Friendly, greet you when you come in, tell you to come back as you leave. If they don't have kind of pizza you want, tell them and they will make it. They do anything to make you happy. Only complaint is the water cups are really small and have to get up several times to fill it up. All else is GREAT!!!!!!

Joined Youth Group on outing and thank you to a special person (I did not get her name) but she helped a young one who wanted dessert but had to eat. She made him a special dish and got the greatest smile from this 4 year old. And he enjoyed dessert brownies too. Thanks for the attention and extra mile. This is what helps make the visit a special time.

We drove 57 miles to the closest Cici’s, quite leery after our last experience at a different location in Oklahoma. We were pleasantly surprised. This establishment is very clean, staff are friendly, and food is delicious and always fresh. Definitely worth the price. We will be back!

Took the grandkids for pizza after the waterpark. The staff was all very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. The pizza's were all fresh and the manager cheerfully took requests from people that were dining in. We were greeted with a smile and thanked on our way out. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the mood for some good pizza and salad. The lady manager and her Saturday night crew are awesome!!

This Cici's location in Wichita Falls, TX is just off Southwest Pwky and is an older restaurant...been there a long time. The manager greeted me upon entering. It wasn't busy a little bit after the lunch rush. I asked and received the senior discount. The salad bar was fully stocked and immaculately clean. The pizza service selection was a little bit light however, fresh pizzas were set out soon after I arrived. They asked me if I wanted any specific pizza. The drink service area was equally stocked and sparkling clean. The dining room was also tidy. The pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious. The salad was equally yummy. My favorite food at Cici's are the cinnamon rolls... heavenly! I had an enjoyable and delicious meal. Thanks Cici's!

Best fresh food we have ever had at any CiCi's! I asked for a BBQ pizza with extra BBQ, the young man making pizzas went above and beyond! The customer service was amazing as well!

I have been craving CiCi's during my pregnancy and went in there for dinner and received the best customer service from a gem of human being named Arely! She was an absolute sweetheart and helped me satisfied my weird pregnancy cravings. Never once made me feel like a bother and asked me how everything was. Will defiantly be getting coming back here just because of her service!

My family comes to cici’s pretty often. It’s convenient for us on busy nights and one of the more affordable places for a family of 5 to eat. Everyone is usually always friendly, but tonight Jason really stuck out for us. He was so friendly and smiling and actually took an interest in our family and others around us. He kept our table clean and was polite each time he circled around to us and when I witnessed him interacting with others. I love going places and seeing people like that since many times we have encountered less than favorable service. Keep this man around! Your business needs kind people like Jason.

I hadn't had CiCi's in probably 10 years but then I went to the CC's and it's not as good as other CC's but it's still got the CC's you got the CiC's so when I ate at the CiCi's I was thinking maybe it's not that good but I got my wrench and I got my pizza and it just did put a smile on my face. It brought me back to when I was a kid. It's so good. It's not somewhere I'd eat all the time, but you know it's definitely a place where you should eat. You know especially if you want to relive the Glory Days when you were a little kid. CiCi's has just got that for you.

I love their fresh pizzas and cinnamon rolls! The only thing I don't like about this place is the fact that it is open seating, so it feels like everyone is staring at you all the time.

We went into Cicis today in Wichita Falls We haven't gone there in about 5 years. We were very surprised at the freshness of the buffet. Every thing from the sald bar to the desert was fresh. The pizza was so good. It had the right amount of sauce and it was hot. Everything we tried was hot and fresh The staff was friendly and I made a request and it was brought to the table. We will definitely be back.

