point I’m finding it funny. But odd. Felt like ordering a pizza and having the person say, cheeseburger!? I started at the window that her response seemed odd. Maybe she should simply say. We don’t have bear claws. She was not amused. I then noticed the other staff members. Not a single one of them looked like they wanted to be there. Miserable looking bunch. 😞 We got our order. And when I opened the bag to the Apple fritter I burst into laughter. It was so pathetic I couldn’t help myself!! The size was that of three donut holes. Then the taste. Lord have mercy!! This store needs new management STAT I won’t be back here. There’s a small donut place next door. No drive through. But worth getting out to avoid this trap! Fresh and delicious donuts next door. Go there!
Dealing with 2 bad attitudes. One happens to be the manager. Saying that the counter needs to wait on drive thru gets priority. They messed up our order and when buying a cup they wouldn't clean it.
Truly disappointed. The donuts were actually chewy. They did not taste fresh at all. The assortment was so bad I had doubles and it just wasn’t appealing. I won’t be going back instead. I’ll be visiting small local donut shops.
