👏🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️All for JEREMY, i was there today evening nd shocked when i saw a boy doing everything with that happy face, he was taking order and preparing too, and i saw him do cleaning by the same time, when he was taking order he was happy and attentive i really like that, if any one else doing this alone definately will be not happy nd stressed out, it is very difficult now a days to get good service, thats why i took some time to appreciate his hard work, keep it up JEREMY☕️, i can see you will be a boss one day

The Barista was lovely the less one star is because she is not allowed to accept tips even during covid-19 when she especially deserves and probably needs it

Received an almost half empty cup after requesting light ice. They said it was because they have different measurements for “light ice” orders— but this should’ve been mentioned before I paid full price for my drink. And I’m not sure why this would be the only location using different measurements, when every other Starbucks/ Target location honors my light ice request, without giving me a half empty cup. The barista offered to fill up the rest of the cup with coconut water, which I agreed with. But she came back with a cup that had a lot of space at the top. She must’ve added like 2 drops of coconut water. Not really a solution.
I bought my kids a Dragon Drink, grande size, at this location and asked for it without ice. We were given a half-empty cup and told it was because we asked for no ice. Since when is ice included in the price of a drink? This should be an option the customer can choose. My kids are upset, and I won’t be buying at this location again.
The short Filipino girl with glasses that made my coffee was very RUDE. I politely told her my drink was too light. She practically only gave me milk (I ordered a Quad Espresso) & she immediately started to roll her eyes at me, gave me attitude & was talking smack about me to her co-worker. I told her there was no need for her to give me attitude when I was being very nice about it! This place needs better customer service!
Ordered two pour overs and grilled cheese. Waited inside about 15mins and when I got my order they were made wrong and with creamer in them. My friend is lactose and tolerance so I had asked the lady about my order. She tells me they don't make pour overs :/ no sincere apology for the wait or offering to remake. I requested a refund then waited an additional 10mins to get a refund. I paid cash and yet target manager asked to see my ID or debit card with my name on it to process the refund. I told her I didn't have it and to my surprise they were able to process the refund without obtaining personal info. I waited there the whole time. Pour overs are easy to make and yet don't make them here...or they don't know what it is. Last time I will come here. The guys who took my order were nice and positive but possibly new. The girls had a bit of attitude and the target manager that authorized my refund never asked me about what happened she just asked the employee even tho I was right in front of her. She only talked to me when she needed to ask to see my info. Entire team Lacking communication skills.
I have waited 15 minutes for just one drink today. Also there was just a customer. They are very slow. I definitely do not recommend this place
The man so mean to me. No straw for me, only me! And I try to take it but he just say you should ask to get the straw, but is it supposed he should give it to me??

Very slow.. waited for more than 30 min for one latte .. even though there were no queue
Stood at the counter for 8 minutes without even being acknowledged while one employee cleaned the espresso machine and the other chatted with her friend and washed dishes. Terrible service.
They favor Target employees and take their orders out of line and service is slow
I visit the place so often..and was never this dissappointed.. the barista was super careless in taking the order
Most useless SB in the south bay .. a) extremely slow staff b ) wait times of 20 mins c) equipment breaks down ... SB should put this one out of its misery by cancelling this one out