The pizza waa hot & Fresh and they were'nt holding back with the toppings, sauce and cheese. i went after the lunch rush and they still had multiple choices and even made me something (custom order). In town for family emergency. Needed to feed the family. Got a great deal. All of the pizza was fresh and delicious. Music was a bit loud, but everything else was great. Pearl especially made the experience memorable. She had outstanding customer service and made sure to check on us during our meal. She kept the line filled with fresh ingredients. From the time we walked in to the time we left I was so impressed. We went at about 11:30, close to when it opened and was really impressed with how fresh their food was. They put out hot fresh pizzas and desserts the entire time we were there. The Cinnamon rolls and dessert pizzas we SO good! It was our children's first time there and when we pulled up and I said "PIZZA BUFFET!!" They were so absolutely thrilled! The woman at the register was so kind and offered military discount with ID, which I really appreciated! I personally liked the salad bar and my kids loved the many variety of flavors of pizza 🍕 Go to the salad bar and grab some jalapeños and ranch to eat on your pizza - so good! There was a waitress in the dining room constantly taking plates and cleaning tables. All-you-can-eat buffet (soup, salad, pasta, pizza, cheesy bread sticks, and desserts), free refills on drinks, parmesan cheese and red pepper packs. Everything was clean and for the price, you can't beat the value for your money! There is also an arcade room for the kiddos. Overall, we loved it, left stuffed and are looking forward to coming again!

We ordered a three meat pizza and added jalapeños on half of it. The pizza was so good The pizza was so good I forgot to take a picture before we started into it. For a Pizza chain restaurant Cicis are in my top two picks. The ingredients were fresh, there was just the right amount of sauce and cheese, and the crust was a good middle of the road not too thin not too thick crust.

I have to say, Cicis Pizza is one of the best pizza parlors in Wichita Falls. The crust is never burnt, and they actually know how to cut pizza. The wings are usually very juicy, and have tons of flavor. They always have the perfect dough to sauce to cheese ratio, and you get a great amount of flavor in every bite. I haven't been in the restaurant, but they have a drive through. The staff are nice there, and usually have a smile. Need a pizza, call them.

The food was good especially when It was fresh, custer service wasn't bad either. The BBQ Pulled Pork pizza was awesome and the salad was great. The precautions they take have because of covid are great tpo. A single serving tong per customer, per station, with plenty to be used for second and in my case thirds haha. My only complaint is that the slices should be switched out more regularly to maintain the integrity of the food itself

Good for the price. Employees worked hard to push out more pizzas once an influx of customers came in. Games are lacking compared to years ago, though. Recommended for someone who wants a cheap pizza buffet.

Had dinner there last night. Food was fresh. Plenty of pizza on the buffet. The gentleman that was there cleaning tables made sure everything was clean.

Spikes in customers can lead to a small amount, or no pizza on the buffet. The mens restroom always smells like a rancid backside; maybe the toilet needs a thorough cleaning? Maybe even the walls. Other then that, I enjoy my visits to this establishment.

Came here with my boys and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food! We enjoyed the salad, pasta and pizza. Even though it had been a while since we'd last eaten there, I thought it was way more expensive than it used to be, it cost $25 for 3 people. I will probably go back if I am looking for a quick place for us to eat, especially since its a buffet!

So I went here with low expectations, but was pleasantly surprised. The dining area and location in general is certainly nothing fancy, but that didn't bother me. The important things, such as friendly people and delicious pizza, they certainly have covered. They even make requests for the buffet rather quickly, if you ask.

The food here is usually pretty good. Sometimes we catch them on bad nights where there's not really much on the buffet but they don't make anything, this hasn't happened in a while though. The inside could maybe use a makeover but it's definitely not the worst. All in all its a very good value for what you pay.

The restaurant is really well kept and is clean. Buffet was good and very reasonable on price. You can also order a pizza for them to make. No extra charge. Service was a 10/10. It is buffet pizza, but was very fresh everytime went up. Salad bar was very well kept with fresh lettuce. My family and I will keep going back.

If you're looking to feed a bunch of kids from playing football all morning or afternoon this is the perfect place to take them.... They will customize any pizza you want and bring it right to your table or you can choose from a big Buffet of different kinds of pizza. The new staff and management are really keeping on the ball with this place now I would have never given it four stars before. But they earned this one!!!

Cicis pizza is a great price meal. Last night we got there at dinner time for our town and they were overwhelmed by muti customers had to wait for a while for more food and when it arrived. There wasn't enough. The staff didn't react. What we got was good.

Pizza was good. There was a spilled drink that stayed on the floor for the hour we were there. Two employees looked at it and walked off. There was one lady in particular who was super polite, out going, and was running almost all of the stuff behind the line.

