Doggeros has great Mexican and classic fusion of traditional hot dogs. We had great tasting asada dogs and chorizo dogs with zesty tajin seasoned crispy fries. Friendly service from a great staff. I will definitely be back. Packed with flavor and plenty of bang for your buck. Check them out and you won't be disappointed.

Best lil gem in town! If you notice closely the meat paddy has parsley and onions which taste like homemade paddies. Limited churro's are delicious and fresh, please keep it on menu especially for winter!

I had the carne asada burger. 10/10. My girlfriend had a hotdog, and I don't remember which, but it was one of the best hotdogs I've had in a long time. The elote was flavorful and they used cotija instead of parmesan, which was something i never thought of, and will be doing from now on. Great food and the staff was super nice.

Never gets old to come back here, only place I've seen far yet to make delicious burgers with chopped onions in it, fresh ingredients and tastes like home made! You have to get there fresh yummy warm churros, thee best!

Really tasty urban mex food, quiet outdoor seating with a very relaxed atmosphere. We had the papi chulo doggo and a quesa burger - both were seasoned, portioned, and valued quite well! We're passing through and stopped here, the tastiest mex I've had in a while.

This place was fantastic when it came to both interesting food, amazing customer service. I left my purse there and they returned it with everything inside untouched! I am very grateful for the service and their professionalism.

Today was my first time going. We got the Fuego Doggo Burger with cheese fries, quesadilla birria tacos, with the consome on the side and it was AMAZING!! Hands down the best food ever!! The birria was juicy and flavorful just like its suppose to be. The best birria ive ever ate! The consome was so flavorful and the burger was juicy and had great spice. The salsa was also amazing and very flavorful! My favorite spot in town for sure!!!

This place is pretty legit. It's pretty much on par with the LA food scene but in a small unassuming historic area of Woodland. I tried the Sonora Doggo, the Asada Doggo, the Quesabirria, and the Kikiriki Chicken Sandwich. Everything was delicious and well portioned. The only thing I would probably order differently would be the Quesabirria on account of the fact that I took it home and it was cold and dry when I got home. Other than that, the food is very well seasoned and has very distinct flavors. My favorite was the Sonora dog. The toppings are fresh and the bun is not some cheap average hot dog bun. Honestly, doggos elevates hot dogs more than any other place in the Sacramento area. Would definitely recommend.

As of September 2025, I still pop by when I'm in town it's amazing! I am a repeat customer, so it's definitely recommended. As a vegetarian, I enjoy the tasty options from the veggie burger to the beyond doggo and fries. I greatly appreciate their vegetarian options and will continue to stop by. If you have not tried this place, do so! Friendly staff as well. They have outdoor seating and pleasant music playing. Typically, fast service, even when they are busy.

I heard about burria items here, that is what drew me in. But no burria listed on the menu facing the street? Mostly hot dogs and burgers. But the menu on the side of the building had burria added in taped on lettering. I had a quesaburria taco, which was a bit greasy BUT fantastic flavor. They are small, get several. You should also get a cup of consume, which is the juice the burria is cooked in. Very yummy.

All the flavors here are amazing, everything was so good that I was disappointed I was too full to finish it all! I got the carne asada burger and elote in a cup. I came during lunch on a weekday so not too busy and service was very quick.

Had the Chorizo Dog and the Asada Dog. You can add fries for 99 cents. Comes with a chapolte dipping sauce and the fries were seasoned to perfection with what tasted like Tajin. Buns were grilled n large portions. A lot of bang for the buck and so good! You eat totally outside. With string lights and patio heaters. 22 bucks for everything including drinks.

The cheesy fries looked sexy, although I didn't try them, Tommy looked thoroughly pleased. I barely mustered the self-control to snap a few photos before digging into my order. This place brings back childhood memories of the early 70s when we got chocolate dipped cones here for 10 cents. Definitely will be going back! Stopped by there tonite when went to pick up my kids. Great food and service. Only deducting a star b/c no inside dining and it was chilly to eat outside tonite. The kids like the churros from there.

