WOW! Talk about a 180° turn around, my wife and I gave La pradera 3 chances, on the 3rd visit in total of a 2 year span . Now the food is awesome and one of our favorite places to eat! Great food and service

The one thing that stands out is they are stingy with salsa on to go orders. When ordering to go they give chips with your order, that's great if you get enough salsa for the chips and main dish. But one or two of the 2 oz cups isn't sufficient for your main dishes let alone the chips. Hell, there has been time you don't get any salsa. They should include a six oz. Serving with a to go order. If you want more than you pay for extra. But, if they aren't going to give a sufficient amount to go with it, than why give an order of chips with the togo orders.

The seagoville branch is astonishing compared to this establishment first the daiquiri my wife received was in a small mason jelly jar that was non alcoholic and asked for id and strawberry and whip cream slushy was this 10 daiquiri fajitas were dry and wanted $4 for extra tortillas

I love your food and typically your service! You have the sweetest most capable staff ever….until tonight! Unfortunately, you have a blonde lady working there tonight April, 8th 2025 that gave my order to another unauthorized random person. I had to wait about 20 minutes to get the order remade, like my time isn’t money. No worries, but I also was asked to take a photo of your menu to promote on DoorDash and your workers refused to provide the menu, do you not understand that’s FREE promotion for your business?! Your crew tonight was inept and plain nasty - horrible customer service. Please check your cameras for verification. Horrible experience!!!

We love the food, the atmosphere, and who we assume to be the owner or manager, but lately every time we go we have a bad experience with the staff there. It’s really disappointing because we love La pradera and have recommended them on many occasions, but a bad staff definitely has ruined the experience for us. Tonight we sat and waited and were never greeted by a waitress. One of them was eating which is understandable, the other was sat at the bar talking. When we decided to leave, she passive aggressively yelled “bye!” We will not be back.

I asked for fresh food and they pretended to make it fresh and I got soggy cold fries and cold catfish. Before I called to address the issue she states she knew I would be calling back and the manager said it was my problem not there’s. Bad customer service I will ever be eating at this restaurant again. The food is low quality There roaches in the store floor ignored, the floors stay sticky. And I also witnessed a woman talking to a man in the drive through about him selling her drugs ? Shady place all around I’m not from here so this was very disappointing to encounter.

Went for a family dinner last night. The only positive thing I can say is that they accommodated a large party. The food was tasteless; it seemed to be "seasoned" with grease and nothing else. The bathrooms were a mess: toilet clogged, no paper towels or hand dryer. I fully understand that restaurants get busy and it's not possible to clean at times. However, there were plenty of workers, and they were often standing around chatting. Today, one of the people in our party has come down with food poisoning. She hasn't had anything else to eat since our dinner last night, so I can only attribute it to this dinner. We will never return to this establishment. I would suggest to look elsewhere if looking for a place to eat near Wills Point.

Worst experience EVER!! This restaurant is being ran by teenagers because the manager/supervisor would rather chat it up with some friends rather than making sure everything came out properly. Instead of cleaning the 4 nasty tables that should’ve been cleaned, they would rather stand at the counter eating popsicles/other foods, stare and laugh at customers, and be on their phones. I used to work in a restaurant and to me this was just sad to experience. Food came out and was wrong, asked politely for a remake and after they brought the food out they continuously stared and giggled like little girls, and we never got checked up on or any offer for refills on drinks. Save your money and time, go somewhere that gives good service and at least acts like they care about their customers. I’d rather spend my money at Taco Bell.