Pearl is a sweetheart we always get treated awesome while we're there and if im there and she needs help with anything i do my best to help her out

The soup and pasta salad were very good. The chicken soup was hot and it hit the spot because it was a cold day. I had three servings! Place is clean and the staff was friendly. The different flavors of pizza were good. I saw only two people were working behind the counter but they got that place running. Excellent.

Visited today for lunch with my 10 yr old because we had a coupon. Not thrilled. The outside was dirty. Four of the employees were standing outside smoking when we pulled up, however we were greeted quickly. We paid and were given cups with chips in the top edges. Ended up paying extra for to-go cups so they would be styrofoam and new. Plates were chipped as well but clean. Salad bar was fairly fresh. You have to ask for a cup of cheese for the top if you want it. The pizza looked fresh but wasn't. It was chewy and cold when we bit into it. The cheese breadsticks were fresh and they did make a fresh dessert pizza while were there. Silverware and Coke machine were clean. Tables were almost clean. Tables and chairs in the restaurant are old and very worn. This place is in desperate need of a remodel. We ate our dessert and left, not visiting the restroom or very small game area. Note: the last time we visited, about half of the games were broken so my daughter didn't even want to bother with them this time. We will think twice before visiting again, especially with all of the other food choices Wichita Falls has to offer.

The cashier convinced me to buy drinks. I asked "how much more is it?" "Like 50 cents more" she says. I looked at my receipt later to find fountain drinks are 2.99. I felt swindled, bamboozled and deceived

Some of the workers were so rude. The man that was bringing food to tables, would walk up to the table and start handing the plate "this is yours, right!?!" And the lady that cleans the table was reaching over peoples plates while they were eating and grabbing trash and dirty dishes. It had been years since I had gone there, I was very disappointed.

Atmosphere was best part. Service was 50/50, so so. Food was okay. Nothing like experiences prior in multiple locations. Once a pizza was out, selection was minimal. Pasta was soggy, mushy. 2 bites and I was done with that. Dessert was dry, crunchy, tough to even try cutting with spatula or fork. Honestly, I'm not sure I'd return to this location or even recommend it either.

We always enjoy eating here but today was obviously an off day. We entered, made our way to the register to pay and the cashier was quite rude. She wasn't the only one there acting thus way the manager and two other employees didn't want to be there i assume. The pizza wasn't that great either. So next time my daughter, husband and myself will try somewhere else.

This place is definitely showing that it wants to improve. The manager that was there gave my daughter some tokens for the game room. However all but one game just ate tokens with no play time. The food stayed fresh and I could tell that several tables had just gotten up and that the busses was doing his best to clean. Wish they would fix the light over the cash register. This makes it hard to tell if they are open because it's so dark up front. The drink machine could do with a deep cleaning and I decided not to venture into the restroom. Overall not bad. I miss the welcome in and goodbye they were known for. Overall, if the kids ask to go again I would probably say yes but I would not lead them to that decision at this point. Just a little hard work and they can be back on top of their business.

Pizza was... ok at best. About what you expect from a pizza buffet. Would not recommend the desserts, as they were either dry or diabetes-inducing sugar-on-sugar. Will probably not return, but the experience was interesting. Kids, however, will probably like it as there is an arcade and macaroni-pizza.

The new games chant about nerf non stop. Buffet also ran out of most of the pizza soon after we arrived. It was refilled with in 10 minutes however so good on them.

Very solid 3 stars. And that's a good thing. Hear me out. Cicis doesn't have the best of reputations, especially in the last 10 years. They've become the "Waffle House" of pizza places. In fact, one of our last visits, some teenagers threatened 2 people in my party, and the police was called. Of course, this is NOT Cicis's fault - however, there is the argument that "what management and the business model overall attracts and encourages" leads to this type of crowd, the "non-law abiding crowd." At any rate, this place has adequate cleanliness, especially with the tables. The staff make a point to clean them very often. At times, we had to wait for "viable" pizzas (no, broccoli, Hawaiian, and bianca are NOT viable choices). In my opinion, there should always be a pepperoni pizza, ready to go. Drink station was clean and every drink fountain was working. The play section is small, but will keep the little ones entertained. Parking lot is not great, and there's a precarious drop on the west side of the parking lot with no warning signs. But plenty of parking to the East. And the overall cost, at around 12 bucks a person for the buffet and 2.50 for the drinks, make this a good spot if you're starving. The reason i say this is a good score is because i don't see it decreasing if they keep up with the standard. You are always guaranteed to get a good, adequate experience, a 3 star experience - and no less- at Cicis's.