Went here with friends and had a big order. Burgers were a solid 9 out of 10 The Fries were like a 4 out of 10 The fries had way too much lemon salt on them. But crunch and type were really good. Without so much Salt, I think they can be a high 8. The fries were ok with cheese it hid some of the salt. But by themselves, way over-salted. Consume was a good solid 8 out of 10 Birria tacos are good 8 out of 10 Not too greasy with good flavor. Birria Roman was a solid 8 out of 10 I like that they didn't make it too salty, so you can add it to your liking. Hot dogs were a solid 8 out of 10. A lot of flavors. Well prepared. Overall, I think the place is a 4 out of 5. Customer service was good. But. Needs to update prices or relearn prices. Charged 2.99 for fries as an add-on even tho we mentioned, On the menu showed $1.75 as an add-on with a hotdog. Aswell gave us root beer and insisted on root beer when we asked for Dr. Pepper. Simple as saying, "we don't offer Dr. Pepper" before serving root beer. Liked they had heaters on the canopy to keep it warm in their defiantly a plus. Overall I think the place is really good. Just needs some fine-tuning. To be a 5-star for the kind of place it is.

The food is delicious. I usually get the Sonora Doggo and it never let's me down. My wife gets the quesabirrias with the consome and she says that they are the best in town. I gave this place 4 stars just because they are closed on Saturday's.

Sonora doggo was great! Asada meat and pollo tacos were great as well. Fresh buns on the hot dog for a great taste. Friendly people. And I love that they printed a couple Bible verses on the receipt. I’ll definitely be back when I’m driving through Woodland.

The food is sooo good, but I am rating purely on the fact I waited 30 minutes for my food the first time I went there and I was the third person in line from the moment they opened up. The second time I waited almost 45 minutes which was tonight. After 30 I Finally went up to ask what was taking so long and they had no order ticket for me. They were nice and gave me extra fries, and a gift certificate for a burger on my next visit. I understand they are new and working out kinks so I will definitely give them another try but not for awhile.

I placed and ordered over the phone, after i got home i noticed they forgot the consome (wich is $1 extra) and had no condiments on the quesabirra tacos. I checked the salsa bar for extra cilantro/onions just in case but they didnt have any at the salsa bar, so i said its okay the tacos will have some, well i was wrong. Really wanted to see what everyone was talking about, the quesabirria tacos were decent, have had better, might give the place a second try.

Visited when we moved to woodland almost a year ago and it was great. Went to grab some to go tonight and ended up getting a refund. Both cooks were not wearing a mask. While I was asking for my refund, the female cook took a bite of something and was talking to the cashier. Really grossed out. Not sure why all staff aren't wearing masks (cashier was).

On January 10th my husband, son & mother-in-law went to get us lunch. I had my husband order me the steak tacos. I hadn't tried any of the food since they had opened so I was excited to try the food. I ordered 3 steak tacos and fries. When I took a bite of my taco the steak was burnt and dry. When I saw pictures I thought wow those look really good. The picture was nothing what I was hoping it to be. When food is burnt the taste is not palatable. I am extremely picky especially with burnt food. To me it was a waste of money on food I couldn't eat. The fries on the other hand were good. I commented several times on IG and was told oh will inform the cook. Great customer service to me is saying hey what can I do to make this right. All I got was a sorry. I won't be going back to Doggeros for Tacos. I left 2 stars based of my experience with the food. Not sure I will be coming back for anything else, once you have one bad experience it leaves you feeling a little leery for the next time.

Not good as the original owners quero burrs my favorite changed form two tortillas to one and the flavoring on the tortilla is lacking flavor. I hope they return to the original recipe

I did not like the food. Everything was too salty and made me feel sick that I had to throw away half of what I had ordered. The burger patty was overcooked, chewy, and only had the taste of salt. Their choice of cheese that they put on was a sharp cheddar if not cheap Kraft cheese squares and it just added to the saltiness of the burger. Their tacos aren't actual tacos, but more like taco shaped quesadilla lined with a thick slice of Monterey Jack Cheese that was greasy and salty causing it to overpower the rest of the ingredients (including the sirloin steak) flavor. Maybe this will hit the spot if you're drunk, but it's a minor upgrade from Taco Bell.

Used to be my number 1 spot in town. But they've since raised prices twice in a short amount of time while also cutting portions down at the same time. Really a shame as I really enjoyed eating here