Pulled up around 8pm and all outside lights were off and yher44e was food littered in the parking lot. Decided to give the benefit of the doubt due to it being after prime dining hours (maybe a Sunday evening rush?) and the Christmas shopping season. Walked in and paid for our meals, and the salad bar was a total wreck, the soup crock was empty, there was no pasta or sauce, no garlic breadsticks, there were empty pizza pans all along the buffet line, and the few slivers of pizza that was available was dry looking from the heat lamps. The entire place was dirty, food and trash scattered around the dining area floor and several, several tables still piled up with plates, cups and uneaten food that needed to be bused. After a short 10 minute wait, the pizzas started coming out of the oven after the manager began hustling. They refilled the salad bar and kept the pizzas fresh and the buffet line semi stocked with pizza and dessert. Seemed the cook was new as was the cashier/salad line worker as the manager was constantly giving instruction and some desserts were burned a little but the pizza was actually good. I've been to many Cici's pizza places from the DFW area all the way to Mesa, AZ and have even visited this exact location years ago many times, and this was the worst one I've ever been to, as well as the dirtiest I've ever seen this location to be, and I won't even mention the bathrooms... Could be it was just a rough day for them? I hope so. But if you drive up and the parking lot gives you pause- don't go inside, because in this experience, the book was exactly like the cover- a mess. Sadly, most likely my last visit there as if not for the food quality, once it was available that is, cheap or not, it would have been an all around terrible dining experience.

I'm not sure if it's just the day we went on, but for our first time it wasn't all that great. The guy that rung us up was friendly. I had told my kids to go ahead and get their plates and pick a spot for us to sit. They went around the corner and there was no pizza so I had grabbed a salad and sat down. Asked my child to grab me a fork and there was no silverware. So we sat at our table for a few minutes. When they finally got their plates and ate and wanted to get dessert there was nothing. They had also ran out of brownies. Not sure if we would go back for $20. There was also plenty of seats available so it wasn't super crowded. Again, not sure if it was just a random awful day for them, but it was an awful first experience for me.

I like the all you can eat buffet is wonderful and the people are so nice and kind there. Now the pizza on the other hand is too greasy and every time I eat that I can't have the red sauce because of my condition so I get the cheese and white sauce pizza and every time I do that I have enough white sausages taste like I'm just eating plain cheese pizza it was a lot of greasy Grease and I also like the spinach pizza that's really good but it's just greasy my husband will get there pepperoni pizza that's really greasy and my children will and I would have to dab our children's pizza where's the napkin because it's so greasy and the TV is so awesome to have for your children but when they're not busy in there and we could go in there once in awhile they have the music and the TV on I think it would be nice if they could turn off the music once in a while when they have kids in there and have the TV on and have it up louder for kids and me because I'm big head and heart lol. Other than that it's a really good place to eat very good and black people working there.

All the pepperoni was burned and that was about the only flavor they had. I thought the soup was pretty good. It would be nice if they could liven up the salad bar and change some of the desserts (not the cinnamon rolls though, they need to always be there).

I've been twice recently & their customer service is less than stellar. First time, the cashier charged me for an extra person. (If I hadn't looked at the receipt, I wouldn't have caught it). Second time, they added a $6 tip just for checking us out. I always tip servers, but just for cashier...get real. Saddest part was the girl argued she didn't & gave us the stink eye the entire time we were there. There are always other options, so I believe my little party of 6 will be finding them.

Although the food selections are generally acceptable, the restaurant itself is always NASTY. The floors are slippery and there is food everywhere. Flies are abundant. I approached a member of management and was given the excuse of the restaurant being short handed. Not acceptable! Second time in two or three weeks during off peak hours and the place is disgusting. So today is 5/25/18 Food selection is fine, and has been replenished quickly. As per the norm: floors are disgusting, feel slimy. Tables were clean and being cleaned. Bathrooms are probable the worst I've seen ever.

The food was bad wasn't cook enough I ordered pizza made for me it was name right left an item wasn't cooked all the threw. Even the bar pizzas wasn't cooked all the threw some was hard to it wasn't worth $40. The managers were rude when we told them it was hot in there they argued with us about it sayin it wasn't. Probably won't go back for awhile again it been 2yrs since I've probably be another 2yrd again.

If you don't pay attention to good safety and just eat your food, it's not so bad and the staff is actually nice and attentive. Unfortunately I tend to notice how the employees use the hand washing sink to just rinse their hands, I don't recall one of them actually using proper hand washing procedures, And they don't use gloves. Last time we were there I witnessed one of the employees scrape the pizza making station clean with a dough cutter and then scrape the dough cutter against the edge of the trash can to clean it. He then proceeded to move the trash can back next to the hand washing sink, rinsed his hands clean and kept making pizzas like nothing happened. BTW he kept the dough cutter on the station so he could keep using it to scrape trash off the station, no need to take it to the back to clean and sanitize it.

I am greatly disappointed in this location. They didnt honor a coupon. They were extremely unhelpful when I told them the tables were dirty. They just stood there. If you are part of a team at a location, DO THE WORK. I love the pizza but my goodness would it kill anyone here to do their job correctly and welcoming. No thank you.

Worst experience of my life. You walk in the front door and have to wait over 10 minutes for someone to finally come to the register and then has a snotty attitude. You pay the $18 for 2 people to find no pasta is made and all the pizzas are old and only one person cooking pizza. You ask for them to make something and you get the snotty attitude from the Latino lady behind the counter. This place is just disgusting. Won’t ever be back to this location. I don’t recommend bringing your family or even you enemy here.

I have already contacted the health department but people need to know. The employees eat and drink while fixing food. They don’t wear hair masks and don’t cover up there facial hair. No gloves on the ones fixing food. Theres dirty rotten food on the floors. Old dried up food on the bar, very little food out and hair in the pizza. If I could I would give 0 stars. This place is gross.

I like to be charged for what I'm ordering ONLY! NOT what they want to add to my bill WITHOUT asking. I ordered, "can we get an adult and child's buffet please"...the amount he quoted was higher than expected, so I asked what's on my bill (fyi this has happened 1 other time as well). He took the liberty of adding 2 drinks to my bill. I asked why would he add something to my bill without asking 1st. He said because most people want drinks. I said, "Then you should ask 1st. Please don't add things to my bill without asking". He responded with, "then you don't do that to me again". I asked, "excuse me"? He said "nothing". I asked to speak with the manager and he ignored me. I had to ask 3 times, then I yelled NOW! That's when I lost my temper. The manager came (same guy that added charges to my bill the 1st time). I asked if it was normal practice to add charges to bills. He said, "you should have been more specific". What?! How can I be more specific than, I want an adult and kids buffet?! So, the manager believes it's my fault that they add charges to my bill without asking.

Took my kids here to have a nice dinner was really grossed out and lost my appetite when I saw the employee behind the counter touching all over the food and scraping cheese out of a bucket using her fingernails without wearing gloves Lord knows where her hands have been and I'm pretty sure the health department requires them to wear gloves before touching the food!

waited 20 extra minutes for an order then the time that was said. then forgot extra stuff i paid for like topping that they charge 1.25 for 5 little jalapeños and on top of that the food was cold but made us wait because they accidentally put our cinnamon rolls on the buffet instead so everything was cold but those. horrible time management to only have 3 cars in the parking lot and the food wasnt all the way cooked either.

Today my family received some of the rudest customer service from this location. I'm not going to go into details here I'm leaving that up to corporate. But the fact is the manager on duty regardless of if she is the GM or not needs some serious customer service communication skills training.. and the fact her employee felt the need to jump in and state this is my grandmother and she's the GM is irrelevant. This is exactly why family is not supposed to work together too emotional. And regardless of the outcome this location has lost my business.

Terrible came in at 5:00 pm and Pizza bar was empty except maybe 3 old 🍕 only one or 2 pieces on the tray food was hard and chewy .So we ate salad and Alfredo sauce and noodles well we both were throwing up and Dirreha I know it's sick but this is our experience called Manager and Kat she didn't offer anything ,nothing .I contacted corp.and we will never eat there again . I don't recommend eating here at all .Go to little Cesar's it's a better deal and way better Pizza.

This place is a joke. We have gone numberous times and this is NEVER anything on the line. First to begin with the little girl that sits at the counter to take your money dont listen. I asked twice to up charge the drinks.. well that didnt happen. Then the salad bar looks like it was been sitting there for 2 weeks untouched nasty dirty and old. Then of course we move along to the pasta and pizza and welp there was NONE, what so ever. Dirty pizza holders but no pizza at all and the manager I guess that was in duty was like " were trying our best". Well idk how that is when there was literially like 5 people waiting for a buffet of pizza. Like get it together or just shut the doors in this place. Like I said this is not the first time but it will be the last.

They don’t find it important to always have someone on the buffet and make everyone wait 15 mins before they could give anyone pizza and it turned into a big group of people and children all crowed at the front not able to social distance also non of them wearing masks. They had plenty of people to serve everyone and keep up with other activities. And then I’m met with attitude from the lady who served me saying the line starts over here for a non existent line it’s a buffet you grab what you need and go not stand and wait for over 15mins because no one wants to help anyone in

Everything regarding the food is very good, but the manager is disgusting, she treats very badly and leaves people with the word in their mouths, I don't understand how they have this type of people working with customer service if she treats people with such apathy, they should replace her with someone who has the ability to treat people with kindness always

I paid $40. Kind of disappointed that there was only 3 pizzas to choose from & smelled bad inside. It's definitely not what it use to be when I was a kid. Second review in over a yr. Customer service is horrible. We asked if we could buy a whole pizza & they flipped out on us. There was no pizza on the buffet & we paid for 10+ adults. Will not ever go back!

Do NOT eat here! Practically no staff, no staff means no food on the buffet. Of the few staff members they do have, one guy was even eating and drinking his drink in the kitchen area, where food is prepped. The manager was drinking her drink in the food area and talking on her phone. My family will never step foot in this location again. I am also contacting the health department.

I used to love eating here once a week every saturday but last weekend i went and i asked if i can put in a request for a chicken bacon ranch pizza because my mom cant eat regular pizza sauce and one of the ladies said no you can go over there and do that in a very rude tone she was older with short white hair. The other lady helped us out. The week before that when we went to cicis we did “go over there” and put in an order on one of those papers and handed it to someone and waited for over an hour our pizza never came. So yeh i recommend mazzios over cici’s any day now. Mazzios service is friendly and their buffet is better. Also i just want to say its crazy because I actually gave them 5 stars at one point.

If I could give this place a zero stars, I would Pearlene has no customer service skills her staff messed up our pizza and instead of correcting it. I was met with this confrontational manager PearIene and was insulted by her behavior towards something her staff messed up on. We don’t plan on coming back.

Me Joy and my husband and kiddos just came from CiCi's Pizza late afternoon yesterday in Wichita Falls Texas. The bathrooms was very smelly nasty even after the cleaning lady went in cleaned it. We went in again me and my daughter had to hold our nose and cover our nose and try not to get sick again, I almost past out, And omg the smell coming out of the bathroom and I can smell it so can my daughter, and sons and husband. and mine and my daughter stomach was sick yucky feeling and we couldn't really stand even eating. and plus the pizza was greasy but okay. The brownies was very nasty hard and old even after they just took them out of the oven . Over all I was very unsatisfied and disappointed. We went into wanting to enjoy going out and enjoying time together and eating pizza and it was awful. Very sad I felt embarrassed and didn't want to say anything I don't want to be rude .

Would leave 0 stars if I could. This place just ticks me off I have made 3 online orders now with them and every time it’s literally 15-20 minutes after the time the website says. Always have to sit around and waste my time waiting for these people to do a very simple task of making 1 or 2 pizzas. This place is such joke if I didn’t like their pizza so much and this wasn’t the only one in town I would never come again…. Next time will be dining inside I guess cause 3rd strike your out, won’t be doing takeout again..

I came down from Lawton for a doctors appointment, Miss having cicis here in Lawton & stopped to have lunch with my kids and boyfriend && the food was so soggy and cold & flys everywhere . Salad part wasn’t clean had sauce everywhere. I would say for $41.00 y’all should have FRESH PIZZA ……

I’ve never had issues before at this establishment like we did this time. Manager by the name Neyla was very rude from the second we walked in, we walked to the counter to pay and she immediately started saying that the kids couldn’t eat for free although they were within the age group then proceeded to charge us for some drinks that we didn’t ask for and when we complained she proceeded to say that she charged us for the drinks to compensate for the kids eating free and we told her yet again that we didn’t ask for them so she refunded the money for the drinks. While we were sitting down to eat my sister went and grabbed a soda because she didn’t know we didn’t pay for the drinks so the manager proceeded to follow us and cause a whole scandal in front of other clients and tell us that since we got something to drink that we’d have to pay $7 to cover them and proceeded to be argumentative with my mother when my mother tried to explain the situation to her. When she returned to the kitchen we gave her the $7 and she proceeded to tell another employee there that she was gonna beat on my mother. That is no way to treat a customer at all I was very disappointed in her behavior.

everything was just horrible, went here for the first time with a bad first impression. we walked in and the lady at the register just had a rude tone and was not friendly. we were handed cups and the cups were dirty. the soft drink machine area smelt like mold and feet. staff had their hands all over the pizza, no gloves or anything. their hands looked dirty aswell. as we started finishing our food, a man came up and took all of our plates, slung crumbs all over the table, did not say a word, and then came back once he noticed we were talking about the mess he left, he came back and brushed the crumbs on the floor. food was cold and did not taste good. everything was just dirty and the service was bad. will not be coming here again

Wanted to go to the one in Decatur, saw one in Wichita falls. Glad I read reviews for both. The entire point of visiting is the food. So many food gross reviews. Guess I'll try denton next.

This CiCi is so gross compared to the one at Denton unfortunately I wanted to give this place a second chance and that was my mistake. To top it all off the manager (if she can even call herself that) was very rude and I DO NOT recommend eating here. It has been a terrible experience for the past 2 years now. GET A NEW MANAGER one that knows how run the restaurant.

My 4 year old ate half a slice, not even a whole slice and wasn't allowed to take his slice home. We spent over $30 for not even $10 worth of food eaten. Ridiculous. Will not be returning. Was almost no food out when we arrived, rude attitudes. Wish there was a 0 star option.

Went to eat dinner and nothing was made or being made. Even the pasta, one of the easiest things to cook, was hard and then never refilled. None of the pizza was made or put out. Keep in mind that when I went, there was maybe 2 or 3 other people and they weren't eating much. I'm not coming back and wouldn't recommended anyone to come back to this location, especially with kids

Worst service ever! Ordered online, paid for order, went to pickup per designated pickup time, the order was completely wrong and they tried to give me just one of two pizzas and the box was totally cold. Rest of the order was completely not prepared. Waited over a hour as one of three Mngrs were there said they would remake pizzas and cheesey bread. Was given vague excuses as to why my order was not processed. Seen employees just standing around and talking, talking. Dining eating area completely dirty and used guest dishes, food just sitting on tables, the floor, filthy tables. When asked what is taking so long with my order, I was given a very rude and dismissive response from one of the Mngrs. Was then told to just leave., because I asked where is my pizza order.. My order was NOT processed nor completed as in the Mngr stated was getting redone. So, I have NO pizzas, NO cheesey bread, NO salad, but CICIs took my $$ with NO REFUND after a request for Refund. I will be taking this to a higher level!
